Not it is simple task, for those that take a risk to create company, to determine their recruiting politicians or linking of personal, should look for a balance in aspects of economic, social, moral, political and labor type that can be opposed in many opportunities; since it should be had in consider concepts like the labor stability, to conserve and to reply the acquired knowledge, to restrict labor costs but without stopping to be competitive in the market; to assume recruiting of personal but with the enough variety that allows to adjust the human resource of agreement with the necessities of competent profiles to the current changing necessities because they go from the concept of offering labor stability, without forgetting the social responsibility of the company to contribute to a country with a high unemployment index and informality. This dilemma unfolds the entrepreneur at the present time, for what the present test seeks to show in a synthetic way the manager's of labor type basic responsibilities which should be adjusted to the Law and inspired by a philosophy of managerial ethics that promotes the respect to the worker, to the state, to the community and the competition. ; No es tarea sencilla, para los que se arriesgan a crear empresa, determinar sus políticas de contratación o vinculación de personal, debiendo buscar un equilibrio en aspectos de tipo económico, social, moral, político y laboral, que en muchas oportunidades pueden ser opuestos; ya que se debe tener en cuenta conceptos como la estabilidad laboral, conservar y replicar el conocimiento adquirido, restringir costos laborales pero sin dejar de ser competitivos en el mercado; asumir contratación de personal pero con la suficiente variedad que permita ajustar el recurso humano de acuerdo con las necesidades de perfiles competentes a las necesidades actuales cambiantes pues van desde el concepto de brindar estabilidad laboral, sin olvidar la responsabilidad social de la empresa de aportar a un país con un alto índice de desempleo e informalidad. En esa disyuntiva se desenvuelve el empresario Colombiano en la actualidad, por lo que el presente ensayo pretende mostrar de manera sintética las responsabilidades básicas del empresario de tipo laboral las cuales deben ser ajustadas a la Ley e inspiradas en una filosofía de ética empresarial que promueva el respeto al trabajador, al estado, a la comunidad y a la competencia.

This paper aims to describe the position and position of Science in Islam, which is divided into Sharia and Life Sciences, both of which are Fard Ain and Fardu Kifayah following the conditions faced by Muslims. In the hadiths of the Quran and the Hadith, it is found that Allah elevates the degree of knowledgeable people. The two types of Sharia and Life Sciences should work together for the benefit of Muslims. By conducting literature studies and descriptive approaches, it is found that Muslims who are consistent with Islamic teachings have succeeded in synergizing Islamic knowledge of Sharia and Life. Muslims were producing many discoveries of ijtihad results in various fields in the fields of Sharia and life sciences. This makes the Muslim Ummah stand amid other people with great dignity. This can be realized by creating a public tendency towards science, in other words, by creating a scientific revolution that starts from awareness in implementing Islamic law as a whole. This will make politicians who have only thought of eating and drinking turn into proponents of Muslims and science's benefit to get more votes for their victories by increasing the Education budget for the development of science

IntroductionAlthough temporalis fascia is the commonly used graft material for tympanoplasty, cartilage has become the material of choice in cases with eustachian tube dysfunction, bilateral disease, total or anterior perforation of tympanic membrane, tympanosclerosis etc. Cartilage slices < 0.5 mm thick are similar to the tympanic membrane in their acoustic properties. The present study is aimed to describe stitch-less type 1 tympanoplasty with sliced tragal cartilage-perichondrium and evaluate anatomical, audiological and cosmetic outcomes.Materials and Methods A prospective study was conducted from March 2014 to August 2016, in ENT department of a Government Medical College and Hospital, West Bengal, India. Primary tympanoplasty cases irrespective of age, size and site of perforation, laterality and eustachian tube function were included in the study. History of previous tympanoplasty or mastoid surgery and cases requiring ossicular reconstruction or mastoidectomy were excluded from the study. Sliced tragal cartilage-perichondrium graft of 0.2 mm thickness was placed in underlay fashion through trans-canal or end-aural route.ResultsAmong 95 cases 38 were male, 57 were female with age range between 7 to 68 years. Average operative time was 30 minutes. Graft take was successful in 97.89% of cases. Average Air Bone Gap 12 months after operation was 13.03dB.ConclusionSliced cartilage-perichondrium graft gives good balance between sufficient stability and adequate acoustic sensitivity. Moreover, no stitch technique reduces operative time and increases cosmesis.
