Abstract : The tourism industry in Jembarana Regency of Bali is currently still hobbling. His contribution to the Jembrana Regional budget is still very minimal. Indeed accessibility to tourist destinations in Jembrana is often an obstacle for tourists, but internal factors that affect the performance of Jembrana tourism businesses are very important to be studied and analyzed, especially for tourism businesses actors and the role of government of the Jembrana Regency. Internal factors in tourism business are strongly influenced by the capacity of social capital, entrepreneurial culture of tourism actors and the role of the government in the development of tourism business. Based on a survey and structured interviews on 75 tourism entrepreneurs in Jembrana Regency of Bali, modeling by SEM-PLS with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software, the results obtained are: (1) structural equation model has met the appropriate qualifications, the measurement model obtained is valid and reliable, while the structural model is quite good, (2) the performance of tourism businesses in Jembrana Regency is positively and significantly influenced by orientation entrepreneurship and the role of government but insignificant influence on social capital, and (3) internal factors that affect the performance of tourism businesses in Jembrana Regency of Bali; sequentially are: entrepreneurial orientation of business people, the role of government in tourism development, and finally the capacity of social capital owned by tourism entrepreneurs. An 11-item Affinity for Political Humor (AFPH) scale is theorized as a higher-order latent factor with four lower-order latent factors (incongruity, superiority, anxiety reduction, and social connection). The theorized measurement model and several alternative models are tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). In addition, reliability and validity assessments are provided. Analyses are conducted using four data sets collected between December 2009 and March 2011 (total N = 1860). Results reveal the theorized model to fit the data well, but also indicate that an alternative model (four lower-order latent variables only) retains the strongest and most consistent fit across all four data sets. Reliability assessments reveal strong internal consistency for the 11-item AFPH scale, as well as for each of the four sub-dimensions. The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered the journey of life with a new order, in order to adapt to the situation in dealing with disruptions caused by the pandemic. The government, through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, implements standards and guidelines for the protocol for Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability in the tourism sector. Of course this must be applied to all business actors in the tourism industry, including service and beverage providers, which is one of it is bakery. As a tourism owner or entrepreneur and employer, it is important to participate in implementing the CHSE protocol in the business environment. For this purpose, it is important to evaluate the application of the CHSE. In order to achieve that purpose, it is necessary to conduct a research by analyzing the internal factors, the strengths and weaknesses, in the implementation of CHSE, as the objective of this research. This research is a pilot research project. The sample of this research is a brand of bakery business with some branches in the city of Palembang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to employees and employers during the fourth quarter of 2021. The results of this study indicate that in the bakery business it can be said that in the implementation of CHSE, the business has more strength factors compared to the weakness factor, which means that the CHSE implementation activities that have been carried out are good, by employees and employers.

BACKGROUND: The fourth year of the Sustainable Development Agenda era calls for countries to continue to invest not only in interventions and policies that will promote global equity and sustainability, but also in the monitoring systems required to track progress against these targets. A more pragmatic solution to measuring children's early development in low and middle income countries in particular, is required. This study explores the psychometric properties of the early Human Capability Index (eHCI), a population measure of holistic development for children aged 3-5 years, designed with the vision of being flexible and feasible for use in low resource and capacity settings. METHODS: Utilizing data from seven low and middle income countries: Brazil (n = 1810), China (n = 11,421), Kiribati (n = 8339), Lao People's Democratic Republic (n = 7493), Samoa (n = 12,191), Tonga (n = 6214), and Tuvalu (n = 549), analyses explored the internal factor structure and reliability of scores produced by the tool within each country. RESULTS: Confirmatory factor analyses and internal consistency coefficients demonstrated that after local adaptation, translation, and different implementation methods across countries, the eHCI maintained the same factor structure of nine theoretically-based developmental domains: Physical Health, Verbal Communication, Cultural Knowledge, Social and Emotional Skills, Perseverance, Approaches to Learning, Numeracy, Reading, and Writing. CONCLUSIONS: Findings support the aims of the eHCI in being adaptable and applicable for use within a range of low and middle income countries to facilitate measurement and monitoring of children's early development, as is required for the tracking of progress towards the Sustainable Development Agenda.

Objective: This study evaluates the factor structure and internal consistency of the Gregory Research Beliefs Scale (GRBS). Method: Data were collected from subject matter experts, a pilot study, an online sample, and a classroom sample. Psychometric analyses were conducted after combining the online and classroom samples. Results: An a priori four-factor model was not supported via confirmatory factor analysis. Principal component analyses were used to reduce the items to a one-factor model with salient structure coefficients, face validity, and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.93. Discussion and Applications: Future research should evaluate factor invariance and the construct and criterion validity of the GRBS. However, given the limitations of scales that measure similar constructs, the GRBSs brings the social work profession closer to effectively quantifying an internally consistent and homogenous latent variable that may be related to evidence-based practice.

The success of any business solely depends on the controls and processes adopted and implemented by the business units. In the ancient times, the businesses were conducted on judgemental basis, which purely individual driven. The concept of collective efforts were not felt and accordingly the merits and de-merits both were witnessed related to those business ventures. As a pinch of autocracy was dominating in those businesses, the employees were considering the employment only as a job for their earnings. But the modern management thoughts takes the business to a different direction whereby democratic participation of all the stakeholders are the need of the hour and hence the management had to take a paradigm shift in the way the businesses were directed. The qualitative elements of the business are of high priority in the current world, which triggers the need to have greater economy, high employment growth and delighted customers, for which strong risk management processes must be embraced. In order to ensure, consistency in terms of risk reduction, appropriate tools ought to be designed and implemented by the Top Management of the business houses and ultimately the Internal controls serve as these tools. The robust controls implemented at all levels of the business will be directing towards a qualitative operations, presiding financials, and sturdy compliances. The controls will be strengthening the base of the operations which will further usher the cash flows which are the foundation for business sustainability. The control mechanisms will be leading to achieve high persistency in terms of revenue and profitability growth for the entity, as the productivity will be at the higher end and the risks at the lower end. Any breakdown of controls, may lead to an organizational collapse, as it will be activating the fraudulent practices from the top to bottom. Hence strong Internal controls and its consistent implementation only can be helpful to bring the risk factors to the acceptable level

This research aims to identify local government strategies in developing MSMEs. A qualitative method with observation techniques, in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was applied to obtain primary data. The result was that IFE analysis with a score of 3.02 shows the internal conditions in a good category (the first rank was the marketing factor followed by production and information system factors). The result of the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats shows that the strategy lied in quadrant I. The right strategy in this quadrant is the aggressive strategy which in this case MSME players could take advantage of opportunities that are supported by internal strengths owned, oriented towards growth strategies. The total EFE matrix score is 3.15. which shows the external conditions are in a good category were in the first rank was the government's partisanship, the business world towards MSMEs, the separation of MSMEs and SMISs, and the availability of capital. The disadvantage is the high level of social and security vulnerability. Based on the QSPM and IFE Matrix, 2 cumulative alternative strategies were obtained with the TAS value of the Product Development Strategy of 2.54 and the TAS value of the Market Development Strategy of 2.78, as the main alternative that should be chosen. Based on QSPM and EFE, the TAS value of the Product Development strategy is 2.3 and the TAS value of the Market Development Strategy is 2.82, becoming the main alternative that should be chosen.

The Aim of this research are to determine the strategy of the Moeslem Square MSME business development of the big family of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna and to know Islamic business ethics in the business development strategy of the big family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. The Business of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna is a fast growing business in Muslim fashion products that are external and internal strategies of business development. The branch of bussiness like Aluminum and Glass Mabrur along with its branches, mabrur boutiques, as-salaam boutiques, kalila boutiques, and nirmala boutiques that have been known by many people in the city of Ngawi. This is because this business has a very Islamic development method and its own characteristics and always provides the best quality of goods and services for its customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in a business location in order to obtain data using primary data sources through interviews, observation and documentation, and to support this research also used secondary data taken from books, journals and other sources related to Islamic business ethics in business development strategies extended family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. In the business development strategy there are external factors, namely economic, social, demographic culture, environment, government, technology and competitors. We analyse trade between Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries and the European Union during 1993-1998 using three methods.First, we calculate the share of intra-industry trade to determine the extent to which two countries trade in similar products.Second, we calculate similarity indices to determine the extent to which the structure of the exports of two countries is similar to a third country.Third, we calculate the revealed comparative advantage of CEE countries in the EU internal market and analyse the results in a two-dimensional space showing relative labour-skills and capital-intensity.We also depict how the factor intensity of comparative advantage has changed since 1993.With this last approach, we find that the comparative advantage of various CEE countries have developed in quite different directions. Some countries have evolved comparative advantage in industries requiring much skilled labour, while others have moved in the opposite direction.This differentiation is also reflected in degrees of capital intensity.A few CEE countries have not shifted in this two-dimensional space.
