Founding of the theoretical research program is an institutional, scientific and geographical journey. Always there is an object: the territory, because it allows, encourages and crystallizes all interactions and dynamics, social and economic, industrial and reticular . This is the explanation of the title of this paper on my research conducted in being developed and planned currently "TERRITORIES, INDUSTRIES, INNOVATIONS and NETWORKS". There is also a process: the permanent alternation between inductive and hypothetico-deductive postures. We also need a method. It is for me to leverage additional tools and their disciplines: Industrial Economics, Territorial Economics, Economics of Public Policy. The central concepts used are those of territory, industry, innovation and networks. The issues studied are those of economic, social, political, technological and territorial contemporary changes. This approach is original because it includes, in a resolutely multidisciplinary and systemic approach, the contributions of economists crossed eyes, sociologists and managers. Finally, this research program has six research areas: structural analysis and theory of economic dominance - social networks, technology networks and strategic behavior - Institutional Networks and new forms of governance - Infrastructure networks and new uses - Strategies of actors and production of territories - Learning, knowledge, skills, anchors. ; Des recherches fondatrices à l'inscription théorique du programme de recherches, c'est un cheminement institutionnel, scientifique et géographique. Based on the study of social networks, we have observed how the interrelationships between the world of contemporary art and the politics in the establishment of cultural policies are numerous. Reform driven by the State from the 1980s has led to the creation of an institutional network become the cornerstone for the advancement of the careers of artists and undertaking the pre-existing merchant network. This upheaval brought the artists in the French Riviera to develop a strategy of seduction regarding to cultural leaders and local politicians, through to school education, openings, artists groups and associations.Only an ethnological investigation, based on conversation and ethnographic observations done during openings, press conference, more or less with formal meetings gave us a better comprehension about interaction between artists and politicians in one place: the French Riviera. ; En nous appuyant sur l'étude des réseaux sociaux, nous avons pu observer à quel point les interrelations entre le monde de l'art contemporain et le monde politique dans la mise en place de politiques culturelles sont nombreuses. La réforme impulsée par l'Etat à partir des années 1980 a amené à la création d'un réseau institutionnel devenu la pierre angulaire de la promotion de la carrière des artistes et bouleversant le réseau marchand préexistant. Ce bouleversement a amené les artistes azuréens à élaborer toute une stratégie de séduction vis-à-vis des responsables culturels et des élus locaux, passant par la formation scolaire, les vernissages, les regroupements d'artistes et les associations.Seule une enquête de terrain fondée des entretiens avec des artistes et des observations ethnographiques pratiquées lors de vernissages d'expositions, de conférences de presse, de rencontres plus ou moins formelles, nous a permis de mieux comprendre les interactions régissant les rapports entre les artistes et les hommes politiques, à un échelon local : la Côte d'Azur.

Colloque Bioénergies durables : innovations dans les territoires et les filières, Reims, FRA, 22-/11/2016 - 22/11/2016 ; This article explores the role of "the human factor" in the achievement of the full potential of the bioeconomy. It examines in particular the role of social and institutional factors (norms, networks, contractual arrangements, public policies). Three main classes of factors are discussed: the hindering or fostering impact of social values, organizational shifts implied by the development of the bioeconomy, and interactions inside territorial systems. A particular focus is then made on the forest and wood sector, in which all these factors are particularly important. We then suggest some policy implications in order tomaximize the beneficial impact of the bioeconomy. ; Cet article fait le point sur le rôle de « l'élément humain » dans la concrétisation du potentiel de développement de la bioéconomie, et plus précisément des facteurs sociaux et institutionnels (normes, réseaux, arrangements contractuels, politiques publiques.). Trois grands types de facteurs sont discutés : le rôle des valeurs sociales dans le déploiement de la bioéconomie, les modifications organisationnelles qu'il induit, et les interactions au sein des systèmes territoriaux. Cette discussion est illustrée par le cas de la filière forêt-bois, où ces facteurs sont particulièrement importants. L'article conclut par quelques propositions pour en matière de politiques locales pour maximiser les retombées positives de la bioéconomie.

This doctoral thesis in Rural Studies studies the "Terre de Liens Movement" (TDL) both in terms of collective action of social movements and through the theory of social-technical networks. This twofold approach first proposes a step back on the various motivations and compositions of current citizen and peasant land struggles in France. Then the analysis focuses on the land actions and internal tool-structures that are the core business of this national network: the challenge of promoting a rise in the skills of activists and inhabitants, outside the agricultural and territorial development world, on the collective management of farms: such as, for example, the land diagnosis (land and buildings) of volunteers with a view to the acquisition or the evaluation of the consequences of farmers' practices over time on the soil or landscape. This description of current modes of action and mobilization shows that this collective management builds "TDL Farms" as "performances" of land, struggles and care. The challenge of these collectives is ultimately to respond to the problems of access and transmission of so-called "peasant" farms and, as for their uses, to multiply contractual or moral commitments with local authorities and especially with leaseholder farmers, on environmental, food, ecological and territorial practices - such as those promoted by the still emerging "citizen agriculture". These farms are co-constructed (TDL and partners) as inalienable environmental and territorial commons, recognized as such throughout France. As they are anchored in the territories, these farming systems are also places where local actors are enlisted to act on land, agricultural or regional planning issues, invited to join the collective in order to meet the challenges of long-term collective management of farms to be passed on, dedicated to local course circuits and landscape maintenance. Land use planning appears to be an obligatory point of passage for TDL actions insofar as collective actions - notably the installation of farmers within the framework of a set of specifications and the repair of land rights - can only be renewed in the perspective of a "territoriality of the common". This analysis is based on three farms that make up the case study, whose comparison retains the political, cultural and identity dimensions of the collective actions undertaken locally, as well as their "sociotechnical" translations. ; Cette thèse en Études rurales étudie le « Mouvement Terre de Liens » (TDL) tant sur le plan de l'action collective des mouvements sociaux que par la théorie des réseaux-sociotechniques. Une première approche propose une prise de recul sur les diverses motivations et compositions des luttes foncières citoyennes et paysannes actuelles en France. Puis l'analyse se concentre sur les actions foncières et les structures-outils internes qui sont le cœur de métier de TDL : l'enjeu de favoriser une montée en compétence de militant.e.s et d'habitant.e.s, hors du monde agricole et du monde du développement territorial, sur la gestion collective de fermes. In fine, cette gestion construit les « Fermes TDL » comme des « performances » foncières, de luttes et de soins (care). L'enjeu de ces collectifs est de répondre aux problèmes de la transmission d'exploitations dites « paysannes » et quant à leurs usages, de multiplier les engagements contractuels ou moraux avec les collectivités locales et surtout avec les fermier.ère.s preneur.euse.s de baux, sur des pratiques, telles qu'elles sont promues par l'« agriculture citoyenne » encore émergente. Ces fermes sont in fine co-construites comme des communs environnementaux et territoriaux inaliénables. Dans leurs ancrages aux territoires, ces dispositifs sont aussi des lieux d'enrôlements d'acteurs locaux invités à rejoindre le collectif. L'aménagement du territoire apparaît comme un point de passage obligé des actions de TDL dans la mesure où les actions collectives, – notamment l'installation d'agriculteur.trice.s dans le cadre d'un cahier des charges et la réparation de droits sur le foncier –, ne peuvent se renouveler que dans la perspective d'une « territorialité du commun ». Cette analyse repose sur trois fermes qui composent l'étude de cas, dont la comparaison retient les dimensions politique, culturelle et identitaire des actions collectives engagées localement, ainsi que leurs traductions « sociotechniques ».
