Parkhomets M.K., Putsenteilo P.R., Uniiat L.M. CONCEPT, THE ESSENCE OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL STRUCTURES OF AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS AT ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINEPurpose. The purpose of the study is to: generalize scientists' interpretation of the concept and essence of innovation; providing their author's definition; assessment of the development level of agro-industrial business in Ukrainian enterprises by technological structures; theoretical and methodological substantiation of the principles and development of practical recommendations aimed at the objective necessity of innovative activation development and increase of competitiveness of the agro-industrial business enterprises in the conditions of economy globalization.Methodology of research. The basic principles of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, legislative and normative acts of the state authorities of Ukraine on the issues of innovative development of agro-industrial complex became the theoretical and methodical basis. The following research methods have been used: the dialectical method of cognition – in the study of transformational changes in the process of innovative development of agribusiness; historical – in the study of the evolution of innovation and the formation of technological structures for economic development; theoretical generalization and comparison – to study scientists' interpretation of the concept and nature of innovation; monographic – for coverage of indicators by technological structures; abstract and logical – in the theoretical generalization of the essence, the author's interpretation of the concept of innovation in the agro-industrial business, coverage of the content of scientific work and the formation of conclusions and proposals from this study.Findings. The article describes the historical process of innovative development of national economies of the world. It is concluded that innovation is the main functional characteristic of doing business. The goal of the entrepreneur is to use new, resource-saving technologies to produce high quality products, increase their sales, income and profits, achieve economic and social effects.Historically, 7 major technological structures have been identified. Each technological structure is distinguished by the development of a certain set of basic knowledge-intensive industries and technologies, characteristics of the organization of production, and is reflected by the relevant indicators of the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. In developed countries (USA, Germany, England, France, Japan, China, etc.), technologies of the 5th form (period of its dominance 1970-2010) prevail and technologies of the 6th technological structure (period – 2010-2040) are formed). The industry of Ukraine, so far, is characterized mainly by technologies of the 3rd and 4th technological structures, their share in industrial production occupies about 96% and the share of industrial production of the 5th and 6th technological structures – 4%.In Ukraine, both the volume of production and the investment of capital for technical re-equipment and modernization are mainly at the level of the 3rd technological structure. Therefore, domestic industrial and food products cannot be competitive in the global market.Originality. The author's interpretation of the concept of "innovation in the agro-industrial business" is proposed. It is the accumulation of new knowledge, materialized: in high-efficiency, resource-saving technologies, technological elements; new varieties and hybrids of plants, breeds and breed groups of animals; machines, equipment, working parts and mechanisms; new types of fertilizers, chemical plant and animal protection products; new progressive forms of organization of production and labour, types of services, etc., established in research institutions recognized as expedient for use in practice, ensuring the economic and social efficiency and competitiveness of agro-industrial production.Practical value. Scientific, methodological and practical recommendations have been proposed, which makes it possible to develop the basic organizational, economic and managerial aspects regarding activation of capital investment for technical re-equipment and introduction of innovative, resource-saving technologies in the components of agro-industrial business of Ukraine.Key words: innovation; innovative process; innovative technologies; costs; economic effect; social effect; agro-industrial business; technological structures; product quality; competitiveness.

We present the catalog of ∼31,500 extragalactic H i line sources detected by the completed Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA (ALFALFA) survey out to z 6.5) detections and ones of lower quality that coincide in both position and recessional velocity with galaxies of known redshift. We review the observing technique, data reduction pipeline, and catalog construction process, focusing on details of particular relevance to understanding the catalog's compiled parameters. We further describe and make available the digital H i line spectra associated with the cataloged sources. In addition to the extragalactic H i line detections, we report nine confirmed OH megamasers (OHMs) and 10 OHM candidates at 0.16 < z < 0.22 whose OH line signals are redshifted into the ALFALFA frequency band. Because of complexities in data collection and processing associated with the use of a feed-horn array on a complex single-dish antenna in the terrestrial radio frequency interference environment, we also present a list of suggestions and caveats for consideration by users of the ALFALFA extragalactic catalog for future scientific investigations.© 2018. The co-ordination of special educational provision in schools is multi-faceted and challenging. New legislation in England, the Children and Families Act, introduced in September 2014, strengthens and extends the legal requirement to ensure the availability and effective co-ordination of high quality provision for special needs and disabilities (SEND) in schools and, for the first time, in further education colleges. The Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice 0–25 years (DfE, 2014a) is an overt component of central government policy in the area of special educational needs with its status of statutory guidance. Teachers in schools and colleges continue to be expected to provide effective learning opportunities for all their pupils, including those who have special educational needs and disabilities. Schools, colleges and other settings have clear duties under the statutory guidance of the new Code and must 'have regard' to its contents. They should do what it says or be able to explain why they have not done so and explain the alternative provision that has been made. It is no longer sufficient, however, simply to ensure that young people with SEND have access to an appropriate education. Instead, Section 19(d) of Part 3 of the 2014 Children and Families Act specifies access that enables young people to 'achieve the best possible' educational and other outcomes. This reflects a new and higher level of outcome required by law. Effective co-ordination of SEND provision therefore continues to be high priority for senior management teams, governors, parents and politicians. School governors also have particular responsibilities towards young people with SEND in schools. Section 66 of the 2014 Act contains a key duty on the governing body of a school – and this includes the proprietors or management committee where relevant – to use their 'best endeavours' to secure special educational provision for all children or young people for whom they are responsible. It is essential that all involved understand what 'having' a special educational need or disability means for the young person and his or her family, and what addressing such needs and disabilities entails in schools. At the same time the requirement for all new special educational needs and disability co-ordinators (SENCOs) to take the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASC) has remained in place. Included in the new learning outcomes of the NASC which have been revised in light of the recent amendments to the law is a revision of what is required in terms of professional knowledge and understanding for the SENCO role. This book was therefore designed as an accessible, well-theorised and practical resource to help new and experienced SENCOs and those in training to carry out their duties in supporting the development and improvement of SEND provision from a thoughtful and confident position that is very well informed in current legislation, practice, theory and critical understanding of the issues in the field. It therefore provides a well-balanced and accessible overview of the following: * the new (2014) legislation related to SEND provision and the new SEND Code of Practice and the implications for schools and colleges, and the role of the SENCO in particular; * key challenges of the SENCO role, as identified by experienced, effective, practising SENCOs, and how these might be addressed; * what SENCOs really need to know and what they can and should do in order to co-ordinate provision for SEND properly and effectively. It also comprehensively covers the (2014) learning outcomes of the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination. Current legislation promotes the inclusion of (almost) all young people in mainstream schools and colleges. However, this has to be implemented within a national context of school and college 'improvement' and competition and market-oriented practices where young people with SEND may not be able to contribute positively to a school's position on league tables of achievement. Such challenges are not necessarily insurmountable, however, and the book discusses the debates and dilemmas and offers practical suggestions to address these.

In this paper, we present a set of 1800 galaxy mock catalogues designed to match the Dark Energy Survey Year-1 BAO sample (Crocce et al. 2017) in abundance, observational volume, redshift distribution and uncertainty, and redshift-dependent clustering. The simulated samples were built upon HALOGEN (Avila et al. 2015) halo catalogues, based on a 2LPTdensity field with an empirical halo bias, For each of them, a light-cone is constructed by the superposition of snapshots in the redshift range 0.45 < z < 1.4. Uncertainties introduced by so-called photometric redshifts estimators were modelled with a double-skewed-Gaussian curve fitted to the data. We populate haloes with galaxies by introducing a hybrid halo occupation distribution-halo abundance matching model with two free parameters. These are adjusted to achieve a galaxy bias evolution b(z(ph)) that matches the data at the 1 sigma level in the range 0.6 < z(ph) < 1.0. We further analyse the galaxy mock catalogues and compare their clustering to the data using the angular correlation function w(theta), the comoving transverse separation clustering xi(mu < 0.8)(S-perpendicular to) and the angular power spectrum C-l, finding them in agreement. This is the first large set of three-dimensional {RA,Dec.,z} galaxy mock catalogues able to simultaneously accurately reproduce the photometric redshift uncertainties and the galaxy clustering.

UID/EAT/00472/2013 ; Amidst the political-motivated movement of "national consciousness" which arose in the fin-de-siècle – profusely fostered since the celebrations, in 1880, of the third century of the death of Camões, the author of the epic poem Lusíadas, and deeply nurtured by the social upsurge against England, which forced the Portuguese Crown, through an ultimatum, in 1890, to discard its pretensions on the African Collonies – the quest to ascertain a "Portuguese music" arose within composers, musicians and critics of Lisbon's musical milieu. Just after the upgrowth of symphonic concerts within Lisbon's musical venues, which struggled to impose over a long-termed preference for opera, the attempts for a "Portuguese music", offered by Lisbon's composers, was coincidently offered among those artistic genres. In spite of the idiossincrasies of opera and instrumental music, the notions shared by several critics were, mutatis mutandis, much the same and was taken accordingly to the most renowned trends and examples of European "nationalistic schools", which was by that time included on Lisbon's concert programming. Focusing on Alfredo Keil's Dona Branca, Greenfield de Melo (1893) noted that a national opera should grasp not only a Portuguese libretto, wrote by a indigenous authour on national themes, but the Portuguese music, specifically, the popular songs (i.e., folk songs, distinct from the "popularized" themes) – which was recollected since the second quarter of the century – that retained the most "pure" and authentic aspects of "Portuguese music". Júlio Neuparth also ascertained that the resource to (that "invented") "tradition" was, due to the "purity" of that ancient and nearly untouched musical legacy, the most promissing method to achieve the "essence" of a Portuguese "nationalistic" compositional school. In what concerns instrumental music, it was indeed Neuparth which credited the successful attemps of a foreign composer, Victor Hussla: although the previous use of folk songs among opera and instrumental music by Portuguese composers, it was the notorious symphonic treatment of those musical materials, whitdrawn from Album de Músicas nacionais portuguesas collected by João António Ribas c. 1857, which made Hussla's Rhapsodies, op. 9 as a seminal work of "Portuguese music". It is fair to argue that Neuparth was stating as well, with that specific legitimation, the need to reformulate the far outdated pedagogical methods of the Portuguese institutions. On the following years, Sousa Morais, Filipe da Silva, Júlio Neuparth, António da Costa Ferreira, Ernesto Maia and others chose specific paratactic genres, such as the rhapsodie and paraphrase, to display their symphonic treatment of Portuguese "popular songs"; however, their works never achieved the recognition granted to Hussla's op. 9: while Hussla's Rhapsodies are currently accounted for on recent academic studies, the works by his followers – most of them constituted a common corpus exhibited by windbands during the tweentieth-century - remain still unnoticed. The present paper aims to discuss the influence of the ongoing upgrowth of a symphonic culture within Lisbon's musical praxis in the choice for those paractatic genres and specific compositional strategies to fullfil the need for the characteristics of a "Portuguese music" as well as to address the reception of its tokens on Lisbon's musical milieu. While the choice for the rhapsodie proceeds, certainly, from obvious sources, such as Liszt's Rhapsodies Hongroises, Lalo's Rhapsodie Norvegiénne, among others, the choice for the genre paraphrase is still unclear and requires a thorough study. Current studies have argued that some Portuguese composers, most notably Luís de Freitas Branco, took as methods for their composition the study of the most renowned works of consecrated European composers, most certainly due to the anachronic compositional methods of Portuguese pedagogical institutions. Therefore, it seems to be worth identifying presumable correlations between the symphonic treatment of popular song in some of the works presented in Lisbon at the time and the works of Hussla, Neuparth, Ferreira, Silva and Morais, as an attempt to suffice the lack of their compositional background. ; publishersversion ; published

Abstract Purpose: The aim of this tutorial is to support speech-language pathologists (SLPs) undertaking assessments of multilingual children with suspected speech sound disorders, particularly children who speak languages that are not shared with their SLP. Method: The tutorial was written by the International Expert Panel on Multilingual Children's Speech, which comprises 46 researchers (SLPs, linguists, phoneticians, and speech scientists) who have worked in 43 countries and used 27 languages in professional practice. Seventeen panel members met for a 1-day workshop to identify key points for inclusion in the tutorial, 26 panel members contributed to writing this tutorial, and 34 members contributed to revising this tutorial online (some members contributed to more than 1 task). Results: This tutorial draws on international research evidence and professional expertise to provide a comprehensive overview of working with multilingual children with suspected speech sound disorders. This overview addresses referral, case history, assessment, analysis, diagnosis, and goal setting and the SLP's cultural competence and preparation for working with interpreters and multicultural support workers and dealing with organizational and government barriers to and facilitators of culturally competent practice. Conclusion: The issues raised in this tutorial are applied in a hypothetical case study of an English-speaking SLP's assessment of a multilingual Cantonese- and English-speaking 4-year-old boy. Recent case law shows that vulnerable, previously disadvantaged private sector tenants are currently facing eviction orders – and consequential homelessness – on the basis that their leases have expired. In terms of the case law it is evident that once their leases have expired, these households do not have access to alternative accommodation. In terms of the Constitution, this group of marginalised tenants have a constitutional right of access to adequate housing and a right to occupy land with legally secure tenure. The purpose of this article is to critically analyse a number of legislative interventions, and specifically rent control, that were imposed in various jurisdictions in order to provide strengthened tenure protection for tenants. The rationale for this analysis is to determine whether the current South African landlord-tenant regime is able to provide adequate tenure protection for vulnerable tenants and therefore in the process of transforming in line with the Constitution. The legal construction of rent control was adopted in pre-1994 South Africa, England and New York City to provide substantive tenure protection for tenants during housing shortages. These statutory interventions in the different private rental markets were justified on the basis that there was a general need to protect tenants against exploitation by landlords. However, the justification for the persistent imposition of rent control in New York City is different since it protects a minority group of financially weak tenants against homelessness. The English landlord-tenant regime highlights the importance of a well-structured social sector that can provide secure, long-term housing options for low-income households who are struggling to access the private rental sector. Additionally, the English rental housing framework shows that if the social sector is functioning as a "safety net" for low-income households, the private sector would be able to uphold deregulation. In light of these comparisons and the fact that the South African social sector is not functioning optimally yet, the question is whether the South African private sector is able to provide the required level of tenure protection for struggling tenants. Recent case law shows that tenants are at liberty to lodge unfair practice complaints with the Rental Housing Tribunals on the basis that the landlords' ground for termination of the lease constitutes an unfair practice. The Court defined an unfair practice as a practice that unreasonably prejudices the tenants' rights or interests. This judicial development signifies some transformation in the private sector since it allows the Tribunals to scrutinise landlords' reasons for termination of tenancies in light of tenants' personal and socio-economic circumstances. The Tribunals are therefore empowered to weigh the interests of both parties and decide whether to confirm termination of the lease or set aside such termination. In light of this recent development, the Tribunals can provide strengthened tenure protection for destitute tenants on a case by case basis, which incorporates a flexible context-sensitive approach to the provision of secure housing rights in the landlord-tenant framework. This methodology is similar to the German approach. Even though this judicial development is welcomed, it raises some concerns with regard to landlords' property rights and specifically landlords' constitutional property rights since Tribunals are now at liberty to set aside contractually agreed grounds for termination of leases without any statutory guidance. The legislation fails to provide any information regarding legitimate grounds for termination, which might have to be rectified in future. The grounds listed in the rent control legislation should serve as a starting point to determine which grounds for termination of a lease should generally be upheld. However, German landlord-tenant law shows that a statutory ground for termination of a lease should not be imposed in an absolutist fashion but rather place a heavier burden on the tenant to prove why the lease should not come to an end.

We derive PDFs of the galaxy and projected matter density distributions via the counts-in-cells (CiC) method. We use maps of galaxies and weak lensing convergence produced from the Dark Energy Survey Science Verification data over 139 deg(2). We test whether the underlying density contrast is well described by a lognormal distribution for the galaxies, the convergence and their joint PDF. We confirm that the galaxy density contrast distribution is well modelled by a lognormal PDF convolved with Poisson noise at angular scales from 10 to 40 arcmin (corresponding to physical scales of 3-10 Mpc). We note that as kappa(WL) is a weighted sum of the mass fluctuations along the line of sight, its PDF is expected to be only approximately lognormal. We find that the kappa(WL) distribution is well modelled by a lognormal PDF convolved with Gaussian shape noise at scales between 10 and 20 arcmin, with a best-fitting chi(2)/dof of 1.11 compared to 1.84 for a Gaussian model, corresponding to p-values 0.35 and 0.07, respectively, at a scale of 10 arcmin. Above 20 arcmin a simple Gaussian model is sufficient. The joint PDF is also reasonably fitted by a bivariate lognormal. As a consistency check, we compare the variances derived from the lognormal modelling with those directly measured via CiC. Our methods are validated against maps from the MICE Grand Challenge N-body simulation.

The effects of gravitational lensing on different sources will be correlated if the lensing is caused by the same mass fluctuations. We use galaxy shape measurements from 139 deg(2) of the Dark Energy Survey (DES) Science Verification data and overlapping CMB lensing from the South Pole Telescope (SPT) and Planck. The DES source galaxies have a median redshift of z(med) similar to 0.7, while the CMB lensing kernel is broad and peaks at z similar to 2. The resulting cross-correlation is maximally sensitive to mass fluctuations at z similar to 0.44. Assuming the Planck 2015 best-fitting cosmology, the amplitude of the DESxSPT cross-power is found to be A(SPT) = 0.88 +/- 0.30 and that from DESxPlanck to be A(Planck) = 0.86 +/- 0.39, where A = 1 corresponds to the theoretical prediction. These are consistent with the expected signal and correspond to significances of 2.9 sigma and 2.2 sigma, respectively. We demonstrate that our results are robust to a number of important systematic effects including the shear measurement method, estimator choice, photo-z uncertainty and CMB lensing systematics. We calculate a value of A = 1.08 +/- 0.36 for DESxSPT when we correct the observations with a simple intrinsic alignment model. With three measurements of this cross-correlation now existing in the literature, there is not yet reliable evidence for any deviation from the expected LCDM level of cross-correlation. We provide forecasts for the expected signal-to-noise ratio of the combination of the five-year DES survey and SPT-3G.

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is one of the leading causes of premature mortality and morbidity in the UK with an estimated cost to the NHS of £14.4 billion. The incidence of CVD is projected to rise due to an ageing population and a high incidence of hypertension and Type 2 diabetes. Both of these conditions are associated with obesity, a condition which is reaching epidemic proportions, and is a modifiable risk factor for CVD. The NHS Health Checks programme is a national programme introduced in 2009 as part of a government programme to reduce avoidable deaths and disability. The main aim of the NHS Health Check is to improve the health and wellbeing of adults aged 40-74 years. It aims to do this through the promotion of earlier awareness, assessment and management of major risk factors and conditions that contribute to premature death and disability. Additionally, it aspires to contributing towards reducing health inequalities in England. NHS Health Checks are mainly delivered in GP practices by nurses or healthcare assistants who usually invite patients by letter. However, the method used to invite patients for an NHS Health Check has been shown to influence their likelihood of attendance. A recent study that explored attendance and method of invite for a Health Check found that verbal and telephone invitations resulted in a greater likelihood of attendance compared to a written letter invitation. This has recently been demonstrated by a GP practice in a deprived area of South Bristol. The practice piloted a telephone invitation method for engaging eligible patients for an NHS Health Check. Community link workers telephoned eligible patients, and if the patient consented, they completed selected aspects of the NHS Health Check by telephone. This was followed by inviting the patient to attend their GP practice for the remaining aspects of the NHS Health Check to be completed. This mainly included the physiological measurements for example blood tests and blood pressure. They found that their rate of ratio of invitations made to attendance for the full Health Check increased from 36%, using a traditional letter invite, to 78% using the telephone invitation method. As a consequence of this success, Bristol City Council (Public Health) identified funding to enable this model to be rolled out to all GP practices within the lowest lower layer super output areas (LSOAs) throughout the City of Bristol. We used a quantitative, quasi-experimental approach, to examine the relationship between attendance, or not for an NHS Health Check and age, gender, Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) score and ethnicity. We compared and contrasted the types of patients who attended for an NHS Health Check as a result of the telephone outreach initiative, with those who attended for an NHS Health Check as a result of the more traditional letter invite. We also compared and contrasted attendance for an NHS Health Check during the intervention period, with a similar period, prior to the intervention. To try and contextualise our results we explored and described potential confounding influences that may have encouraged or discouraged uptake of an NHS Health Check over the intervention period. The main aims and objectives of this evaluation were: Aims: • To evaluate the effectiveness of the telephone outreach service versus the standard invitation approach on uptake of NHS Health Checks in GP practices located in the lowest lower super output areas (LSOAs) in the city of Bristol. Objectives •Using practices located in the lowest LSOAs in the City of Bristol, compare the rate of uptake of an NHS Health Check in the target population, in GP practices using the telephone outreach initiative, with the rate of uptake in comparison / control practices who were using the traditional letter invite. •Investigate the relationship in the target population of those who attended or declined an NHS heath check, with age, gender, IMD and ethnicity, in both patients who were invited using the telephone outreach initiative and the traditional letter invite. •To explore other possible influencing factors on the uptake of NHS Health Checks, by the target population, during the study period.

The 111-year mean daily surface temperatures are 10.5±0.5°C at Port Erin (PE) Isle of Man compared with 9.6±4.8°C in Central England (CET) air. The Port Erin 5½-year max-min heat cycle synchronizes to the 11-year solar heat pump sunspot cycle. Tropical heat arrives 2 years after a solar maximum on wind-driven currents in the stratified sea surface. Runoff from bottom-up melted Arctic icesheets arrives 3½ year later at solar minimum. These warm and cold waters are the biodiversity source. PE is unique with seasonal meltwaters of Pacific and Atlantic origin. The North Pacific warms twice as fast as other oceans. All ocean near-surface gyre currents harmonize with sunspot cycles. Net cooling by polar icemelt masks catastrophic exponential ocean warming and icemelt. Eleven counter-rotating surface gyres carry heat and nutrients globally in verified ocean surface circulation system. Exponential growth is unsustainable in a finite system. It trends to infinity. Double-exponential gets there twice as quickly. The GHG blanket, grown double-exponentially for 250 years, is now in control. Ocean heat absorption takes 150-250years. Arctic icemelt increases double-exponentially. The Arctic long-term annual freeze-melt volume cycle is 16.8±1.3 thousand cubic km per year. Polar land icemelt adds ~500 km3m per year. Freeze-brine of salinity >40‰ and temperature – 1°C, sinks to the bottom. Equatorial evaporative-brine of salinity >36.4‰ and >28°C floats subsurface under fresh warm layers thickening westwards in tropical meridional cells to ~75m depth. This is consistent with observed extreme weather. Heat imbalance forced Pacific Ocean temperatures above proposed limits of +2°C in 1993, to +3°C in 2014, and is on track for +4°C for 2016. Century-long daily records confirm processes ongoing for 300 years. Coast locations are where impacts are felt and real-time data collected. Corporate governance degraded physics teaching in only 60 years. Individual discovery and data collection was lost. Big science is unnecessary. Satellites cannot do plankton tows. Computer modelsare governed by the rule of "garbage-in garbage-out?. They must be verified by in situ data that cannot be collected retrospectively. Continuous timeseries surface profile data from fixed ocean station locations on a global variableboundary network are essential. Scientists, if well-trained in ocean experimental physics, can do the hard work. Time-poor scientists, stripped of their intellectual property rights, under rewarded, poorly educated, and ruthlessly exploited by growth-obsessed commercial interests, missed catastrophic global warming and multiple extreme consequences. Climate scientists abandoned classical physics and Newton-Hooke field verification in favor of unverified beliefs, models, and apps. 1980 sonrası dönemde İngiltere`de ve Amerika`da, Thatcher ve Reagan yönetimi ile siyasal pratikte uygulanma şansı bulan neo-liberalizmi Türkiye`ye getiren ve siyasal arenada yerini almış olan parti Anavatan Partisi'dir. 1970'li yıllarda yaşanan global ekonomik krizle birlikte, 80'lerde Avrupa ve Amerika`da yeni sağ akımı gelişmiştir. Türkiye'de de 24 Ocak 1980 Kararlarıyla başlayıp günümüze kadar gelişen süreçte yeni sağ uygulamalar hayat bulmuş, gerek ulusal gerekse uluslararası gelişmelere bağlı olarak siyasal, ekonomik ve toplumsal çerçevelerde yeni bir toplum dinamiği ve dokusu belirginleşmiştir. Aynı dönemde Cumhuriyet tarihinin en yoğun "yeniden yapılanma"sı olarak adlanırılan devlete bakış açısı değişimi yaşanmıştır. Değişimle birlikte bazı değer sistemleri değişerek yeni yapıya uygun hale gelmiştir. Batı dünyası ile entegrasyon çabaları ve küreselleşme ile birlikte ekonomik açıdan ciddi ilerlemeler olurken bazı sorunların da ortaya çıktığı açıktır. Bu perspektiften bakıldığında siyasal, ekonomik ve toplumsal yeniden yapılanma gereksiniminin ve yeniden yapılanma sürecinin Türkiye'nin tarihsel gerçekleri ve gelenekleri ile tanımlanması temel gereklilik olarak algılanmaktadır. Bu tezde 80'li yıllar ANAP Türkiye'si ile siyasal hayata giren yeni sağın, 90`lı yıllarda ve sonrasındaki uygulanmasının Türk siyasi hayatında ortaya çıkardığı değişimleri ele almaktayız. Bu bağlamda Anavatan Partisi'nden günümüze yeni sağın gelişim süreci irdelenmiş, Türk toplumsal, ekonomik ve siyasal yapısının dönem politikalarından ne düzeyde etkilendiği değerlendirilmiştir. 90`lı kayıp yılların ardından AK Parti ile yeniden bir canlanma bulan Yeni Sağ, 13 yıllık kesintisiz bir uygulama dönemi yaşamıştır. Küreselleşme olgusunun ideolojisini oluşturmakta olan yeni sağ, felsefesinde serbest piyasa görüşü ile dünyanın neredeyse bütün ülkelerinin ekonomik hayatına sızmıştır. Bu tez ile Batı neo-liberalizmine biçim olarak benzer olsa da, içerik olarak bazı farklı noktalar barındıran Türk yeni sağında yaşanan gelişmeler ışığında gelinen noktanın açıklanması hedeflenmektedir. Due to the global economic crisis occurred in 1970`s, New Right ideas had risen in Europe and in the USA during 1980`s. New Right applications were originated in Turkey with the decisions taken on 24 January 1980. A new society dynamics and structure has energed in political, economic and social contexts basedon national and international developments. At the same time there has been a change in relation to the understanding of state, which is called "rebuilding" by some. Value systems have been also transformed and adapted to the new structure. It is clear that together with the integration efforts with the West and economic globalization, while there has been some advancement in terms of economy, some problems have also arisen. From this point of view, it is essential to take into consideration Turkey's historical realities and traditions when thinking about political, economic and social rebuilding process. In this thesis, we deal with the new right policies that have taken part in political life with Motherland Party period of Turkey in 80's, and the changes resulting from their application to Turkey's political life in 90's and afterwords. In this context the development process of new right since Motherland Party up to now has been examined, and how Turkey's social, economic and political structure was affected by these policies has been evaluated. After 90's reviving with AK Party, the New Right has witnessed an application period of 13 years without interruption. By generating the idelogy of globalization, New Right has penetrated approximately to all countries economic life with its free market philosophy. This thesis aims to make clear the point to which resulted by the development in the Turkish New Right that is different from the western one in content, it is similar in form, though. The selection of a qualitative methodology based on the problem formulation used in this studyThe results of this study indicate that the conflicts that happened in management Central Market Puspa Agro caused by internal and external factor. Internal factor is derived from obscurity powers, functions and roles, monitoring and evaluation weakness, slowness of responds to the problems, the competence of individual differences, the target and task interdependence. External factors consist of the presence of government policies and industry demands. The effect of conflicts are functional and dysfunctional. Conflicts levels are low, optimal and high.Conflict management is applied by stimulation, reduction of conflict and conflict resolution methods. Conflict stimulation methods include the application of the system of reward and punishment and the different treatment of habit . Conflict reduction methods include the provision of a forum for dialogue, joint activities and creating new challenges. A solo exhibition of paintings. Exhibition dates: 25 July - 17 October 2015 Preview: Friday 24 July, 6:00-8:00pm From the press release: " The Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art is pleased to present 'Ringbinder', a solo exhibition by Jeffrey Dennis, which will consist of a new series of paintings and sculpture housed in NGCA's reconfigured main gallery space. Aside from staging a concentrated progression of the artist's work made between 2011 and 2015, the exhibition will also attempt to reflect on Dennis's development since his initial profile in Britain was formed during the early 1980s. This was a period that saw a significant international resurgence in painting in parallel with the 'New Image Painting' in North America and the 'Jungen Wilden' (Young Wild Ones) in Germany, both of which were considered counter-movements to Conceptual Art. As if referencing a synthesis of this historical polarity, Dennis's painting 'The Artist Successfully Levitating in the Studio' (2011) pictures a full-length self-portrait in mid-air surrounded by a plethora of psychedelic bubbles. A reversal of the great conceptual artist Bruce Nauman's 'Failing to Levitate in My Studio' (1966), 'The Artist Successfully.' presents an impossible and affirmative act against (what one might call) certain canonized 'labourer priests of the negative', such as Nauman and Samuel Beckett, in whose work failure's gravity exerts its pull everywhere. In essence, Dennis's minor comic triumph countervails negative forms of motion through a sense of revelatory wonder and aspiration. Other subject matter includes graphic Bengali cinema posters, images from a technical handbook of fixtures and fittings retrieved from a skip in the 1970s, as well as films such as Jean Luc Godard's self-conscious critique of consumerism 'Two or Three Things I Know About Her'; reference points that provide the artist with the tools for constructing enchanted visual spaces in his strange objects. Surrounded by Dennis' signature painted bubbles - a device originally taken from a scene in Godard's film in which froth on a cup of coffee dissipates - the artist transforms the micro to the macro; a situation in which we travel from foam in a washing-up bowl to different points in inter-galactic space. Dennis has recently developed a number of new three-dimensional objects that act as portable multi-faceted stage sets. Studded with vignetted painted imagery, each 'sculpture' contains a narrative that springs from popular events taken from television, newspapers and his own photographs. Personal and political histories are exemplified in a work that refers to the area of north London in which the artist lives, through the depiction of a flower-monument at the inconspicuous site of the shooting that sparked the nationwide riots of 2011, as well as drawing reference to Tottenham's Broadwater Farm riots twenty-six years earlier in 1985. If during the 1980s and early 1990s, Dennis' work was included in significant shows in the UK and US, then his subsequent development has been interestingly awkward, typical of painting's wider expansion since the 1980s through his unusual, divergent and contradictory subject matter. This exhibition, the painter's largest in the UK for thirty years, will hopefully prove to be significant for the wider discourse currently surrounding painting in the UK and abroad. Jeffrey Dennis was born in Colchester in 1958 and graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art in 1980. Solo exhibitions include Whitechapel Art Gallery, London (1986), Orchard Gallery, Derry (with an essay by the late Stuart Morgan), and Salvatore Ala Gallery, New York (both 1993), Anderson O'Day Gallery, London (1994) and Art Space Gallery, London (2008). His work is held in collections worldwide, including the Arts Council Collection; the British Council Collection; Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, Paris; The New School Art Collection, New York City; Saatchi Collection, London; the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; and Tate, London." Jeffrey Dennis: Ringbinder was organised by the London-based curator Andrew Hunt. A new publication containing commissioned essays and a full catalogue of the artist's recent work will be published by NGCA in 2016.
