Empowerment Model of Migrant Workers
The profession of migrant workers in some cases bring the person concerned to get the treasures expected success, but not rarely contain a number of risks that need to get the attention of government authorities. A number of problems that might be experienced when Indonesian Labor not available works. Therefore it takes a model economic empowerment for the labor of Indonesia, when he returned to his country was able to survive and improve the well-being of himself and of his family. This research aims to know the role of zakah's institution towards the empowerment of Indonesia's labor and to devise appropriate empowerment model for Indonesian Workforce by Institution of Zakah. Data analysis was done with a qualitative approach. Analytical techniques in the study will be conducted with qualitative analysis approach, a case study of eksplanation to explain how the empowerment model right for Indonesia in Labor Studies. Based on the data and the results of the analysis that has been done can be known that Dompet Dhuafa has role in Indonesia Workforce empowerment. The empowerment Model implemented by Dompet Dhuafa form the Groove program that may help the former workforce of Indonesia after plunging back to life in his native region. Former Indonesian workforce empowerment meant to monitor and nurture the entrepreneurial activities are continuously carried out by former Indonesian labor so that it can be a permanent effort.

AbstractGoodgovernance is an ideal form ofgovernance management, governance practices influenced bymany things, one of which is quality human resources, in the bureaucracy known as civil stateapparatus. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a new form of governance with respect to theavailability and empowerment of state employees. Law Number 5 Year 2014 states that civil servantcivil servants are civil servants and government employees with employment agreements, this is verycontradictory to Law Number 8 Year 1974 on the Principles of Personnel which only talk about CivilServants. In the implementation of duties and obligations of civil state apparatus is expected to beable to carry out their duties and obligations properly in order to provide good service and quality forthe community, therefore the discipline of a civil state apparatus is very influential on the quality ofpublic services and wheels of government in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to know andanalyze the forms of ASN disciplinary violations and to find out and analyze the constraints andsolutions in facing violations of ASN discipline in Indonesia. PENTINGNYA ACEH BAGI INDONESIA DALAM KERANGKA KERJASAMA IORA
ABSTRAKThe Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) is a form of regional cooperation of the coastal nations of the Indian Ocean that was established in 1997. Unlike other regional cooperation in the world that often emphasizes the political aspect. This association emphasizes the basis of economic and socio-cultural cooperation. For its member countries, the existence of IORA is very important in maximizing the economic, social and cultural benefits while keeping this area as a peaceful region. Given the importance of this regional cooperation, Indonesia as an IORA member country continues to play a significant role in strengthening the existence of this association and while continuing to develop bilateral forms of cooperation between the coastal nations of the Indian Ocean that can benefit Indonesia's national interests. In order to expand the forms of international cooperation within the IORA, the Indonesian government continues to maximize its efforts by engaging various stakeholders, including local governments. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the importance of IORA for Indonesia, especially Aceh Province and how we can optimize the role of Aceh within the framework of IORA cooperation.Kata kunci: IORA, regional cooperation, Indonesia, Aceh Province

Realitas Elit Politik Lokal dan Persepsi Masyarakat dalam Proses Pemekaran Daerah
This article aims to understand and identify that Cirebon Province has not yet been formed, even though there has already been a discourse on the formation of Cirebon Province, marked by the establishment of the Cirebon Province Expansion Committee (P4C) since 2009. In order to approach this problem, the theory of political elite from Geatano Mosca is used, the theory explains that elite action is a form of the will of the community, so that it is understood that there is a link between community views and actions taken by political elites. Data is collected through the observation of the actions of political elites in the regions of Cirebon Regency, Cirebon City, Indramayu Regency, Kuningan Regency and Majalengka Regency, and conducting interviews with the community in the Cirebon Regency, Cirebon City, Indramayu Regency, Kuningan Regency and Majalengka Regency. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that until 2019 the local political elite of Kab. Majalengka and Kab, Kuningan still did not agree to join the Cirebon Province, while the political elite of Kab. Cirebon, Cirebon City and Regency, Indramayu agreed to form the province of Cirebon, the decision of the political elite turned out to be in accordance with the perception of the people who refused or supported joining to form the Cirebon Province.

state administrative system is a matter related to the state in terms of the structure, position and composition of state institutions with regard to their duties and functions and even their authority which aims to maintain the stability of the state itself. similarities or differences in one country and even many countries, because each country has its own form of government. Here the researcher compares two countries, namely Indonesia and Singapore with this research method using Library Research. As a result, the Indonesian state has similarities in the form of government, namely a republic, besides that it also has similarities in the party system, namely multi-party while the difference is in the Indonesian presidential system of government while Singapore is presidential. Not only that, Indonesia, Singapore, has three powers, namely the executive, legislative and judiciary, but the institutions within it are different.

Gambaran Angka Peroksida Pada Minyak Jelantah di Warung Penyetan Wilayah Mancasan Yogyakarta
The frying pan thermal-kimia was a process that produces characteristic of food with the brown colour of golden. One of the parameters of the decline in quality cooking oil is the number of peroxide. During the frying pan, cooking oil will suffer at high temperatures warning 160-1800C in long time. The main damage is the emergence of a rancid scent while damage other covering elevated levels of free fatty acid, the peroxide, thickness the emergence of oil, the establishment of foam and the dirt on seasoning of material that fried. Based on cooking oil used in a penyetan stall is generally of cooking oil used repeatedly. The use of oil can improve the former repeatedly peroxide in the cooking oil. Research objectives is to know the image of the peroxide on a former oil in a penyetan stall areas Mancasan Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive research. Laboratory test to research is iodometry method. A penyetan stall to research this a total of eight-penyetan stall located in the Mancasan Yogyakarta. Research conducted on eight a penyetan stall areas Mancasan in Yogyakarta obtained the number of the peroxide of 1,10 meq/kg until 5,74 meq/kg. From the result of research conducted on a penyetan stall there are 62.5% penyetan stall peroksida number exceeding the limit of standards and 37,5% still within the limits of cooking oil according to quality standard SNI 7709:2012.Keywords: cooking oil former, number of peroxide

After the stipulation of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the 4th Amendment, the Indonesian state has declared itself to be consistent in implementing the presidential system of government as the basis for the implementation of its government. The presidential system of government or also known as the congressional system is a system of government in a country in the form of a republic in which executive power is elected through general elections and is separated from legislative power. With the complexity of this system, not many countries that implement it fail to pass the test of democratic stability. It can be stated that only the United States of America is capable of becoming the best practice of implementing a successful, effective and efficient presidential system. Therefore, many other countries use the United States as a role model in building an effective and efficient form of presidentialism system as has been done by Indonesia.

The problem of this research is how Islam regards the economy Foreign Debt Government of Indonesia and the solution according to Islamic economic perspective. This research was library research. Analysis of data using content analysis. The results of the study revealed that foreign debts are increasing in number every year. The government's foreign debt is a source of development financing is commonly done by developing countries. Indonesian government's foreign debt has been to contain the system of interest, known as riba nasi'ah, riba nasi'ah are in addition to the debt repayment required by donor countries. Thus, in their views of Islam, the government's foreign debt is currently not in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. Posts offer a solution formulation of the government's foreign debt in other forms of cooperation permitted under Sharia, such as Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Ijarah and others, can be developed as a form of external financing in the state budgets.

This research aims to analyze the influence of independent variables (Competence of Human Resources/SDM, Implementation of Government Accounting Standards/SAP, and Utilization of Regional Financial Information System/SIPKD, the dependent variable is quality of Local Government Finance Report/LKPD with intervening variables Implementation of Government Internal Control System/SPIPthrough SEM analysis approach Partial Least Square (PLS) aims analyze effect of independent variables (Competence of Human Resources, Implementation of Government Accounting Standards, and Utilization of Regional Financial Information System) on dependent variables (quality of Local Government Finance Report)with variable intervening (Implementation of Government Internal Control System) by analysis Structural Aquation Modeling (SEM) PLS (partial least square) approach. Type of data uses in this research is primary data. Data used in this research is the primary data. Data collected through questionnaires to Financial Management (User Administration Budget and Finance Officer) on the Work Unit (SKPD) in Tabanan regency government. SKPDs number of 40 with each second respondent in the sector departments so that the total sample of 80 people. Result of Hypothesis testing indicates have an effect positive and significant the competence of Human Resources, Government Accounting Standards Implementation, Utilization of Financial Management Information System and significant positive effect, to the quality of Local Government Finance Report Tabanan either directly or indirectly through intervening variables, namely the adoption of Government Internal Control System.

Pengaruh Tekanan Stakeholders dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial terhadap Penerapan Akuntansi Lingkungan di Kawasan Industri Makassar
This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of the pressure of stakeholders and social responsibility to the implementation of environmental accounting, and the most dominant influence between pressure stakeholders with social responsibilities towards the implementation of environmental accounting. The population of study was company in Makassar Industrial Area (KIMA). Find were the method using purposive sampling and obtained by respondents as many as 70 managers from 11 companies sampled. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression models with independent variables pressure of stakeholders that includes government regulation, public pressure, the pressure of environmental organizations, and corporate social responsibility, and the dependent variable is the implementation of environmental accounting. The results showed that the pressure of stakeholders in the form of government regulation and corporate social responsibility significantly influence the implementation of environmental accounting, while the pressure of stakeholders in the form of public pressure and the pressure of environmental organizations did not significantly influence the implementation of environmental accounting.

The development of science and technology gives the impact in the change of perspective and activities of citizens in communicating. Cyberspace phenomenon or called the virtual world would result in narrowing space, time, and distance so that they are connected to each other. Increasingly internet users in Indonesia need to be utilized as a container in expressing interests, critics and be a public discussion space. As citizens, Internet political activism needs to be positioned as demos for countervailing and supervising the state. In the democracy aspect, the utilization of internet technology becomes a solution for civil society movement. Penetration by social media users in the cyberspace is able to encourage the deliberation of democratic values such as voluntarism, egalitarianism, or networking in contemporary democratic conditions. This paper aims to deepen and add insight about the role of Cyberspace as the form of Internet Political Activism in Indonesia. The method of this research is library research by collecting some related references. Thus, it will improve the knowledge about the role of Cyberspace as the form of internet political activism in Indonesia.

In the era of globalization, regions is required to increase their capacity to meet the needs of the society. Unfortunately not all regions have advantages in their efforts to fulfill the welfare of its people. There are regions that do not have a significant level of income so the economic growth relatively slow. This situation need to be overcome by the local government by implementing specific strategies that are expected to be an alternative to increase the regional income. One of the strategy that can be taken by the local government is to carry out some cooperation with another actors from outside the country. The cooperation is expected to bring investment which can bring positive results for regional development, including the welfare of the people. However, before carrying out foreign cooperation, the local government must be able to form a regional branding which is expected to be a unique value for foreign parties to work together. In this article we try to provide input for the local government of Kabupaten Serang to form a special branding for the region. Through this research, we hope to help Kabupaten Serang to design strategic foreign cooperation and by the end produce many benefits for the society
