Industrial restructuring in Korea

The study traces some of the industrial restructuring concerns facing the South Korean economy at a time when direct government intervention is rapidly being replaced by functional incentives. Restructuring issues are descending forcefully on the country as the economy moves through a rapid industrial transition from labour-intensive to capital - and skill-intensive exports. (DÜI-Sen)
