This article studies the problems of ethno-political processes in Afghanistan's sociallife. This shock of social and political life was a manifestation of tension in the ethno-national sphere, originating in the time of the formation of the Afghan state, which was created by the Pashtun tribes with all the ensuing consequences.

The article is devoted to analysis of new Marxism as a key methodological
trends of political science research. Historical events of the last century and the
ensuing updated the creative legacy of Marx and contributed to its reconsideration,
which was the enrichment of political science, development of methodology in its area
schools and trends, developing ideas known German scientist.

Immer und überall (zum Beispiel auf der re:publica) wird kritisiert, WissenschaftlerInnen bewegten sich in ihren spezifischen Nischen und kämen nicht aus dem Elfenbeinturm heraus. Die Forderungen: Mehr Blogs, mehr soziale Netzwerke, mehr Verständlichkeit! Vor allem junge WissenschaftlerInnen haben ein Interesse daran, ihre Arbeiten nicht nur mit der Fachwelt, sondern auch mit anderen Interessierten zu teilen – schließlich können sich auch so interessante Diskussionen ergeben, und das Wissenschafts-Image wird ein wenig entstaubt. Wissenschaftliche Blogs gibt es schon einige, doch Podcasts sind noch immer eher selten. Schreiben fällt den meisten WissenschaftlerInnen dann vielleicht doch leichter als spannende Audio-Formate zu produzieren. Ich habe jedenfalls versucht, ein paar politik- und sozialwissenschaftliche Podcasts zu finden und hier sind sie:.

"Während der letzten 50 Jahre hat es innerhalb des Rahmens der klassischen politikwissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisinteressen verschiedene Themenkonjunkturen gegeben, sowohl im Bereich der Internationalen Beziehungen wie in der Demokratietheorie und der Steuerungstheorie. In diesem Papier wird zunächst gezeigt, daß nicht zuletzt aufgrund der jüngsten thematischen Erweiterungen zum ko-operativen Staat, gesellschaftlicher Selbstregelung und politischen Mehrebenen-systemen die zentralen Fragestellungen und analytischen Kategorien der Politikwissenschaft sich recht gut auf den transnationalen ("globalen") Bereich übertragen bzw. ausdehnen lassen. In einem zweiten Schritt wird argumentiert, daß die derart anschlußfähigen Ansätze den Besonderheiten der Vorgänge im transnationalen Bereich in verschiedener Hinsicht nicht gerecht werden. Diese Mängel stellen zum Teil Herausforderungen dar, die sich durch Veränderungen in der jetzt vorherrschenden analytischen Perspektive auf "global governance" bewältigen ließen; teilweise stößt die Politikwissenschaft hier aber an disziplinäre Grenzen, die schwer überwindbar sind." The article is devoted to a very interesting methodological paradigm, which has
its own history and the high importance in a number of Social Sciences - Institutional,
which is influenced by social changes and needs in their understanding was further
developed in the form of appearance of new institutional paradigm, actively used in
modern political science knowledge.

The article attempts to provide a definition for the problem area of the philosophy of politics, political philosophy and political science. Given the lack of a well-established distinction between the subjects of these sciences in the Russian-language discourse, the author turns to the English-language tradition. The analysis of this discourse shows the following: 1) the absence of a distinction between political philosophy and the philosophy of politics, which is replaced by political ontology as part of political philosophy; 2) the existence of a distinction between political theory and political philosophy; 3) the dependence of the paradigm of the relationship between political theory and political philosophy on the consensus developed in the national intellectual tradition. In the English-language discourse, the question of the relationship between political science and political philosophy comes to the fore. The latter is considered as a subordinate, integral part of political science. It is shown that, based on the criterion of "insufficient scientificity", attempts to exclude political philosophy from the political science do not stop. The article substantiates the position according to which, despite their apparent similarity, the subjects of political science and political philosophy do not coincide – the disciplinary ontology of political science can become the subject of political philosophy. When discussing the relationship between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy, the article presents several hypotheses. First, a distinction is made between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy and the author argues that they are distinct. Secondly, the position, according to which the philosophy of politics belongs to the field of philosophy, and political philosophy to political science, is critically examined, and the fact that the two disciplines belong to the philosophical corpus of knowledge is substantiated. Thirdly, it is proposed to demarcate between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy in accordance with the difference between their subjects. The subject of philosophy of politics is the phenomenon of the political, while the subject of political philosophy is political phenomena.

Gerhard Lehmbruchs 75. Geburtstag ist der Anlass, über Lehmbruchs wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung der Politikwissenschaft in Österreich vor mehr als dreißig Jahren zu reflektieren. Als Wissenschafter - insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit seiner Buch "Proporzdemokratie" - und als Kollege zählte er zu jenen Nicht-Österreichern, die eine kleine Zahl junger österreichischer Politologinnen und Politologen in den 60er Jahren inspirierte. Gerhard Lehmbruch gehörte zu jenen (vor allem US-amerikanischen und deutschen) PolitologInnen, die - direkt und indirekt - der Politikwissenschaft halfen, sich in einem Land zu definieren, das den Großteil seiner Erinnerung an die besonderen österreichischen Wurzeln der modernen Sozialwissenschaften begraben hatte.

The article is dedicated to the comparative content-analysis of the two excerpts, considering foreign political leadership theories for the Russian readers and researches and related to the different stages of Soviet and Russian political science development. There are also quotative and quotative analyses of the theories provided by the author. ; Статья посвящена сравнительному контент-анализу двух отрывков, представляющих зарубежные теории политического лидерства отечественному читателю и исследователю и относящихся к различным периодам развития советской и российской политологии. Также приводится проведенный автором сравнительный качественный и количественный анализ рассмотренных зарубежных теорий.
