Power is a heavy, but great cross, which not every person is capable of carrying. It is both the right to decide the fate of the country and people, and a great responsibility. This is the choice to serve one's people, accompanied by numerous trials and overcoming of considerable life challenges. With the words «power» or «ruler», we see the image of a person endowed with a life grasp and willpower, who always retains a fi rmness of mind and is not afraid to oppose anyone. If he is gifted with the talents of a commander, strategist, politician and diplomat, the power is often able to shift all spiritual values to the background, and to put forward material desires and the possibilities of their realization. That is why, with all the fullness of one's power, it is important to remain a virtuous, merciful and humane person. However, history shows that even in our Orthodox land such statesmen are very rare. Alexander Nevsky is a striking example of a great, humane and just ruler. A great number of works of both church and secular nature have been written about the noble knyaz. Meanwhile, his outstanding personality will not cease to attract attention, and after hundreds of years, this topic will always be relevant to us, especially from the point of view of the social orientation of his activities.

This article discusses a number of reasons that are reproduced in family communication practices that determine the reproduction of social inequality in Russian society. This is an incomplete set of role interactions in single-parent families and gender asymmetry. The problem of an incomplete set of role interactions is partially overcome in extended families, and this should be taken into account in family policy. However, special attention should be paid to the gender factor, since it is the gender asymmetry that is the most important source of reducing resource opportunities for families of a certain type. It can be overcome in two ways: either through the strengthening of traditional family values, or through the gradual disintegration of gender practices in the context of the creation of a Scandinavian-style welfare state.

The article underlines the latest trends in real estate prices in Russia, which helps to record the increasing negative effect of real estate risks on various groups of economic agents. The consequences of negative dynamics in mean real estate market prices could be relaxed by real estate derivatives market construction, which has been unclaimed yet by the market participants due to favorable economic conditions. The article provides the ground for the necessity of real estate risk hedging for various groups of economic agents, viability of real estate derivatives utilization for the purposes of hedging and their application to further financial innovations.

The article presents an overview of the materials of the annual scientific conference «Lomonosov readings-2019», reflecting the reports made at the section «Individual and work in the digital economy», dedicated to the significant date - the 100th anniversary of the International labour organization (ILO). The speakers actively discussed the development of social and labor sphere of modern Russia, its future in the conditions of digitalization and humanization, the problems of formation and development of human potential and transformation of labor relations in the digital economy, as well as prospects and risks in the regional, sectoral and corporate labour markets in connection with digitalization. The discussions identified and justified the need to consolidate efforts to establish an Association of labor economists, to continue the tradition of holding annual international inter-University scientific conferences for the exchange of scientific ideas and consistently project the position of the ILO in science, practice and in the teaching process.

The article aims to systematize the problem of psychological assistance to adolescents based on contemporary ideas about health, its dysfunctions and possible forms of psycho-logical help. Based on the analysis of the socio-cultural and age factors of health disorders of personality the author finds that the conventions of the phenomenon of health of the indi-vidual, the nature and character of its deformation. Analysis of the current approaches of psychological assistance to a teenager allows to systematize its problems at the levels of work personality and socio-psychological.

The author questions the generally accepted definition of architecture as a profession, because the genuine subject of architecture has not been defined yet. The article underlines the systemless selection of subjects studied at architectural schools and an indefinite status of the architect in the democratic society. Either the crisis faced by architecture in the third millennium can finish the transformation of architecture into building design or architecture will acquire a professional status. ; В статье подвергается сомнению общепринятое определение архитектуры как профессии, поскольку подлинный предмет архитектуры не определен. Подчеркивается бессистемный набор изучаемых в архитектурных школах предметов и неопределенность статуса архитектора в демократическом обществе. Кризис, переживаемый архитектурой в третьем тысячелетии, может либо завершить превращение архитектуры в строительный дизайн, либо архитектура обретет профессиональный статус.

The paper provides analysis of means of individualization (trademarks) as an institutional alternative to ensure quality of market goods and to enforce specific contractual performance of sellers and buyers. In general, the price mechanism as described in the perfect competition paradigm fails to ensure efficient market exchange of sophisticated goods and supplementary institutions such as a reputational mechanism are often required. Means of individualization as part of the reputational mechanism contribute to increasing efficiency of the market exchange by ensuring quality of market goods and, in broader context, by enforcing specific performance within the market contracts. The paper provides analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the means of individualization as compared with its institutional alternatives - "pure" market institutions, and centralized regulation of quality/contract performance.

В статье предпринята попытка выявить идейно-эстетические особенности концепций «разрушение» и «созидание» в художественной картине мира татарского драматурга начала ХХ века Гафура Кулахметова. В работе применен герменевтический подход к анализу художественных явлений, а при изучении эпохи и личности драматурга - историко-культурный метод. Исследование выполнено на материале двух пьес Гафура Кулахметова - «Две мысли» и «Молодая жизнь». Изучение художественного воплощения этих концепций производится на основе анализа психологического и аналитического характера монологов и диалогов, метафорических образов, душевного состояния героев. Исследование показало, что проявление в татарской драматургии начала ХХ века сюжетов разрушения - это результат социально-политического влияния. Обнаруженные в тексте пьес Гафура Кулахметова элементы «драматургии масс» послужили для авторов основой для постановки проблемы взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния концепций «нового типа» человека и «разрушения-созидания», что и составляет новизну данного исследования. В ходе работы было выявлено, что художественно-эстетические мотивы «разрушения» и «созидания» являются важными категориями в картине мира татарского народа, носят исторический характер. Драматург в определенной степени призывает серьезно задуматься об их последствиях для продолжения жизни и развития общества. Авторами постулирована возможность расширения изучения концепций «разрушения» и «созидания» в творчестве других татарских писателей начала ХХ столетия.
This article focuses on the ideological and aesthetic features of the concepts "destruction" and "creation" in the Tatar playwright Gafur Kulakhmetov's works. The authors employed hermeneutic approach to the analysis of literature phenomena, and historical-cultural method for investigation of the epoch and personality of the playwright. The study is performed on the two plays: "Two Thoughts" and "Young Life". The study of the embodiment of these concepts is based on the analysis of the psychological and analytical monologues and dialogues, metaphorical images, and the psychological state of the characters. The study revealed that the manifestation of the "destruction" concept is the result of socio-political influence. The new elements of "drama for the masses" discovered in Gafur Kulakhmetov's playsserved the basis for posing the problem of interconnection and mutual influence of the "new type" people concept and antagonism between "destruction" and "creation", makes the current work relevant The study revealed that the artistic and aesthetic motives of "destruction" and "creation" are important categories in the world picture of the Tatar people. The playwright urges serious reflection on the consequences of destruction for the continuation of life and for the society development. The authors suggest further research onexpanding the study of the concepts "destruction" and "creation" in other Tatar writers' works at the beginning of the 20th century.

Over the long centuries and nowadays the historical concept and political status of Jerusalem remain the most acute problem of relations between the peoples and states of the Middle East, Arabs and Jews, Israel and the Arab Palestinian state. The poignancy of the problem, the arguments of the opposing sides, are mainly rooted in conflicting interpretations of the history of Jerusalem and its holy places. The article presents a view of the history of Jerusalem as a process that began before the formation of the historical consciousness of the Arabs and Jews but used to continuously influence its shaping during the struggle for the city between powerful political forces standing behind the claims of various congregations. The article examines the written evidence of the shrines of Jerusalem that existed before the construction of the First Temple; selected archaeological data are used for additional verification of written sources. Recent proposals for a solution to the political status of Jerusalem are placed in the context of ideas about its cultural and historical significance. Particular attention is paid to the importance of Jerusalem in the history of the formation of religious doctrine and ritualism in Islam; a distinctive opinion is substantiated by the author concerning the reasons of the initial orientation of the Muslim prayer ritual towards Jerusalem; the existence of perceptions of the shrines of Jerusalem as sacred objects, recognized in the religious and ritual traditions of the Semitic peoples – the ancestors of Jews and Arabs – is established. On the ground of research findings the inseparability of history, culture, spatial limits and political status of the city of Jerusalem as an organic whole and a system is argued, the breach of the balance of which is claimed to inevitably destroy the integrity of the characteristics of Jerusalem in the history of the region, various peoples and all of humanity. The search for a solution to the Jerusalem problem is seen as interaction and the development of a model that recognizes and balances three factors of influence: 1) ideas about the importance of Jerusalem in the national historical narrative of Arabs and Jews; 2) the concept that asserted the consideration of the beginning of the cultural history of Jerusalem as a common Middle Eastern religious centre; and 3) the range of various political solutions proposed for the settlement of the problems of disputed territories in international relations with the assumption of the feasibility of fundamentally new models of solution. ; Трактовка исторического прошлого и политический статус Иерусалима на протяжении столетий и в наши дни остаются острейшей проблемой отношений между народами и государствами Ближнего Востока, арабами и евреями, Израилем и Палестинским государством. Острота проблемы, аргументы противоборствующих сторон главным образом коренятся в конфликтующих трактовках истории Иерусалима и его святынь. Статья представляет взгляд на историю Иерусалима как на процесс, начавшийся еще до начала складывания исторического сознания евреев и арабов. В ходе борьбы за обладание городом между различными политическими силами, стоявшими за религиозным спором об идентичности Иерусалима, и формировалось это сознание. Статья исследует письменные свидетельства о святынях Иерусалима, существовавших до строительства Первого храма, для дополнительной верификации привлекаются некоторые археологические данные. Последние предложения о решении политического статуса Иерусалима помещаются в контекст представлений о его культурно-историческом значении. Особое внимание уделяется значению Иерусалима в истории формирования религиозной доктрины и ритуальности в исламе; обосновывается авторское мнение о причинах изначальной ориентации мусульманского молитвенного ритуала на Иерусалим; устанавливается существование представлений о святынях Иерусалима как сакральных объектах, признававшихся и присутствовавших в религиозно-ритуальных традициях семитских народов – предков евреев и арабов. На основе полученных результатов аргументируется неразрывность истории, культуры, пространственных пределов и политического статуса города как органического целого и системы, нарушение баланса которой неминуемо разрушает целостность характеристики Иерусалима в истории региона, отдельных народов и всего человечества. Поиск решения проблемы Иерусалима рассматривается как взаимодействие и разработка модели, признающей и устанавливающей баланс трех факторов влияния: 1) представлений о значении Иерусалима в национальном историческом нарративе арабов и евреев; 2) аргументированной и предложенной к рассмотрению концепции начала культурной истории Иерусалима как общего ближневосточного религиозного центра и 3) спектра различных политических решений, предлагавшихся для урегулирования проблем спорных территорий в международных отношениях с допущением принципиально новых моделей решения.

Companies use humor and memes in advertising to speak the same language with consumers and improve communication. The meme is like a good joke: everyone understands it. Drawing on the study of 448 Russian consumers, the authors reveal the degrees of influence of such factors as entertainment, informativeness and irritation on the value of video advertising with memes. All the three factors influence the advertising value, with informativeness of advertising being of highest influence. The set of factors and degrees of influence depend on consumer's readiness to accept innovations. The innovators are influenced by two factors out of three - informativeness and entertainment, where the latter influences the innovators most. Irritation has no influence on advertising value altogether. Advertising designers and companies can use the findings to predict the changes in advertising value based on the changes in the factors of advertising perception.

The article contains a brief analysis of scientific activity and an overview of the main scientific works of Doctor of Philology, Professor Z. K. Temirgazina. The article describes her contribution to the study of the category uation, semantic syntax, and theory of speech communication and highlights the results in the field of investigation of linguis-tic manipulation in political discourse and gender-related aspects of language. The authors demonstrate her role in the for-mation of the linguoaxiological scientific school in Kazakhstan for over two decades. Apart from the theoretical issues, the scholar also deals with the applied tasks of linguistics, and specifically, with the implementation of multilinguistic education in the secondary schools of Kazakhstan and with the development of functional literacy of schoolchildren by means of the Russian language. ; В статье представлена характеристика профессиональной деятельности, научных достижений и личных качеств профессора З. The paper offers an overview of the trends and patterns behind researchers' focus shifting from strategies to business models in the sphere of management. Methodologically, the study rests on the set of traditional theories included in the strategic management paradigm, as well as the concepts of business models and platform economy. The authors examine various standpoints on the correlation between the terms "strategy" and "business model" in management and trace the genesis and prerequisites for the emergence of theoretical foundations that underlied business management in the 20th-21st centuries. We identify a number of factors behind the transition to a short-term model of company management. The paper demonstrates that a shift in the basic analytical management construct is due to heterogeneous elements of organization management, transformation of management logic "from the present to the future", the inclusion of microenvironment in the business ecosystem, etc. The research results can be of use in further empirical studies and in devising the methodological approaches to the development of relevant management tools based on the concept of business models.
