Actualizaciones y revisiones ; [ES] Los cambios económicos y sociales de los últimos años han generado nuevas estructuras organizacionales y familiares que afectan a los trabajadores. Aparecen así nuevos riesgos psicosociales, como el conflicto entre la vida laboral y familiar. Para poder enfrentarse a las demandas del trabajo y de la familia, es necesario tener un tiempo para recuperarnos del esfuerzo realizado. Así pues, para mejorar la calidad de vida del empleado, es necesario atender al bienestar de la persona en su conjunto. El objetivo del presente artículo es revisar las principales líneas de investigación surgidas en las últimas décadas en torno a estos temas. En primer lugar, se analizan los factores antecedentes del conflicto trabajofamilia así como sus consecuencias y diversas variables que intervienen en este proceso. Posteriormente, se examina la literatura reciente sobre "recuperación del estrés", atendiendo a las estrategias que pueden ayudar a los trabajadores a superar los esfuerzos llevados a cabo en la rutina diaria. Por último, se presentan las principales líneas de prevención e intervención a nivel organizacional e individual, dirigidas a reducir los estresores laborales, promover políticas de conciliación y desarrollar estrategias de recuperación. [EN] The economic and social changes of the last years have created new organizational and family structures that affect workers. As a result, new psychosocial risks appear, as the conflict between work and family life. To meet work and family demands, people need time to recover from the expended effort. Thus, to improve the quality of life of the employee, it is necessary to attend to the well-being of the person in general. The aim of this paper is to review the main lines of research emerged during the last decades on these topics. First, we analyze the background and consequences of work-family conflict as well as the main variables affecting this process. Second, we examine recent literature on "recovery from stress", focusing on the strategies that may help workers to overcome the efforts made during the daily routine. Finally, we present the main lines of prevention and intervention in the organizational and individual levels, aimed at reducing job stressors, promoting family-friendly policies and developing recovery strategies. ; No

El artículo analiza las iniciativas empresariales españolas más innovadoras en torno a la conciliación de la vida laboral, familiar y personal. A partir del estudio de la posición general del empresariado, se centra específicamente en la de sus organizaciones confederales, de las sectoriales de químicas, alimentación y comercio ante la legislación y la negociación colectiva, así como en el estudio de tres iniciativas de grandes empresas. Con estos datos, el empresariado español es poco innovador, muy condicionado por exigencias legales y próximo al modelo de family-friendly, de corte limitado en sus acciones más significativas. ; This article analyzes the most innovative Spanish employer initiatives on work/family/personal life arrangement. The research is based on a previous contextualization of Spanish employer to focus specially on confederal employers' organizations and chemical, food and retail significant employers' organizations deal with legislation and collective bargaining, as well as on the initiatives of three big companies. According to these data, the Spanish employer is scarcely innovative, markedly conditioned by legal requirements and closely related to limited versions of family-friendly model in its most significant initiatives.

The technology shift from fossil -fuelled systems to renewable energies has been romoted by governments with the purpose of decarbonising the power industry. However, rapid technology progress has prompted disruptive changes that transformed market structures. Incumbent electricity utilities, particularly those based on fossil - fuel plant, are shifting from their stable and predictable situation to confront challenges from those that offer alternative energy services. In this new environment, the industry will benefit from mid - to long - term sector foresight. This thesis studies :(i)the potential impact of renewable energy sources (RES) on electricity systems − merit order -effect and revenue erosion caused by distributed generation −, particularly, on the generation and distribution businesses, and (ii) measures to lead with the possible consequences of investments in renewable energy sources. For this purpose, a fairly detailed and ntegrated supply and demand - based system dynamics model has been built . The model disaggregates the household sector, which may generate a significant part of its lectricity using rooftop solar energy. This is illustrated by examining a utility engaged in the generation and distribution businesses in the Colombian electricity market. Simulation runs suggest that subject to policy and economic circumstances , solar rooftop generation is a major threat for utilities; while the generation business is most affected in the short - term, the distribution business is the one most im pacted in the long - term, and jointly they may induce the utility "death spiral". Furthermore , strategies to a ddress death spiral were simulated, results indicate that under certain conditions it is possible to attain a balance between social welfare and the aversion of the utility death spiral through systemic interventions ; Resumen: El cambio tecnológico de sistemas basados en combustibles fósiles a energías renovables ha sido promovido por los gobiernos con el propósito de descarbonizar la industria eléctrica. Sin embargo, el rápido progreso de la tecnología ha provocado cambios perturbadores que transforma n las estructuras del mercado. Las empresas de electricidad, en particular aquellas que usan combustibles fósiles, están cambiando de su situación estable y previsible para enfrentar los retos impuestos por empresas que ofrecen otros servicios. En este nuevo entorno, la industria se beneficiará de la previsión sectorial de mediano y largo plazo. Esta tesis se estudia: (i) el impacto potencial de las fuentes de energía renovable (RES) en los sistemas eléctricos (orden de mérito y erosión de los ingresos de las empresas debido a la generación distribuida) , particularmente en los negocios de generación y distribución ;y (ii) medidas para lidiar con las posibles consecuencias de las inversiones en fuentes de energía renovables. Para ello, se ha construido un modelo de dinámica del sistema basado en la oferta y la demanda, bastante detallado e integrado. En el modelo desagrega el sector de los hogares, que puede generar una parte significativa de su electricidad utilizando energía solar distribuida. Esto se ilustra mediante el análisis de una empresa de servicios públicos que se dedica a los negocios de generación y distribución en el mercado eléctrico colombiano. Las corridas de simulación sugieren que, dadas ciertas circunstancias políticas y económicas, la eneración solar distribuida es una gran amenaza para las empresas de electricidad. Mientras que el negocio de generación es el más afectado en el corto plazo, el negocio de distribución es el más impactado en el largo plazo, y conjuntamente pueden inducir la "espiral de la uerte" de la empresa. Además, se simularon estrategias para abordar la espiral de la muerte, los resultados indican que bajo ciertas condiciones es posible lograr un equilibrio entre el bienestar social y la aversión de la espiral de muerte de las empresas a través de intervenciones sistémicas ; Doctorado

This article analyzes the daily and social experience of a group of gay-men, lifestyle migrants, in the city of Mérida, Yucatán (Mexico), to determine if they face discrimination or if they live in a city that can be considered gay-friendly. Through the concept of lifestyle migration and with the support of semi-structured interviews and field observations in the historic center of the city, the contrasting aspects of Mérida in terms of acceptance of the LGBTQ+ population are studied. It is conclude that, for the study group, the city is openly gay-friendly with factors such as their purchasing power and foreigner status contributing to their acceptance.

The purpose of this article is to highlight the use of SIAF and friendly consultation as tools for the analysis of public policies within the framework of public management modernization. Public policies are a set of state actions for the population subscribed in a forum of national agreement carried out in 2002, where 35 agreements were reached, organized in four general lines, with the participation of the three levels of government and the main political and social institutions of the country. These agreements constitute state policy actions and government policies of national scope. In order to be implemented, these actions require a public budget; this is where the SIAF and the friendly consultation for the correct budget management with efficiency and effectiveness of both income and expenditures in all public institutions of the state intervene
