The article examines the evolution of political relations between the state and business in Ukraine in the conditions of state corporatism. The purpose of the article was to determine the main political trends of government-business interaction, to reveal the processes of evolution of relations and to assess the prospects of their influence on the modern Ukrainian political process. The concepts of collective action and the model of universalism-particularism are proposed as a methodological basis for the analysis of relations between state, business and civil society. It is substantiated that the mechanisms of political interaction between the state and business are gradually being replaced by the mechanisms of political influence of the state on business. The results obtained emphasize the role that civil society organizations can play in the representation of politics. In the conclusions it was established that the forms and principles of state corporatism describe relations; when the government not only chooses: organizations and groups that should represent the interests of the enterprise in interaction with it, but also controls them to some extent.

The European Union has been pursuing the policy aimed at achieving equality between women and men for a long time. The adoption of the Law "On Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men" is an important step forward. However, the aspects of the control of compliance with the legislation in the field of gender policy remain poorly advanced and need to be adapted following the experience of developed European countries. The aim of this article was to outline the legislative mechanism for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, and to compare it with European legislative experience and practice. During the research, the methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction and comparative analysis were used. As a result of the research, the mechanism for ensuring equal rights and opportunities in Ukraine was determined; the bodies, institutions and organizations empowered in the specified area were described along with the main aspects of gender equality legislation in Ukraine. It is concluded that government officials can use the results obtained during the research to improve some legislative aspects of control over gender policy implementation.

The aim of the article is to reveal the importance of the instruments of the Russian Orthodox Church in the European space: the Representation of the Russian Orthodox Church in the European institutions and the Representation of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Council of Europe. The methodological basis of the study is a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that uses systemic, civilizational, historical-chronological and structural-functional methods. Everything leads to the conclusion that the activities of the missions are designed to contribute to the achievement of the foreign policy objectives, both religious and spiritual and State of the Russian Federation. By interacting with foreign media and civil society institutions, the offices of the Russian Orthodox Church promote a positive image of Russian Orthodoxy and the idea of a "Russian world", creating a more favorable image of these ideas in the world for Russia's foreign policy. In this way, we see that the Orthodox Church has intensified its external activities in the twenty-first century. At the same time, it is often not only religious but also political, attesting to the greater rapprochement of the "New Russia" with the Russian Orthodox Church, which continues to perform secular tasks on the foreign policy front.

Through a documentary research design that combined induction and deduction, comparison and systematization, synthesis and analysis with abstract-logical thinking. The main objective of the study was to identify the key aspects of the legislative support rules in the countries of the European Union, in the field of building a system of local self-government. The European Union during the history of its existence has developed a set of rules on which the systems of local self-government of member states and applicants for this status are built. The complexity and importance of legislative regulation of the functioning of this system is evidenced by the fact that the legislation and principles of international law used by the union in the field of local self-government are among the "youngest". It is concluded that this is due to the role of local self-government in the development of a democratic political system, as well as the search for an optimal balance between centralization and decentralization. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for legislative support standards in European Union countries were investigated.

Los servicios de agua en las zonas rurales y peri-urbanas de los Andes son predominantemente prestados por organizaciones comunitarias o pequeñas empresas prestadoras. La vulnerabilidad de este tipo de proveedores de agua frente a su capacidad de adaptarse a situaciones adversas producidas por la variabilidad y el cambio climáticos, tiene que ver tanto con su dependencia de la capacidad reguladora de los ecosistemas, como con las condiciones institucionales internas y del entorno. En el marco de un proyecto de Investigación-Acción Participativa (IAP), y con base en una encuesta a las organizaciones miembros de dos asociaciones de acueductos comunitarios y un análisis detallado de ocho casos y de los datos disponibles en el Sistema Único de Información (SUI) rural, se analizaron las vulnerabilidades de las organizaciones comunitarias prestadoras de servicios de agua en zonas rurales y peri-urbanas del sur occidente de Colombia. Se clasificaron las vulnerabilidades en: biofísicas en las fuentes, técnicas, institucionales y del modelo organizacional; y se encontró que las vulnerabilidades institucionales y del modelo organizacional son de igual o más importancia que las vulnerabilidades técnicas y biofísicas.

The purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of armed violence on shaping the image of democracy, the image of foreign policy and the image of information policy of Ukraine. In the context of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, a real fact is the transformation of Ukraine's image in the perception of the world during the processes of European integration. Methodologically, dialectical, systematic, structural-functional, institutional, conflictological, political-cultural and axiological approaches were used in the study. It is concluded that the definition of state image presents many variants, since each scholar interprets this concept according to his or her subjective experience. However, the study of the image of a state in the context of international relations makes it possible to assume that the image of a state may arise under the influence of spontaneous (unconscious) factors, armed violence, geopolitical position and other characteristics; as well as a result of the selective influence of the mass media. A positive image of the state is formed through the proper functioning of three components: internal image, foreign policy image and information image.

The main objective of this article was to identify the characteristics of a school that effectively becomes a learning organization and the need to improve it in the political context of the learning organization. To reveal the theoretical and empirical bases of the article, methods of analysis, synthesis, quantitative research and results processing were applied. The results presuppose that school administration, peer support and favorable infrastructure have a positive impact on the development of personal skills of community members. In this sense, the improvement of learning competence and innovation is identified with openness to the environment, to other communities and a high level of internal communication culture. It is concluded that, schools as fundamental learning organizations to identify themselves and their environment as a team, to develop an intuitive systematic sense (part of the system; we-system), need to drive a clear and effective communication structure, in coherence with the strategic and systemic processes of adequate response to the needs of the community, all of which legitimizes it with social approval and more internal and external supports.

The purpose of the article was to consider the main development trends in certain elements of the criminal justice system, which were integrated due to Russia's large-scale attack on the sovereign territories of Ukraine. The subject of the article is the institution of the reform of the Ukrainian criminal justice system. The legal bases ensuring the functioning of criminal justice institutions (in particular, the investigative bodies) are examined and the corresponding conceptual and categorical apparatus is analyzed. A review of selected elements of the criminal justice system during the war is conducted. The influence and significance of Ukraine's acquisition of EU candidate membership status on the functioning of certain elements of the criminal justice system is clarified. Finally, the content and essence of the main requirements of the EU to Ukraine, which can be the basis for conducting negotiations on the issue of Ukraine's final accession to the organization, are characterized. In the conclusions, directions and methods of reforming certain elements of the criminal justice system in the conditions of large-scale invasion are described.

The purpose of the article was to study the experience of self-governance of lawyers in the countries of the European Union EU. On the basis of this material recommendations aimed at improving the advocacy system are provided. Achieving the set goal involved the resolution of the following tasks: a) to reveal the mechanism of functioning of the system of self-government of lawyers in the EU countries and identify its universal features, and; b) to determine the main models of the system of self-government of lawyers in the EU countries. The scope of the study was constituted by public rules, regulated by law, arising in the provision of legal services in the application of the legal profession and the implementation by representatives of its bodies of the right to self-government. The methodological basis of the study consists of general and specific research methods. It is concluded that, the manifestation of the principle of independence of the legal profession and the guarantee of full functioning of the self-governing bodies of bar associations in the EU countries consists in ensuring the freedom of their activities within the legality and its implementation in practice.

Using the dialectical and documentary method, the article analyzes the state of implementation of the strategic priority of reforming Ukraine's judicial system. It demonstrated that, under the current conditions for Ukraine, European integration is a key priority of the state's foreign policy. Issues hindering the successful implementation of Ukraine's strategic course towards European integration were identified, such as: Ukraine requires a comprehensive renewal of three bodies: the bar association, the law enforcement system, and the courts themselves. The conditions for the effective administration of justice have also been determined: updating of the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission with the participation of international experts; creation of a new court to replace the Kiev District Court of Appeal, which will consider key decisions of state bodies; ensure the fair composition of the Constitutional Court; Building public confidence in the judicial and police system. It is concluded that it is important in the process of reform of the Superior Council of Justice to find a compromise between non-interference in the activities of this body, its components, and to guarantee the transparency and effectiveness of its decisions.

This paper explores the public library as a system, looking for contributing to the understanding of its organizational condition. The study starts from the following consideration: the library is a social institution and its organizational setting is oriented to the fulfillment of social targets. The study takes libraries as systems neither deterministic nor closed for which a systemic complex approach is used to create a concept and characterization proposal of the library as a living organism, derived from the historical effort of the systemic differentiation regarding other social organisms, able to socialize and adapt to its environment and transform it, mainly, by means of its self organization and the urgency. Regarding methods, this study was carried out supported on documentary research.

The article examines the place and role of the Constitutional Court in the system of public powers in the doctrinal understanding of the concept of human rights and constitutionalism. The Constitution of the Russian Federation establishes the basic constitutional and legal principles that are fundamental to substantive and procedural law. Judicial constitutional review, as the experience of European countries shows, is the most effective in protecting the Constitution. The principles of law applied to the doctrinal assessment of the place and role of the Constitutional Court in the system of public powers constitute a rather dynamic legal concept. The methodology is based on the legal system, public relations, and the political-state course, which, like all fundamental ideas, change, affect legal awareness and establish new requirements for legal regulation and the formation of an appropriate mechanism. The article concludes that the most important condition for the implementation of the prerogatives of the judiciary to administer justice in the consideration and resolution of specific cases, with emphasis on the study and evaluation of evidence. It is the evidence that serves as the basis of information for the court's findings in the case.

The purpose of the research is information terrorism as a threat to the global security system of the 21st century. The problem of combating information terrorism requires the analysis of the structure of terrorism itself as a phenomenon that has come a long way of evolution from lone suicide bombers, to huge terrorist organizations that commit destructive acts and cause the death of a large number of people, also using the dissemination of information to intimidate a significant number of people. The methodological basis of the research is presented as comparative-legal and systematic analysis, formal-legal method, method of interpretation, hermeneutic method, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis. It is concluded that, one of the main threats to information security is presented by computer terrorism as a form of destructive influence aimed at manipulating or intimidating the population or causing harm to the society, the state or individuals with the use of information technologies and with the purpose of forcing the authorities, an international organization, a natural or legal person (group of persons) to commit a certain action (or refrain from committing it).
