El concepto de democracia en el Partido Revolucionario Cubano de José Martí
El 10 de abril de 1892, se constituye el Partido Revolucionario Cubano (PRC), concebido por José Martí como el instrumento político necesario para organizar y conducir la guerra definitiva contra el colonialismo español, y crear las bases para el establecimiento de una república democrática en Cuba, "una república justa" "con todos y para el bien de todos". Algunos conceptos de Martí acerca de los principios democráticos indispensables en ese proceso, se analizan en este artículo. ; The Cuban Revolutionary Party (CRP) was constituted on the 10th of April of 1892, by José Martí as the political instrument necessary to organize and lead the definitive war against the Spanish colonialism. Martí was to create the bases for the establishment of a democratic republic in Cuba, "a right republic" "with everybody and for the good of everybody". Some concepts of Martí about the indispensable democratic principles in the process are analyzed in this article.

" Newspaper clipping from the "El Universal" of a publication on December 8, 1938. It reproduces a manifesto signed by Gen. Manuel Treviño and titled "Call to the citizens of Mexico". The manifesto calls Mexican to found a new party because the PRM (Party of the Mexican Revolution) does not offer real democracy. The author argues that the "ejido" and worker unions have become instruments of oppression (see newspaper library). Newspaper clipping of a page from "El Universal" dated on Saturday December 10, 1938. It is titled "the Congress condemns the statement by Gen. Pérez Treviño" and "President Gen. Lázaro Cárdenas speaks to citizens". The fist article contains statements by Senators Antonio Romero, Gonzalo Bautista and Nazario Ortiz Garza regarding the manifesto. / Página del periódico El Universal del 8 de diciembre de 1938 que reproduce un Manifiesto a la Nación firmado por el general Manuel Pérez Treviño, titulado ""Llamamiento a la masa ciudadana de México"" en el que convoca a la formación de un nuevo parido político, ya que el PRM no ofrece ninguna garantía democrática. Postula que el ejido y el sindicato se han convertido en instrumentos de opresión (ver hemeroteca). Página del periódico El Universal del sábado 10 de diciembre de 1938, en la que están marcadas en rojo dos notas; sólo se encuentran los pases, recortes con las cabezas y principios de notas no están. Se titulan ""Condena el Senado lo dicho por el general Pérez Treviño"" y ""El presidente Gral. Lázaro Cárdenas se dirige a la República entera"". El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las redes desarrolladas por el Partido Revolucionario Cubano sobre Perú, Chile y Bolivia, con la intención de lograr apoyo a la insurrección cubana de 1895. Dentro de los estudios sobre la guerra de 1895 se evidencia una ausencia en lo que respecta a relaciones diplomáticas por parte de la República de Cuba. A través de correspondencia pública y privada se demuestra, entonces, como uno de los delegados de dicho partido, Arístides Agüero, construye relaciones de poder por medio de diversas acciones sobre la Región Andina Sur. Considerada la guerra como un hecho social complejo recurrente en la historia de la humanidad –desde una mirada sociológica y geopolítica-, se busca describir el impacto de dichas redes localizando sus ámbitos de realización, ya sean organizacionales, políticos o bélicos. Asimismo, se busca complementar los estudios acerca de un conflicto mayor como lo representa la independencia cubana. ; This article aims to analyze the networks developed by the Cuban Revolutionary Party on Peru, Chile and Bolivia, with the intention of obtaining support for the Cuban insurrection of 1895. Within the studies on the war of 1895 there is evidence of an absence in regarding to diplomatic relations on the part of the Republic of Cuba. Through public and private correspondence it will be demonstrated, then, how one of the delegates of that party, Arístides Agüero, builds power relations through various actions on the Southern Andean Region. Considering war as a complex social fact, the aim is to describe the impact of networks by locating their areas of realization, whether they are organizational, political or military.
