Este artigo apresenta resultados de pesquisa sobre o uso do gênero nos 25 planos estaduais e distrital de educação promulgados entre 2014 e 2016. Demonstramos que as disputas em torno das questões de gênero nos planos evidenciam que não existe apenas uma forma de excluir ou incluir o tema, a saber: o veto; a omissão do termo e de outros a ele relacionados; a explicitação do gênero como um direito das mulheres e da população LGBT para a garantia de acesso e de permanência à educação de qualidade e o uso parcial com referências aos direitos humanos, à garantia de alguns direitos das mulheres e à cultura da paz. Mais da metade dos planos inseriu questões relativas à agenda das mulheres, sob uma perspectiva de gênero. Quase um terço dos planos expressam clareza de que a garantia de acesso e permanência com qualidade passa pelo enfrentamento das desigualdades de gênero. O caráter fixo e binário da oposição entre significados masculinos e femininos foi problematizado ao se incluir o combate ao sexismo, ao machismo e à LGBTfobia. Entretanto, vários planos manifestam o avanço de pautas conservadoras com a exclusão do gênero, corte ou limitação da agenda LGBT e inserção de itens que submetem a abordagem destes temas na escola à concordância das famílias. Conclui-se que o avanço conservador antigênero, ao menos no momento examinado, contrapõe-se à manutenção de várias conquistas. Permanecem, portanto, as contradições nas disputas de poder pela contribuição do gênero na função social da educação. ; This article presents the results of a research on the use of gender in education plans of 25 Brazilian states and the Federal District, enacted between 2014 and 2016. We demonstrate that the disputes around the gender issues in the plans bespeak that there is not just one way of excluding or excluding the topic, namely: the veto; leaving out the word and other related terms; the specification of gender as women´s right and the right of the LGBT community in order to ensure access to and permanence in quality education, and the partial use associated with human rights, the guarantee of some women´s rights, and the culture of peace. Over half the plans included issues related to the women´s agenda in a gender perspective. Almost one third of the plans clearly express that ensuring access and permanence with quality involves confronting gender inequalities. The fixed and binary nature of the opposition between male and female meanings was problematized when fighting sexism, machismo, and LGBTphobia was embraced. However, several plans indicated the move of conservative agendas by excluding gender, by cutting or limiting the LGBT agenda, and by including items that demand that dealing with such topics be subject to family approval. Conclusion is that the conservative anti-gender advance, at least in the period under screen, is opposed to maintaining a number of political achievements. Therefore, contradictions remain in the disputes of power through the contribution of gender in the social function of education.

This article explores the relation between the State and social movements in the production of public education policies focused on gender and sexual diversity. This reflection takes as its main sources two recent investigations dedicated to understanding the introduction of gender and sexual diversity into public education policies in Brazil during the Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva government: one livre-docência thesis (VIANNA, 2011) and another work that investigated how the curriculum policies were understood, appropriated and implemented by public school teachers in the state of São Paulo (VIANNA, 2012). The purpose of this article is to look at the production of these policies from the viewpoint of the tensions present in the dialogue between the Lula government and the social demands made by the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) movement to reduce inequality and to construct social rights. By discussing gains, losses and future challenges, the text highlights the contradictions found in the processes of interlocution between the government and the LGBT movement. When the government introduces gender and sexual diversity demands in education, it seems to be willing to give value to the theme without considering the power relations that determine the traditional parameters supporting gender relations and teaching identities in daily school life. ; Este artigo explora a relação entre Estado e movimentos sociais na produção de políticas públicas de educação voltadas para o gênero e para a diversidade sexual. Esta reflexão toma como fontes principais duas investigações mais recentes voltadas para a compreensão da introdução do gênero e da diversidade sexual nas políticas públicas de educação no Brasil, no governo de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva: uma tese de livre docência (VIANNA, 2011) e outro trabalho que verificou como as políticas voltadas para o currículo foram compreendidas, apropriadas e implementadas por professoras e professores de escolas públicas do estado de São Paulo (VIANNA, 2012). A intenção deste artigo foi olhar a produção dessas políticas a partir das tensões presentes na interlocução do governo Lula com demandas sociais por diminuição da desigualdade e construção de direitos sociais advindas do movimento LGBT (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Transexuais e Transgêneros). Ao discutir ganhos, perdas e desafios futuros, o texto destaca as contradições presentes no processo de interlocução entre o governo e o movimento LGBT. Quando o governo introduz demandas de gênero e diversidade sexual na educação, parece querer valorizar o tema sem considerar as relações de poder que determinam os parâmetros tradicionais que sustentam as relações de gênero e as identidades docentes no cotidiano escolar.

Network interventions and the role of the multiprofessional team in the prevention of LGBT youth suicide ; A negação dos direitos humanos de Lésbica, Gay, Bissexual, Travesti, Transexual (LGBT) e a não oferta de recursos fundamentais a dignidade dessas pessoas resulta no LGBTcídio, fenômeno que não se limita às mortes de pessoas LGBTs, mas que produz o indeferimento a vida dessas pessoas em sociedade. A intolerância disseminada demanda de ações do poder legislativo e mudanças de concepções dos atores sociais que compõem as redes sociais.1

First of all, the article analyzes, in panorama, Spinoza's ontology. Secondly, it shows how, from the concepts present in the ontology, the author derives others, as man, desire, joy and sorrow, hope and fear, security and despair, action and passion. From the relationship between ontology, men and desire - as well as from the other affects -, are extracted, in brief considerations, some Spinoza ́s political thesis. In this argumentative movement, the hypothesis is that many Spinoza's political thesis a rise from its ontology and its conception of man as desire and potency variation. The concept of desire is analyzed in the light of the variation of potency and the theme of natural right, which in Spinoza is identical to potency. When the subject is the brief derivations to politics, some hobbesian thesis - related to the following subjects, namely, the multitude, the people, the representation, the natural right, the civil state, etc. - are brought to show, by contrast, the importance of Spinoza's innovations.

O texto se desenvolve em três etapas complementares: primeiro, discutimos a estratégia da negação da política, com a qual Bolsonaro afrontou valores democráticos sem romper definitivamente com a democracia, tanto na campanha presidencial como na pandemia. No segundo momento, discutimos a estratégia do negacionismo como política, importante para a compreensão do modo como Bolsonaro empreendeu sua gestão da pandemia. No terceiro momento, argumentamos que durante a pandemia aquelas duas estratégias se conjugaram, produzindo fenômenos sócio-políticos que corroem a democracia, como a banalização das mortes e a naturalização da clivagem entre vidas valiosas, vidas submetidas a processos de menos-valia e vidas descartáveis. ; The text is developed in three complementary stages: Firstly, we discuss the strategy of denying politics, which allowed President Bolsonaro to reject democratic values without definitively breaking with democracy, employed both during the presidential campaign but also during the pandemic. Secondly, we analyze the strategy of denialism as a policy, important to the understanding of the way thru which Bolsonaro undertook his management of the pandemic. Thirdly, we argue that during the pandemic both strategies were combined, thus producing socio-political phenomena that erode democracy, such as the trivialization of deaths and the naturalization of the cleavage between valuable lives, less valuable lives, and disposable lives.

From the ideas of Immanuel Kant and Hannah Arendt regarding Faculty of judgment, this article seeks to analyse the possible connections between our ability to judge the beautiful, and the way in which contemporary art articulate aesthetic values, moral and cognitive. To this end, presents some aspects of appropriation that Arendt makes aesthetic judgment of taste who thinks the beautiful as a political category, aimed at a possible Association of public manifestations of contemporary art to the political action of public character.
