The purpose of the research was to consider appropriate forms of interpretation of legal norms in modern jurisprudence. In the main content it has been established that the interpretation results in a general conclusion or a sum of conclusions reached by the subject of interpretation in the process of clarification of the rule of law (legal norms), using the whole set of methods of interpretation, which is appropriate to the legal reality. The methodological basis of the research was presented as comparative-legal and systematic analysis, formal-legal method, as well as hermeneutic method, method of analysis and synthesis. It has been concluded that the procedure for achieving the purpose of interpretation should be as follows: grammatical interpretation - teleological interpretation - clarification of the conformity of the essence of the content of the legal norm with the principles of law - systematic interpretation - special legal interpretation - logical interpretation - functional interpretation - historical interpretation - repeated application of the interpretation procedure upon receipt of new data. If this procedure is properly followed, it is possible to achieve the conditions for the achievement of an adequate legal hermeneutics, which places the texts in their context of meaning.

The purpose of the article is to clarify the essential characteristics of hypernomy as a social phenomenon. The comparative-historical, structural-functional and evaluative methods were used. Reference to the works of R. Dahrendorf, E. Gellner, K. Stenner, theorists of anomie, allowed us to identify several characteristic features of hypernomy. The first must include strict disciplinary control over the behaviour of citizens that affects bodily customs. There is another characteristic of hypernomy which is the identification of the functions of power and control over power. This is inherent not only in communist and post-communist countries, but also in traditional democracies that exert control over citizens through the Internet. The third characteristic of hypernomy is the predominance of production planning and control. Hypernomic societies impose a utilitarian understanding of good and evil, erasing traditional moral language. The fourth property of hypernomy is the ubiquitous spread of conformism, self-deception, and the cult of authoritarian personality. Two main conclusions are formulated: while hypernomics is the opposite of anomie, dialectically they complement each other and can pass from one to another.

The objective of the article is to conduct a study of the role of criminal analysis in modern models of police activity. To achieve this objective, several methods were used, namely: analysis of official documentation, scientific literature, logical analysis, concrete-historical, dialectic, or empirical methods. The article presents the most common classifications of police models today, as well as the interpretation of criminal analysis in them. It is concluded that a relatively new model of intelligence-led surveillance needs to be implemented in the police. Within the police model of social orientation, specific ways of solving various problems are carried out by carefully and detailed analysis of the causes of such problems, actors, and characteristics of the area, as well as the prevention of serious crimes through the approach of police work in places of concentration of minor infringements (model of "broken windows"). It was noted that Comp Stat focuses on street crime and in series with short-term responsibility for addressing new criminal challenges; for its part, the intelligence-led surveillance (ILP) model includes a long-term strategic component that can be applied to transnational organized crime operations.

The objective of the article was to assess the semiotics of law in modern philosophical and legal research. Recently, semiotic scientific research on the analysis of legal reality has become increasingly relevant, its demand is explained by the active search for meta-legal foundations for the integration of modern legal theory. The research carried out in the proposed article is applied using dialectical, systemic structural, genetic, and other methods, which allows us to affirm that interdisciplinary studies of law from the point of view of semiotics compete with many other approaches and contribute to solving important problems of philosophical and legal ciencias. It is conceptually concluded that the semiotics of law has direct and indirect organic relations with all the main subdisciplines of the philosophy of law: legal ontology, epistemology, anthropology, axiology, and praxeology, and represents one of the interdisciplinary approaches to law. The importance of semiotic analysis of the problems of legal reality is emphasized, which demonstrates the logic of its construction, systemic and structural connections, reveals the internal mechanisms and symbolic patterns of its development.

Using the method of dialectical philosophy and its historical materialism, the main objective of the study was to analyze the modern legal aspects of ensuring food security in modern conditions of development. In this context, the subject of study is the food security system in general, under the hypothesis that states: the fundamental basis for ensuring national food security of the state in the modern world is the effective and sustainable development of its agricultural sector. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the legal support of food security in modern conditions of development were identified. In the conclusions of the case, it has been established that public policies and their relational framework should try at every moment to ensure food security, as an integral part of the agrarian law system, so that, form the dualistic legal nature of its understanding: as an agrarian legal institution and fundamental principle of the agrarian law branch.
