The article presents the main principles of the French doctrine of the political representation. This doctrine refers to the concept of transference. According to her one entity transfers its rights and obligations to another entity. Transmission entity is represented (voter), while the entity for which the transfer is made is representative (member of parliament). Representation means so that the member of parliament speaks on behalf of the nation. The focal point of this concept is the belief of the fictional nation as a sovereign. As a result, the traditional doctrine of the French was of the view that the nation as something fictional can exist only in the parliament and can be expressed only by the parliamentarian. This position concluding cry that no nation outside of the representatives of the nation. The second element of the French approach was the assumption of a community dimension representation. Evidence of this was the representative mandate to exclude instructions, orders and command will vote. After the end of the World War II neoconservatism has become the most significant political doctrine in the United States of America. Many neoconservatists were Trotskyists in the beginning, however, lately they have become associated with the Republicans. The neoconservative ideology's main aim is to justify the imperial role of the USA. Neoconservative intellectuals believe in the values of American policy (like liberal democracy and economic freedom) and are concerned about the necessity of promoting it in the rest of the world, which is usually accompanied by distrust towards states opposing those values. They support increasing defence and military spending. Neoconservatists influenced politics of majority of American presidents elected after 1945, especially Ronald Reagan and George W. The article presents a legal act as a potential subject of mythologization. The tools derived from the studies on political myth were used to describe a phenomenon that strictly belongs to the political and legal reality – the American JUST Act of 2017, which in recent years has caused many controversies in Polish public debate. While using the theoretical methods of the most notable researchers of the political myth, such as R. Barthes or E. Cassirer, it has been shown that legal acts, as well as their reception and interpretation, are not always based on rational forms of cognition. They can also be affected by a political myth and a mythical form of cognition, which is depicted in this study by means of methodology implemented from the studies on political myth. The article formulates interesting comments that may be useful for a better understanding of the phenomena on the border of Polish jurisprudence, political science and mythology. ; W artykule ukazano akt prawny jako potencjalny przedmiot mitologizacji. Cassirer, wykazano, że akty prawne oraz ich recepcja i interpretacja nie zawsze opierają się na racjonalnych formach poznania. Może na nie wpływać także mit polityczny i mityczna forma poznania, co przedstawiono w niniejszym opracowaniu za pomocą znanych badaniom nad mitem narzędzi teoretycznych. W artykule sformułowano interesujące uwagi, które mogą być przydatne dla lepszego zrozumienia zjawisk z pogranicza polskiego prawoznawstwa, politologii i mitologii.

Broad access to all kinds of information along with globalization have given the highest status of importance to the issues related to the environment and its quality. While the crises arising in the past were of class or territorial character, currently they are very often connected with the access to high quality environmental supplies. This is a new kind of risk, and that is why it also requires new political response. The environmental aspects are in the field of interest of each government; they are also included in the programs of political parties, as well as they are the subject of treaties or other international documents. However the term "environment" has become of political importance recently. The environment – becoming the subject of international cooperation and considered as a locus politicus – has caused irreversible changes in the foreign policy. Growing power of public opinion and development of civil society are one of the most important factors stimulating the process of emancipation of the term "environment". But the question arises, why they have played such an important role in the context of the environment? This article is just an attempt to analyze the relationship among the public opinion and civil society versus doctrines concerning the "environment" and ecological consciousness. ; Upowszechnienie dostępu do informacji i globalizacja podniosły do najwyższej rangi zagadnienia związane z problematyką środowiskową. This paper is an attempt to analyse European leadership and the role played by a reunited Germany in the European Union. The author proposes five fundamental theses: 1) the reunification of Germany ruined the balance of power in Europe; 2) the Eastern enlargement of NATO and the EU has moved the zone of political and military influence of the USA to the line of the Bug river; 3) the Germans have confirmed their position as a European power; 4) the foreign policy of Angela Merkel is a continuation of Gerhard Schroder's policy, meaning a transfer of the focus from European policy to prioritising German national interests; 5) the German issue has remained open. ; This paper is an attempt to analyse European leadership and the role played by a reunited Germany in the European Union. A comprehensive description of just causes for entering a war within the fundamental sources of early Confucian tradition represents the core of the article. The analysis seeks to underline the significant role of the just war theory in contemporary international politics. The article also highlights the rise of the economic, political and military power of China and emphasizes that the country has the potential to play an increasingly important role in world politics over the next few decades. Thus it is necessary to examine the way China is looking at issues of war and ethics. Since there has been evidence uncovered that Confucianism has started to gain influence in Chinese society again, it seems fully acceptable to analyse just war from a Confucian perspective. The main focus of the research is put on exploring works of the founders of Confucianism, particularly the texts of Confucius and Mencius. The analysis of these works uncovers that the main ethical principles of early Confucian teaching allow for various specific reasons for entering a war. Then in the conclusion there is a list of five different types of conflicts that can be assessed as justifiable under certain conditions in Confucian thought. Adapted from the source document.
