This was followed by the adoption, in January 2018 through Assembly/AU/Dec.676(XXX), the Statute of African Space Agency.

Executive Council Thirty-Fourth Ordinary Session 7 – 8 February 2019 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ; The African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights (the Court) was established in terms of Article 1 of the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on the Establishment of an African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights (hereinafter referred to as "the Protocol"), adopted on 9 June 1998, in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, by the then Organization of African Unity (OAU). The Protocol entered into force on 25 January 2004. The Court became operational in 2006 and is composed of eleven (11) Judges elected by the Executive Council and appointed by the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union. The Seat of the Court is in Arusha, the United Republic of Tanzania. Article 31 of the Protocol mandates the Court to "…submit to each regular session of the Assembly, a report on its work. The report shall specify, in particular, the cases in which a State has not complied with the Court's judgment.

The present document contains the texts related to the Assembly of Heads of State and Government, the Executive Council, the Commission and the Permanent Representatives Committee as requested by the Lusaka Summit. These texts are the syn thesis of the outcome of the brainstorming session held on 13 and 14 October and chaired by myself, the informal briefing session of the European and Ethiopian Experts, the internal discussion within the two Sub-Committees were I set up and which were co-chaired by the Assistant-Secretaries General, the deliberations of the meeting of the Coordination Committee which I chaired on 23 and 24 November and in which the Assistant-Secretaries General, the Directors of different Department, the Heads of Division, the Legal Counsel and all the consultants working in the General Secretariat participated. This document is, therefore, the sum total of the successive value added of the above-mentioned meetings. By submitting it for consideration to the representatives of Member States, I am confident that it will be given the greatest attention.

Executive council Thirty-Fourth Ordinary Session 07 - 08 February 2019 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ; In the framework of the long-term vision encapsulated in Agenda 2063 the African Union's (AU) Assembly of Heads of State and Government adopted a Common African Position on Humanitarian Effectiveness (CAP) and called for a ten year period of transformation to strengthen humanitarian action on the continent (Decision 604 (XXVI)). The CAP defines Africa's new humanitarian architecture, which includes the creation of the African Humanitarian Agency as a vehicle for Africa's humanitarian action. The new humanitarian architecture also emphasizes addressing root causes and achieving durable solutions, as well as bolstering the capacity of States and other stakeholders to tackle the challenges of forced displacement on the continent

In this article we assume that educational reforms, particularly in the European Union, since the 1990s have been guided by the recommendations of international organizations that emphasize the centrality of education and its ability to guarantee employability, to avoid social exclusion, to promote citizenship and personal development. In the search for new ways to explore the realities linked to public education policies, this article aims to contribute to a better understanding of the concept of complexity and to deepen an approach that allows a new intelligibility of complex systems, such as public policies in educational sphere. ; En este artículo asumimos que las reformas educativas, particularmente en la Unión Europea, desde la década de 1990 se han guiado por las recomendaciones de organizaciones internacionales que enfatizan la centralidad de la educación y su capacidad para garantizar la empleabilidad, para evitar la exclusión social. , para promover la ciudadanía y el desarrollo personal.
