The paper focuses on the essential problem of linguistic personality analysis. It aims to study language means representing linguistic personality of Metropolitan Antony of Sourozh (Bloom). The authors analyse the linguistic personality at three levels: semantic, linguo-cognitive and motivational. The linguistic personality is characterised through the prism of linguistic consciousness and speech behaviour, i.e. from the perspective of linguistic conceptology and the theory of discourse. The research results show that the linguistic personality's cornerstone is the concept "BELIEF" which is interpreted by various confessions differently. The metropolitan mainly uses questions which can occur in the quotes used during a sermon that transfers a listener to a format of a polilologue. The preacher most often addresses the tactics of conducting a dialogue and the tactics of "thought-reading". As a preacher, Metropolitan Anthony of Surozh is a representative of Orthodox Church as a social institute, whose picture of the world is also influenced by the national picture of the world which reflects religious, historical, cultural and political presuppositions ofEnglandas well as those of 20th centuryWestern Europe. The authors state that the linguistic personality of a preacher experiences transformations under the pressure of secular society reflected at the verbal and semantic levels and, depending on a sermon recipient's type of personality – at the motivation level.

A review of economic geography studies on renewable energy showed a lack of the investors' perspective in such an analysis that is crucial for both a single investment planning and policy development. This paper introduces a framework for a cross-regional analysis of renewable energy investment attractiveness and illustrates its use on the case of Russia. The attractiveness of each Russian region is analyzed based on four main variables that are used in the construction of an attractiveness indicator. In addition, the indicator takes into consideration the effect of the different renewable energy investment support mechanisms presented in the country. The results allow the comparative analysis of different regions in terms of renewable energy investment attractiveness. The graphical representation of the results enables intuitive understanding and facilitates decision making. Apart from the direct usefulness of the results to Russian renewable energy market actors, such as investors and policy-makers, the introduced framework can be utilized by the research community and policy-makers for any country with geographical variability to better inform the transition to a low carbon future. ; Post-print / Final draft

This article summarizes the arguments and counterarguments in the framework of the scientific discussion on the problem of identifying, using the Granger test, the components of macroeconomic stability of Ukraine most sensitive to the destructive impact of Covid-19. The study's primary goal is to select from among many macroeconomic indicators precisely those that cause epidemiological surges in morbidity and mortality of the population using the example of the Covid-19 pandemic. The systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of finding determinants that affect the course of the pandemic shows many views among the scientists of the world. Still, they do not establish a single opinion. The study of the topic of identifying the influence of indicators of macroeconomic stability on the destructive impact of the pandemic in work is carried out in the following logical sequence: 1) systematization of literary sources according to the topic of the study; 2) creation of a statistical database that meets the requirements of the chosen methods; 3) bringing the obtained time series to a comparative form and achieving their stationarity; 4) conducting a two-sided test to identify causality. The methodological tools of the research methods were the Dickey-Fuller test for detecting a unit root and stationarity of a series, ways to achieve stationarity of a series using different methods, and a two-sided Granger test for detecting the causality of indicators. The object of the study is Ukraine; the term of the study is the beginning of the pandemic from February 2020 to December 2021. The article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the identification of the components of macroeconomic stability of Ukraine most sensitive to the destructive impact of Covid-19, which showed that such indicators exist and the causal relationship exists in both directions. The study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that the most influential factors are the consumer price index and inflation, which cause the variability of the number of infected and deaths in Ukraine. The study results can help create regional and national patterns of resistance to the destructive impact of the pandemic on macroeconomic stability.
This paper is dedicated to the higher education institutions shifting towards distance learning processes due to the global pandemic situation caused by COVID-19 in 2020. The paper covers the pandemic situation in Poland generally, analyzing governmental ordinances and tracking the gradual extension of restrictions for educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Experience, Enjoyment, Computer Anxiety, and Self-Efficacy on students' acceptance of shifting education to distance learning. The study tested and used the adapted General Extended Technology Acceptance Model for E-Learning (GETAMEL) in the context of coronavirus pandemic. The partial least squares method of structural equation modeling was employed to test the proposed research model. The study utilizes an online survey to obtain data from 1692 Polish undergraduate and graduate students in both full- and part-time study. The dataset was analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. Results showed that the best predictor of student's acceptance of shifting education to distance learning is Enjoyment, followed by Self-Efficacy. Both Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness predict student's Attitude Towards Using and Intention to Use the distance learning. The findings improve understanding regarding the acceptance of distance learning and this work is therefore of particular interest to teachers and practitioners of education.

There is a clear need in rural areas for improved methods of self-government. This study examines the most effective approaches to administration in rural communities. What are the most promising types of rural community management? We aim to assess trends in rural selfrehabilitation and development, including an international analysis of ecological and family homestead settlements as models of future society.
