MEMBANGUN PENDIDIKAN POLITIK DALAM FATSUN DEMOKRASI PANCASILA DAN DELIBERATIVE
This paper a study political education to meet presidential elections and vice president of the republic of Indonesia of 2019 in fatsun democracy Pancasila and a deliberative.The results show that in fatsun democracy Pancasila and a deliberative, found the practical discursus, formation public opinion and political aspirations the community, and sovereignty the populace as procedural as the owner of and holder sovereignty highest dealt with in constitutional in Indonesia and can control government decisions that was formed through elections.Political education is a means of to understand rights and obligations and the responsibilities of a citizen in our nation and state, besides the responsibility of presidents and vice president of the republic of Indonesia was elected to carry power as the mandate. The responsibility of in education politics it is it is an obligation of a political party, KPU-Bawaslu, and all elements of the community with the aim of an increase in the understanding of the related the vision mission presidential candidates and a vice president been attained by Indonesia in discursus the public which had bought in accordance with idee and aim of the Indonesia state that is to date it has not yet been attained.

Kewenangan Pemerintah dalam Pembubaran Organisasi Kemasyarakatan
Ormas, which are familiarly referred to as community organizations, are organizations that exist and are formed from the community voluntarily based on the same needs, interests, common aspirations, activities and goals in participating in development for the sake of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila. The purposes of this study are to reveal the scope of government authority in the dissolution of civil society organizations in Indonesia and the mechanism for the dissolution of civil society organizations in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach. Sources of legal materials used in the form of secondary and primary legal sources through recording and documentation studies in which legal materials and data are managed using interpretive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the scope of government authority in the dissolution of community organizations is based on the attribution authority. Regarding the mechanism for dissolving community organizations, it refers to the provisions of Law Number 16 of 2017 concerning Ormas. The author suggests that the government always conduct socialization and supervision related to the activities of community organizations so that the community and mass organizations must be guided by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Pancasila because it is the most important principle in establishing community organizations.

Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional mempunyai tujuan menciptakan manusia beriman dan bertaqwa terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berbudi luhur, berkepribadian mandiri, maju, tangguh, cerdas, kreatif, terampil, disiplin, bertanggung jawab serta sehat jasmani dan rohani.Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan mata pelajaran penting bagi pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Pencapaian standar kompetensi (SK) dan kompetensi dasar (KD) yang memfokuskan pada pembentukan warga negara yang memahami dan mampu melaksanakan hak-hak dan kewajibannya untuk menjadi warga negara Indonesia yang cerdas, terampil, dan berkarakter yang dimanatkan dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945 (BNSP, 2006: 34). Dengan adanya pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, siswa mampu (1) Berpikir secara kritis, rasional, dan kreatif dalam menanggapi isu kewarganegaraan; (2) Berpartisipasi secara aktif dan bertanggung jawab, dan bertindak secara cerdas dalam kegiatan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara, serta anti korupsi; (3) Berkembang secara positif dan demokratis untuk membentuk diri berdasarkan karakter-karakter masyarakat Indonesia agar dapat hidup bersama dengan bangsabangsa lainnya; (4) Berinteraksi dengan bangsa-bangsa lain dalam percaturan dunia secara langsung atau tidak langsung dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. To run the bureaucratic engine, the position and role of the State Civil Apparatus as an element of the state apparatus has a considerable contribution in determining the success of National Development, both physical and non-physical. This is based on the fact that the State Civil Apparatus is the backbone of the country, so that the national goal of creating a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution is largely determined by the implementation of tasks imposed on the State Civil Apparatus. To realize these ideals, state apparatus are needed that are always consistent and consistent, clean, responsible, future-oriented and have a spirit of service and professionalism in the administration. This study aims to find out the influence of education and training on the performance of state civil apparatus. The method used in this study is product moment correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis and analysis of determination. Based on the results of the analysis of determination, it can be seen that the Effect of Education and Training on State Civil Apparatus Performance is 86.86%. This means that there are 13.14% more than Education and Training affecting the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is acceptable to the truth, namely "if Education and Training is getting better, the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Financial Management and Asset Agency will also be better".

AbstractResearch, regulation and development of this press researched to deepen the development of the mass media is so dynamic in Indonesia. Those who want to delve into the media and political power in Indonesia and how to act in favor of the power to be used as a tool to build community in the era of Soeharto. The study examines how the press system established under a political system that is referred to as the basic media Indonesia between 1966 and 1973. To achieve the goal of the study, investigation was made on the press and the factors that influence the formation of a press system using an approach through the analysis of historical research documents and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the formation of the media system is based on a process of consciously designed to conform to the philosophy and values practiced by the manager, who went on to become Indonesia's national policy. The planned process is essentially cultural values such as "collaboration", the spirit of harmony, harmony, balance, and obedience. Press system formation process is done through persuasion and consensus made during the meeting, which was later used as a tool to control the activities of the press in Indonesia. The study also found some dominant factor affecting the development of the media system that includes socio-cultural, political and economic. The results showed that from 1966 to 1973, the government supports the aspiration to form a healthy media system, free and responsible as well as build a sense of family planning in line with the direction of the government's political ideology. Policies formed the basis for formulation of media system in Indonesia based on Pancasila.
