The main approaches to the development and implementation of the Master's program in sociology «Integration processes in Eurasia» are proposed, the purpose of which is to form a pool of specialists with the necessary competencies for this: research, preparation of predictive and analytical recommendations for government agencies and various organizations, participation in the implementation of interstate programs. The socio-humanitarian meanings of the development of integration interaction of the EAEU member states, the tasks of promoting socio-humanitarian values for the development of Eurasian integration are substantiated. Based on expert assessments, conditions have been proposed to guarantee the successful implementation of the program: the introduction of new teaching methods and technologies; broad partnership with employers and public organizations; the use of the advantages of digitalization of the educational process, programs, applications and other digital resources for
e-learning both remotely and directly at the university; the introduction of online courses. The article analyzes the category of "integration" from the point of view of its research as a social process. To understand the essence of the integration process, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of data are used. To begin with, an attempt is made to define the conceptual basis of this concept.
The analysis of the scientific literature showed that the research interest in social integration is observed both among the classics and contemporaries studying society. This problem is raised in the works of Spencer, Durkheim, Sorokin, Mikhailovsky, Giddens, and others. It should be noted that for sociologists who study integration processes, understanding when in the development of a social system integration acts as a social result, and when as a process is a priority.
As a result of the study, it was revealed that social integration is dual and has two distinctive characteristics: it can act both as a result and as a process. It was also determined that the fundamental and unifying concept of many approaches is the "connection", used in the context of the interdependence and interdependence of different parts that connect into a complete system. In addition, the analysis of the main scientific approaches showed that social integration as a process has the following characteristic features: the interaction of two or more subjects that previously had their own vector of development, having their own resources and potential; the formation of various types of interactions between subjects aimed at achieving a single/common goal by combining resources and potential; the association of subjects allows you to get a new quality that separately could not be obtained.

The article analyzes the main barriers to the social integration of older people. The relevance of the chosen research topic is determined by the existing need to address many issues related to the increase in the proportion of older people, which leads to the transformation of the socio-demographic structure. It should also be taken into account that today old age is not only physiology, but also a combination of psychological, social, socio-cultural and other factors. However, not all of them have a positive effect on the social integration of older people. The problem of social exclusion after retirement comes to the fore, the search for the meaning of one's existence is more acute, there is a feeling of uselessness by society, which leads to depression and loneliness. In addition, there is the problem of society's perception of the elderly person himself. Often he is not positioned as an equal participant, as a social unit, and his social potential is not used. To eliminate these problems, it is necessary to understand the process of social integration, namely, what social barriers prevent positive changes in the life of an elderly person, exclude the possibility of benefiting society and being an active participant in it. Based on sociological surveys, it was revealed that socio-psychological (depression, loneliness, misunderstanding with relatives, etc.) have a greater influence on social integration; socio-economic (the level of material income; exposure to fluctuations in the market economy; the impact of external adverse factors; shortcomings in the pension system; lack of preferences from the state, lack of work in rural areas, etc.); labor (reduction of pensioners in the workplace; poor organization of the system of pre- and retirement employment); social and medical (unavailability of medical care and its low quality, understaffing of polyclinics and hospitals with the necessary specialists, constant increase in prices for medical services and medicines, etc.); socio-cultural (a small number of non-profit public organizations for the elderly, poor organization of leisure, etc.); ageist stereotypes (negative experience of communication with the elderly, self-stereotyping, estimation of values in society, etc.).

The presented article, based on the empirical study materials, examines the concept of European identity and the attitude to the European integration of the young people in a number of the EU countries. The relevance of the study is determined by the lack of a clear definition of the concept of "European identity" in the scientific discourse, as well as the need to assess to what extent the opinion of Europeans, in particular of the younger generation, coincides with the statements of researchers in this field. The objective of this study is to determine how representatives of European youth understand European identity, to highlight its main elements and assess the impact of European integration processes on the formation of European and national identities. Students from European countries were selected as the target group of the study, since their worldview was formed in the context of a united Europe. The research was carried out within the framework of the Erasmus + Jean Monnet Project "Transformation of identities in Europe and Russia in modern conditions" (Project No. 611458-EPP-1-2019-1-RU-EPPJMO-PROJECT). In conducting the research, the in-depth interview was chosen as the main method.he results of the study showed that respondents, whilst identifying themselves as Europeans, still find their national identity more important. Among the elements of European identity, the respondents name, first of all, "European values" (mobility, freedom, democracy), as well as cultural (religion) and behavioral characteristics (love of travel). The study results are preliminary and allow us to identify the most significant trends in the formation of the modern European identity, that will serve as the basis for further research.

The subject of the author's research is the development of transnational corporations (TNCs) as an organic component of modern international economic integration and globalization processes. The concept and features of TNCs are characterized. A brief historical overview of the formation and development of corporate transnationalism is proposed. Statistics on the largest TNCs are presented and analyzed. On the one hand, positive aspects of the impact of TNCs on the development of the world economy and its national components were identified, and on the other hand, the negative consequences of the expansion of these corporations for both host countries and home countries of TNCs. The relationship between TNCs and sovereign States is considered in many aspects. Thus, based on the analysis of the instruments of influence of the companies under consideration on the normative activities of the States, a shift from the interstate to the corporate legal field was recorded. One of the subjects of the article is mega regional trade agreements of a new type as a factor of increasing the contradictory impact of TNCs on the development of the world economy and its national components.
