З огляду на це розглянуто питання дії принципів справедливої війни в умовах внутрішнього збройного конфлікту, проаналізовано засоби і методи війни, що застосовуються протиборчими сторонами, надано характеристику психології та етики поведінки воїнів. ; a Civil War is not only a complicated social phenomenon,but also an extremely difficult moral phenomenon. Is a civil waran absolute evil, or are its consequences could be a boon for acountry that has experienced it? How to solve the fundamentalmoral contradiction of the in-country war or only other warwhen faced with the need to kill an absolute moral prohibitionof murder? Can a war be a fair civil war? Such questions areall the more acutely facing scientists.The urgency of this problem is determined that a civil war isone of the most dangerous crisis and conflict situations, whichare destined to face mankind. During the civil war part of theproblems are usually solved. However, the indicated resultis achieved as a result of spending the expenses that create adirect threat to the basics of law and order, welfare as well asexistence of nations experiencing an internal war.The aim of this work is to show the moral and ethical issuesof a Civil War. We believe it is possible to distinguish severalmajor interrelated moral and ethical issues of a Civil War:1. Could there be a fair civil war, which is ethically justified?2. What are the means and methods of warfare used by thewarring parties during the internal war?3. Moral records of soldiers participating in military fromall the subjects of a civil war.4. Under what conditions a person has a moral right andeven moral obligation to kill another person. That is, underwhat conditions on a civil war is morally justified to useviolence by one person against another person?Taking into consideration the analysis of the principles of thetheory of a fair war, a civil war cannot be fair, because certaincriteria are broken. During internal wars warring parties mostfrequently use banned from the point of view of internationallaw and community methods and tools. Opponents do notadhere to the principle that prohibits the use in armed conflictweapons, projectiles and material and methods of warfare,which may cause superfluous injury or unnecessary sufferingand bring crosses to the population.In a rather vague small warfare (no conventional boundariesbetween a war and a peace, a front and a rear, betweenpermissible and impermissible in the legal sense), armies aremorally decaying, losing the monopoly on violence, which isprivatized by various military and political factions. ; Определен круг нравственно-этических проблемгражданской войны.
