In the Political Discourse Analysis, multiple conceptual elements from different sources come together and are put in interaction with everyday political life. This is done in order to have a deeper and comprehensive understanding of the problems that come with the exercise of power and life in a community. This paper presents an initial analysis of two Colombian everyday political life, base on the theoretical principles. ; En el Análisis Político del Discurso confluyen elementos conceptuales de múltiples procedencias, puestos en diálogo con la vida política cotidiana, en la dirección de alcanzar cotas más altas en la comprensión de las problemáticas del ejercicio del poder y de la vida en comunidad. El presente trabajo inicia un acercamiento a dos casos de la vida colombiana, a la luz de estos presupuestos teóricos.

Este trabajo presenta los resultados de una investigación cualitativa que explora el fenómeno de la promoción publicitaria de los políticos de carrera en contenidos televisivos no comerciales, la cual tuvo un auge a partir de la reforma electoral de los años 2007-2008. A partir de entonces se prohibió la compraventa de espacios en medios electrónicos para la promoción político-electoral, así como la aparición de funcionarios públicos en la publicidad oficial. Por medio de entrevistas a profundidad se recopiló información que, codificada con base en el modelo de la teoría fundamentada de Strauss y Corbin, permitió comprobar la existencia de publicidad política encubierta, así como esbozar una definición de la misma y determinar sus características, causas y consecuencias. De esta forma se concluye que, pese al cambio legal con el que se intentó introducir un nuevo modelo de comunicación política más equitativo y erradicar la venta de espacios en televisión para publicidad política, esto no fue posible dadas las condiciones estructurales del sistema político mexicano y la relación existente entre medios y gobierno, misma que impacta sobre la comunicación política a la vez que rebasa la cuestión electoral y su marco regulatorio.

This paper aimed to map the current state of the structures of political science production and circulation in Argentina. This type of analysis is part of a series of studies that have analyzed the forms that peripheral science has adopted, its styles of production and publication circuits. We sought to answer a simple question that has complex answers: where does Argentina's political science publish and what characteristics do its researchers present - considering trajectories, strategies, and profiles - at CONICET? To this end, we analyzed the trajectories of 148 CONICET researchers in order to understand their publication practices and positioning in the Argentinean scientific field. At the same time, we examined the publication space of political science journals, their circuits and circulation orientations. Political Science in Argentina has a dynamic and consolidated structure. The historical trend that guided the trajectories of agents towards international spaces is contrasted with a recent trend of graduating from national universities and entering a scientific career at CONICET. Beyond the scientific policies of decentralization of science and technology activities, the concentration of research capacities in metropolitan areas is almost absolute. In the case of political science, the UBA-UNSAM-UNR node centralizes the largest number of researchers and, therefore, of political science production in the country. ; El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo realizar un mapeo del estado actual de las estructuras de producción y circulación politológica en Argentina. Este tipo de análisis se inserta dentro de una serie de estudios que han analizado las formas que ha adoptado la ciencia periférica, sus estilos de producción y circuitos de publicación. Buscamos responder una sencilla pregunta que posee respuestas complejas: ¿dónde publica la ciencia política de Argentina y qué características presentan sus investigadores/as —considerando trayectorias, estrategias y perfiles— en el CONICET? Para ello, analizamos la trayectoria de 148 investigadores/as del CONICET con el fin de comprender sus prácticas de publicación y posicionamiento en el campo científico argentino. Al mismo tiempo, examinamos el espacio de publicación de revistas de ciencia política, sus circuitos y orientaciones de circulación. Se encontró que más allá de las políticas científicas de descentralización de las actividades de ciencia y técnica, la concentración de capacidades de investigación en las zonas metropolitanas es casi absoluta. Para el caso de la ciencia política, el nodo UBA-UNSAM-UNR centraliza la mayor cantidad de investigadores/as y, por tanto, de producción politológica del país.

El artículo propone una interpretación epistemológica sobre el desarrollo disciplinar de la ciencia política en Colombia. A través de un ejercicio hermenéutico se fundamenta la necesidad de pensar y reconocer la ciencia política de manera (trans) disciplinar, para luego mostrar que en el proceso de conformación de las distintas plantas docentes han participado profesionales de diferentes ramas, dejando en evidencia la dificultad para configurar programas con especificidades disciplinares. El artículo concluye afirmando que este carácter transdisciplinar lleva a una diversidad metodológica y a una evanescente definición del objeto de estudio, que si bien no se constituyen en una desventaja epistemológica, prueban la falta de un elemento cohesionador e identitario para la disciplina. ; The article proposes an epistemological interpretation of the disciplinary development of political science in Colombia. Through a hermeneutical exercise it builds the need to think and recognize the political science in a (trans) disciplinary way to show then that in the process of formation of the different faculties have participated professionals from different branches, revealing the difficulty to set up programs with disciplinary specificities. The article concludes that this transdisciplinary methodology leads to a diversity and an evanescent definition of the object of study, that while not constituting an epistemological disadvantage, prove the lack of a cohesive and identity element for the discipline.

This article presents an exercise in political science simulation applied via artificial neural networks software called Easy NN-plus 15.0, with reference to possible political scenarios that can emerge once conclude the dialogue between the guerrillas of the armed revolutionary forces of Colombia (FARC-EP) and Juan Manuel Santos's administration, whose aims to solve through negotiated via the internal armed conflict that is afflicting Colombia more than half a century ago. The political scenarios referred to as input layer for the Perceptron were: democratic stability, civil war, coup d'État, revolution, political reform and authoritarian modernization; the output layers were: democratic openness and the continuation of the conflict; while the interlayer was formed with the complex interrelationship of the six entry scenarios. The computer program was used to relate complex non-linear factors of the political challenge posed by the dialogue, to improve the analytical understanding of the situation.

In this article, I propose a reading of the book Razones Públicas by Andrés Rosler. The aim of the text is to rise some methodological questions about the definition of political theory the author uses. In order to do so, firstly, I ask about the way of working on history in relation to the non-historical and the judgment. Secondly, I ask how to define republicanism and its contingent character. Finally, I ask about the relationship between a republican political theory as the one Rosler puts forward and the political present. I hope this piece may serve to open a debate on ways of defining and working in political theory. ; En el presente artículo realizo una lectura del libro Razones pú- blicas de Andrés Rosler. El objetivo del texto es presentar algunas preguntas metodológicas en torno a la definición de teoría política que aparece allí. Para ello, en primer lugar, indago sobre el modo de trabajar sobre la historia en relación a lo no-histórico y al juicio. En segundo lugar, me pregunto por el modo de definir el republicanismo y su carácter contingente. Por último, me pregunto por la relación entre una teoría política republicana como la propuesta y el presente político. Me interesa, ante todo, que el texto sirva para abrir el debate sobre modos de definir y trabajar en teoría política.

The objective of the investigation was to analyze the structure and administration of the political system in Iraq (post-ISIS). After 2003, the Iraqi political system suffered the fundamental problem of its failure to achieve the political and social inclusion that characterizes democratic systems, to guarantee the establishment of a "state for all", while respecting differences. Political representation has moved from the system of sectarian ethnic components, under the title of consensual democracy, to the representation of leaders and the realization of their interests and the interests of their parties at the expense of the groups that claim to represent them, which complicates the problem. In this sense, the new political system could not represent social pluralism, on the one hand, and could not satisfy the demands of the same components on the other. Methodologically, it is a political investigation in the framework of the analysis of the political system. It was concluded that the search for new balances is a pending issue. While these emerging balances and arrangements are still fragile and immature to the extent required, they represent a clear entry point to reshape the regime's political structure in one form or another.

This work aims to reflect on the contributions of Marxism to the development of political psychology. It is suggested that from this scenario emerges the political-legal domain of a dialogical type -antagonist complementary- and transdisciplinary. The reticular interaction between individual-society-species is posed in that territory, a place in which political psychology can be posed as a neo-discipline, oriented to the dialogue of knowledge under a multidimensional view. Political psychology is a relational-complex psychology, which implements a political-legal device to dialogically summon method, ideology and praxis.

This paper proposes a political economy explanation of bailouts to declining industries. A model of probabilistic voting is developed, in which two candidates compete for the vote of two groups of the society through tactical redistribution. We allow politicians to have core support groups they understand better, this implies politicians are more or less effective to deliver favors to some groups. This setting is suited to reproduce pork barrels or machine politics and patronage. We use this model to illustrate the case of an economy with both an efficient industry and a declining one, in which workers elect their government. We present the conditions under which the political process ends up with the lagged-behind industry being allowed to survive.

This essay articulates the differences and suggests the similarities between the practices of Socratic political speaking and those of Platonic political writing. The essay delineates Socratic speaking and Platonic writing as both erotically oriented toward ideals capable of transforming the lives of individuals and their relationships with one another. Besides it shows that in the Protagoras the practices of Socratic political speaking are concerned less with Protagoras than with the individual young man, Hippocrates. In the Phaedo, this ideal of a Socrates is amplified in such a way that Platonic writing itself emerges as capable of doing with readers what Socratic speaking did with those he encountered. Socrates is the Platonic political ideal. The result is a picture of the transformative political power of Socratic speaking and Platonic writing both.

Me propongo desarrollar algunas reflexiones sobre el campo de estudio de la ciencia política, como antropólogo, en diálogo desde el horizonte intelectual fijado por Eric Voegelin y en relacionando críticamente las ideas sobre la ciencia política expresadas por los profesores Rodrigo Losada y Andrés Casas, en sus recientes publicaciones, y quienes representan una importante escuela de pensamiento en el estudio de los fenómenos políticos. El debate se plantea en términos del dialogo entre las visiones reduccionistas y los enfoques heurísticos. Se afirma la importancia de la categoría teórica de experiencia de orden como pauta que conecta a la antropología política y a la ciencia política; concepto que de ser apropiado, permitiría enriquecer el universo retórico-científico, en cuanto a la identificación de la complejidad del fenómeno político. ; As an anthropologist, I intend to develop some reflections over the field of study of political science, in dialogue with the intellectual horizon set by Eric Voegelin and in a critical relation with the ideas expressed about political science in the recent publications, of professors Andrés Casas and Rodrigo Losada, whom represent an important school of thought in the study of the political phenomena. The debate is framed in terms of dialogue between reductive visions and heuristic approaches. It is stated the importance of the theoretical category of experience of order as a connecting pattern between anthropology and political science and allowing them to enrich their rhetorical scientific universe in terms of identifying the complexity of the political phenomenon.

Hay pocos estudios que indagan la participación de las mujeres en la ciencia y son aún más escasos aquellos que reflexionan sobre el papel de las mujeres en el desarrollo de las disciplinas. En este trabajo destacamos dos aspectos del campo de la ciencia política mexicana: primero, las investigaciones con perspectiva de género, y segundo, la construcción de conocimiento que emprenden las mujeres. Se trata de una investigación de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo cuyo estudio de caso es la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) durante el periodo 2010-2020. Se analizan dos criterios: 1) los artículos publicados en dos revistas especializadas: la Revista Mexicana de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales y la Revista Estudios Políticos, y 2) los temas de género que fueron seleccionados para la elaboración de investigaciones para obtener el título de licenciatura en Ciencias Políticas y Administración Pública con especialidad en Ciencia Política, así como los grados de maestría en Estudios Políticos y Sociales y en el doctorado en Ciencias Políticas y Sociales con orientación en Ciencia Política. Los resultados muestran que el impacto del feminismo, la perspectiva de género y los estudios de género tienen una resonancia importante. Sin embargo, los objetos de estudio hegemónicos per- manecen estables y este campo de investigación, de la mano con las metodologías feministas, aún lucha por abrirse paso en la disciplina.
