Handbook for the more than 200,000 national presiding and voting officers who conducted South Africa's first democratic elections. Training course-style information is provided on the selection of electoral officers, the layout of voting stations as well as voting days and hours. Special emphasis is on the duties of voting officers during voting days and the secrecy of the vote.
