Yalçın Tosun, öykülerinde, toplumsal cinsiyet kavramını birçok açıdan ele alarak verili toplumsal cinsiyet rollerini tartışmaya açmıştır. Yazar; geleneksel ataerkil kadınlık ve erkeklik rollerini, toplumsal baskı mekanizmalarını, basmakalıp düşünceleri öykülerinde işler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yalçın Tosun'un öykülerinde LGBTİ kimlik unsurlarının ele alınış biçimlerini ve inşa edilme yollarını analiz etmektir.. Bu hususta, yazarın kitaplarından seçilen ve LGBTİ cinsel kimliklere dair yansımalar içeren dört öyküye (Kıpırtılı Bir Yorgan, Madam Marini'nin Tamamlanmış Bir Resmi, Kucak Delisi, Siyah Külot) odaklanılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, Yalçın Tosun'un öykülerinde LGBTİ cinsel kimliklerin, ayrımcılık mekanizmalarından uzakta ele alındığı ve LGBTİ kimliklerinin etkin bir biçimde yansıtıldığı ve geleneksel ataerkil kadınlık ve erkeklik rollerinin yapı-bozuma uğratılarak yeniden inşa edilme olanaklarının ortaya koyulduğu görülmüştür.

This article examines the 2017 German national election through
the lens of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) interests. It
depicts the ways in which sexual minorities articulated their policy preferences,
the degree to which these positions were taken up in party platforms
and electoral discourse, and the extent to which the resulting coalition agreement
pledged to address queer citizens' concerns. I argue that, as a result of
what Sarah Childs and Mona Lena Krook call a critical actor, this election
provided sexual minorities with a high degree of responsiveness on one core
issue: marriage equality. Other issues of interest to LGBTI voters, however,
remained largely invisible. The conclusions here are based on analysis of primary
documents including interest group statements, party platforms, and
coalition agreements, as well as on German-language news coverage of the
election campaign.

The categorization of victim constitutes a strategy of po-litical participation of the LGBTI groups from Pasto city. The aim of this self-definition is to continue the struggle for full citizenship and recognition in the department of Nariño, Colombia. This collective is heterogeneous and has a difficult to construct a collective identity that al-lows its consolidation. However, during the sixteen years it has been operating and strengthened by the constant fights of activists and constitutional transformations.Feminist and gender based debates on victim and citi-zenship are considered as opposing definitions; does not mean that they are in themselves an antagonism but a strategy of political mobilization within the framework of Law 1448 of 2011 and in the peace agreements between the national government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia -FARC- during the last four years. This has made it possible to visualize their problems, socially and culturally in rural areas, where conflict is intensifying, and in the urban area where stereotypes and stigmas are part of daily life and are reproduced to dis-criminate against lesbians, bisexual, trans, and intersex.

There is an increasing recognition of political and socio-economic right and identification of the LGBTI throughout the world. Hereby, I soaked into lived experiences of LGBTI people and interpreted those experiences for better understanding of their daily life activities, the gap between their individual identities and social identities, prevailing exclusionary provisions and need of their social inclusion in term of gender identities and social development. The study also relates to the multiple realities of the world view of LGBTI investigated through interpretive paradigms and narrative inquiry as methodology which focuses on critical life events depicted through participants' stories, exploring their holistic views and holds valuable potential for researchers in a broad range of socio-cultural and economic structures. The research questions; how do LGBTI perform everyday life activities, how have they been appraising their identity and why social exclusionary practices have been affecting the lives of LGBTI in the development process of Nepal have been instrumental to materialize them. ; The institutional form that LGBTI associations are acquiring denotes a process of institutionalization of the social demands claimed by the association. The basis of the political project of some social groups stands out for its anti-institutional nature towards institutions because they are organisms that transmit a patriarchal and heterosexist model, which limits sexual freedom. The approval of laws, such as Law ...

"The LGBTI community in Turkey face real dangers. In 2015, the Turkish police interrupted the LGBTI Pride march in Istanbul, using tear gas and rubber bullets against the marchers. This marked the first attempt by the authorities to stop the parade by force, and similar actions occurred the following year. Here, Fait Muedini examines these levels of discrimination in Turkey, as well as exploring how activists are working to improve human rights for LGBTI individuals living in this hostile environment. Muedini bases his analysis on interviews taken with a number of NGO leaders and activists of leading LGBTI organisations in the region, including Lambda Istanbul, Kaos GL, Pembe Hayat, Social Policies, Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation Studies Association (SPoD), and Families of LGBT's in Istanbul (LİSTAG). The original information provided by these interviews illuminate the challenges facing the LGBTI community, and the brave actions taken by activists in their attempts to challenge the state and secure sexual equality." The essay problematizes the incorporation of LGBTI rights promotion into the US and EU foreign policies. First, the paper examines the two actors' key documents, speeches, and policies devoted to the promotion of LGBTI rights abroad, the similarities and differences between the two actors' approaches, attending to the tendencies of their evolution and the ongoing development. Second, the article discusses the internal conditions in target countries that are conducive to the success and failure of international support of LGBTI rights. Finally, the study makes a critical overview of the measures that are argued to be necessary to increase the efficiency of LGBTI rights promotion in countries with most negative current trends in and/or poorest records on LGBTI rights.
