This contribution aims to study two female ecologist committees: Mums against Incinerator (Florence) and Mums of Castenedolo (Brescia). I have chosen to enquiry into the specificities of those two groups, through dedicated interviews, in order to understand if they could be included in the environmental justice movement, with 'made in Italy' features. I have also intended to bring to surface the ways in which such interviewed activists place themselves in their political performance and in particular, the perception of their gender role inside the group they belong to. ; Questo contributo mira allo studio di due comitati di mamme costituitesi in difesa dell'ambiente: le Mamme no Inceneritore di Firenze e le Mamme di Castenedolo. Mi sono proposta di indagare le specificità di questi due gruppi attraverso delle interviste mirate, per capire se essi possano essere annoverati nel movimento per la giustizia ambientale, con caratteristiche made in Italy. Ho voluto inoltre far emergere il modo in cui le attiviste che ho intervistato si posizionano nella pratica politica che hanno intrapreso, in particolar modo la percezione del loro ruolo di genere all'interno del gruppo di appartenenza.

The paper starts from the critique of the concept of sustainable development, moving towards a perspective of social eco-development in line with the democratic demands and Bronfenbrenner's theory of the ecology of human development. The cornerstone of this transformative perspective is an idea of regenerated social justice, which refers to the model of Nussbaum's capability approach to embrace a theoretical framework of Social Justice Education based on the theories and practice of Cochran-Smith. Starting from the concept of recognition and inspired by both a pedagogical and a political approach, a qualitative research was undertaken according to a participatory paradigm guided by the idea of giving voice to the most marginalized social groups. Therefore, this research (which is part of a larger project that covered the entire s.y. 2020/2021) has adopted the Student Voice approach, to listen to the voice of students in conditions of educational risk or school drop-out in the context of second chance popular schools, regarding their representations on education and teaching-and-learning, their experiences and the meanings they attribute to school. Between June and July 2021, at the "Antonia Vita" Popular School in Monza, 8 semi-structured interviews were conducted with students aged between 14 and 17 years old, transcribed literally and then analyzed with the software ATLAS.ti, according to the methodology of socio-constructivist Grounded Theory. In the concluding part, the paper then analyzes and discusses the emerging categories and their codes, which induce a reflection on the pedagogical model of the Italian public education system. ; Il contributo parte dalla critica al concetto di sustainable development, orientandosi verso una prospettiva di eco-sviluppo sociale in linea con le istanze democratiche e la teoria dell'ecologia dello sviluppo umano di Bronfenbrenner. The brief paper examines the recent judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the right to be forgotten issue, highlighting main responsibilities of search engines managers in processing personal data. Google has been held directly responsible for the protection of personal data contained in search results, so that individuals have the right - under certain conditions - to ask search engines to remove links with personal information about them. The analysis of the first effects of this judgement shows that the double role of Google both as a judge and as a jury must be reconsidered in order to ensure a new balance between the protection of the individual memory and the rights to information for citizens. ; In questo breve intervento si prende in esame la recente sentenza della Corte di Giustizia Europea sul tema del diritto all'oblio che ha posto in primo piano le responsabilità nel trattamento dei dati personali in carico ai gestori dei motori di ricerca. Google è stato ritenuto responsabile della tutela dei dati personali contenuti nelle pagine indicizzate, perciò i cittadini possono direttamente rivolgersi ad esso per ottenere la deindicizzazione delle informazioni che li riguardano.L'analisi dei primi effetti della sentenza mostra come questo duplice ruolo di giudice e di giuria rivestito da Google debba essere ripensato per garantire un punto di equilibrio tra la tutela della memoria individuale e il diritto all'informazione per i cittadini.

The Italian constitutional and legislative system has brought about a careful balance between personal liberty and public security; however, the "police- style"-oriented communication suggest that the effectiveness of this system is possible only through an action that eliminates and neutralizes any kind of deviance. Police staff members appear to be the only positive factors of social cohesion and control, and they became increasingly advertised. The result of this tendency is the common misconception of the ineffectiveness of the application of sanctions through criminal trial: the criminal sanction is applied in the latter – in virtue of the judicial tradition, constitutional basics and consistency to the European civilization – through the forms, rules and guarantees of jurisdiction. Stating that judicial power cannot effectively punish criminal acts against person produces negative consequences on the general preventive effect of those acts: if one of the deterrents to crime is the evaluation of crime consequences, the misconception of the ineffectiveness of sanctions imposed through criminal trial increases crime probability. ; L'ordinamento costituzionale e legislativo italiano realizza un attento equilibrio del rapporto tra libertà e sicurezza; ma la comunicazione comune, orientata dalla prevalenza dello "stile di polizia" tende ad affermare che esiste efficacia sistemica solo dove esiste azione neutralizzatrice-eliminatrice di qualsivoglia devianza. Gli organi di polizia vengono proposti come unici fattori effettivamente positivi di coesione e controllo sociale, e si propaganda con sempre maggiore intensità la falsa idea dell'inefficienza dell'applicazione delle sanzioni mediante il processo penale, luogo in cui si attuano - per tradizione ordinamentale, fondamento costituzionale, esigenza di civiltà europea - le forme, le regole, le garanzie della giurisdizione. Affermare che l'amministrazione della giustizia non riesce a punire efficacemente i delitti contro la persona produce effetti negativi sulla prevenzione generale di quei delitti: se uno dei fattori di controspinta alla commissione del delitto è la valutazione delle conseguenze sanzionatorie effettive, una falsa rappresentazione della realtà del sistema giudiziario, che ne proclami l'ineffettività, concorre ad aumentare le probabilità che si commettano delitti.
