Opposes Partridge breaking up the cadets' camp in 20 days, when the law requires three months, and also Partridge's policy on winter vacations; his dissent has had no effect; had sent two communications to Secretary of War Dallas on West Point issues and wishes these to be passed along to the present Secretary; the first was a protest of the appointment of cadets without knowledge of the staff; the second protested the regulations for government of West Point bearing date 28 February 1815 and signed by James Monroe ; Transcription by Emma Moros.
