The objective of the article is to study the international experience of involving citizens in the prevention and fight against crime. The research methodology includes the following legal, general, and special methods: logical method, hermeneutic method, monographic method, comparative legal method, sociological methods, abstract-logical method. The views of Ukrainian and foreign academics on the problem of involving citizens in cooperation with the police to prevent and combat crime are examined. It analyses the experience of individual countries around the world on the peculiarities of involving citizens in crime prevention. It examinesin detail the practice of cooperation of citizens with the police of countries such as the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and a few others. To achieve this objective, the relevant government and regional programmes of these states were studied and the necessary data analyzed. It is concluded that they haveidentified circumstances that prevent the participation of the population in cooperation with the police in Ukraine. As a result, they suggest appropriate ways to solve these problems.

The study consisted of identifying the existing problems in the implementation of international standards of digitization of criminal investigation at the legislative level. The research was carried out in stages as a summary, based on the logic of presentation of the material, to achieve and meet the objectives set out in the article. The method of direct observation, the method of comparison and analysis of the content of the documents, the method of systemic and pragmatic approach were used. The key results of the study were the analysis of the experience of implementing digital standards in forensic activities in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Denmark, England, Austria, Estonia, and Ukraine. It is concluded that the problems that exist in the implementation of these standards, were identified from the criteria of evaluation of the efficiency and capacity of digital data processing by the agencies involved in the criminal investigation. In addition, the problems and difficulties faced by the authorities in implementing existing international digitization standards, indicate the need for comprehensive measures to organize criminal investigations. To overcome them, appropriate measures must be taken in the field of legislative changes.

Se analizan los efectos positivos y negativos de las políticas colombianas dirigidas a incentivar la producción científica de los profesores universitarios, además de aquellas que rigen para las instituciones de educación superior dentro de los procesos de acreditación de la calidad y la asignación de recursos del presupuesto nacional. Se pone en evidencia que si bien Colombia reporta la mayor tasa de crecimiento de los países latinoamericanos en la base de datos Scopus y está mejorando sus prácticas de comunicación científica, tiene el reto de acompañar los resultados de este desempeño, con un mayor énfasis en los indicadores de calidad. Son necesarios ajustes a las políticas relacionadas con la producción científica colombiana en aras de una mayor visibilidad internacional y un sistema de incentivos a investigadores e instituciones de educación superior más eficiente. En esta dirección empiezan a orientarse las nuevas disposiciones.

The objective of the research was to analyze some international standards for the safety of people who attend criminal justice from different approaches and perspectives of analysis. Based on a meaningful analysis of the provisions of international and regional regulatory legal acts, the document presents approaches to the formation of standards to ensure the safety of persons who contribute to criminal justice. Methodologically, the work applied the provisions of dialectics, general, special and particular scientific methods. In the course of the study, scientific-historical, formal-legal, formal-logical, systemic and comparative methods were also used. It is concluded that the system of security measures for people who cooperate with criminal justice has significant differences in the different national criminal justice systems, which complicates international relations and cooperation in this area and does not allow the international community to advise effectively and comprehensively, while continuously generating challenges and threats.

The negotiation and current agreements reached between the FARC-EP and the government, with their respective adjustments, are made in a rather unfavorable international political context, which will somehow impact on the implementation of the same, we will analyze this Latin American and Colombian context to close With the peace

The purpose of the article was to analyze the international forms of legal regulation of corporate relations and their consequent transformation in the corporate law of the European Union EU and Ukraine. The methods of this research were: monographic analysis, analysis and synthesis, systematic, comparative and legal, prospective and generalization. The formation and development of the EU corporate legislation is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the EU and Ukrainian corporate legislation in its different stages and forms of adaptation in accordance with the EU legislation is also carried out. It is concluded that modern EU corporate legislation is the result of the historical development of EU law in general and, its transformation into a specific, independent legal system. It is emphasized that company law in the EU is increasingly subject to unification, and with the adoption of the European Company Acts, the company law of the EU member states is also subject to constant transformation. Ukraine, as a candidate to join the EU, should implement measures aimed at adapting and unifying its corporate legislation to EU laws.

Desde sus inicios, la disciplina de las Relaciones Internacionales (RI) ha tenido la intensión ortodoxa de construir un método científico propio, muy parecido al de las ciencias exactas. Sin embargo, dicha pretensión se plantea como una de las posibles aproximaciones a la manera como se estudia el comportamiento de la sociedad en lo internacional y, por lo tanto, forma parte del debate epistemológico que reviste un interés renovado para las RI y la filosofía de la ciencia en el siglo XXI. En este contexto, la hermenéutica ofrece claves para la consideración científica de lo social, que orientan al pensamiento de las Relaciones Internacionales hacia un enfoque interpretativo. Como un aporte a esta exégesis, el presente documento plantea el valor de la hermenéutica, a partir de los postulados de Nietzsche y Vattimo, como método de interpretación de la realidad internacional.
