The article analyses interpretation of Schelling's aesthetics in Losev's work «The very itself» (Samoe samo). It shows that Losev's translation of the «Philosophy of arts» deformes some Schelling's ideas about the Absolute, nature and arts. It makes the interpretation of his aesthetical conception non-immanent and non-relevant. 1991–2005. On the basis of the analysis of the famous Heidegger's text "The Origin of the Work of Art" the article proposes the interpretation of his aesthetics not only as anti-subjectivist, but also as socio-historically oriented. This essay takes the intermediate position between the early Heidegger-existentialist and late Heidegger-poetic thinker of Being. Both are characterized by the social abstractness as the first is concerned solely with the individual being of Dasein whereas the second fully concentrates on the Being as such accessible through the medium of the language as "the house of being". It is "The Origin" delivered in the transitional period contains more concrete social implications. Its analysis shows that in spite of the abstract unhistorical character of Heidegger's notions as they are traditionally perceived his aesthetics is interesting as it suggests the understanding of art as a revelation of socio-historical truth and the author as a medium of the truth but not its inventor, an autonomous subject. Formation of the subject of true in A. Badiou's neosophistical anthropology is investigated. In the concept he shows that only on crossing of three basic fields (design's of philosophies) – the subject, true and event –such space of thought is formed, as philosophy. Only on their crossing patrimonial procedures can be developed: mathema (in a mathematical field of life of thought), a poem (in poetic), the politics (in social) and love (dialogue in love language), - which together initiate philosophy formation. A. Badiou asserts that in a certain situation the subject initiates true formation and further remains fidelity to this event of true.Only those thinkers in the history of philosophy which could compare a number of things and a number of thoughts and to construct corresponding ontology, could resolve the unity and plurality conflict. In such sense ontology acted in classical thinking not only as a science about being, but also as a science about articulation of thoughts. Possibly, therefore that thinkers which it has constructed the ontology of pluralities, was possible to achieve heuristical results in a science and philosophy. Such ontologies (in certain approach) resolved an eternal problem of language on association individual and the general. Following works of M. Heidegger and J. Lakan, A. Badiou transfers the true and being conflict (symbolical and real) to the theory of sets, that is there where there is a necessity to be counted up, the ontological situation of occurrence of set opens. The true in A. Badiou's concepts does not keep in language and in this sense is not called, but it reveals only through patrimonial procedures. However, patrimonial procedures are carried out only in a situation opening a patrimonial subset. This subset is formed in game of patrimonial forces. A. Badiou connects modern thinking with efficiency of patrimonial forces. Bible «in the beginning there was a word» and Greek «logos rules the world» turns at the French thinker in «in the beginning there was a generation», that is system of related relations initiating formation of thought, according to what further a generation develops. The society signs to itself a sentence, where the true disappears. Any social system can not exist in isolated space. The article is focused on Kant's theory of law. Kant strives to deduce it from the concept of freedom, but the material basis of law is property. Law and property appear as projections of freedom. The author substantiates the idea that the theory of law on this base became possible thanks to Kant's special concept of freedom: the subject's freedom as the law of reason is directed at the external world and requires its realization — first of all, in a plot of land. These special concepts of freedom and property cause the characteristic features of Kant's theory of law which has evoked a lot of controversies. ; Among the genre concepts of Love formed in the poetry of the 18th century (erotic-political myth about the love of monarchs in an epithalamic ode; triumph of flesh and physiology in priapic ode; hedonism in anacreontic ode) aspecial place is occupied by the concept of historiosophical ode. In one of the works of this genre – «The Kingdom of Total Love» by S. S. Bobrov – an attempt was made to combine Eros and History. The ideas of Bobrov, a freemason poet, about the origin of Love go back to the myths of various genesis. Another idea was that Love brings light and harmony to non-living nature, and living nature is completely submitted to the Law of Love – the Law of the continuation of Life. In general, Love appears in Bobrov's historiosophical ode as a harmonizing cosmic force.
The article is devoted to the study of attempts to reactualize the ideas of anarchism in the philosophy of postanarchism. Its purpose is to isolate the philosophical essence of F. Nietzsche's teachings on ressentiment, based on the works of S. Newman, which allows us to formulate the characteristic features of the philosophy of postanarchism. The objectives of the article is to cover the general theme of ressentiment, to trace the transformation of F. Nietzsche's views on this issue, their influence on Western European philosophy. We believe it possible to identify the specific philosophical views of modern anarchism in the context of comparative analysis with the Nietzsche's views and their interpretation by other philosophers. A similar analysis has not yet been presented in the literature. The theme of power in classical anarchism is associated with the suppression of individual freedom, the repressive apparatus and the dominance of man over man. Therefore, anarchists see precisely in the radical elimination of power (primarily state) the main source of human freedom. After Nietzsche, the view was firmly established that even revolutions cannot be considered exclusively liberating. As far as it is known that after them new forms of power arise, more effective than the previous ones. The Fukian analysis of the functioning of modern power was applied to anarchist discourse. This made it possible to detect the existence of coercive mechanisms in anarchism itself. The policy of ressentiment is generated by the distinction between subject and power, up to their opposition to each other. This distinction is central to classical anarchism. The actual goal of postanarchism is to justify a free position, devoid of a feeling of hatred and revenge. Overcoming the ressentiment in the anarchist discourse is carried out due to the new doctrine of power, its positive interpretation on the basis of the philosophy of F.Nietzsche and M.Foucault. The desire for power (the will to power) is "natural", while the suppression of this desire leads to the conversion of man against himself and produces a ressentiment. The article formulates the features of philosophical essentialism as a basis for conceptual modeling in classical anarchism. Postanarchism is presented as a philosophy that avoids essentialism. The theory of power here is further developed, ceases to be abstract, is filled with human content.Intelligence reveals in the context of postanarchism the concepts of "self-transcendence" and "self-creation", which became the main dominants of Nietzsche's philosophizing. The further reception of the concept of "will to power", the models and results of rethinking power, nihilism and human nature in post-classical philosophies are disclosed. Postanarchism emphasizes that it is almost impossible for an individual to acquire freedom without a minimal power struggle, which takes place in everyday life. Power is necessary for an individual to implement his own anthropological project. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the theory of anarchism is constantly developing and updated in accordance with the time, in order to find solutions to acute social, political and economic problems. It must be admitted that the political activity of postanarchism, the views of its theorists on politics, power, and the state testify in favor of their anti-nihilism, value consciousness.
The article is devoted to the historical-philosophical analysis of the problem of ambivalence as a fundamental principle of Derrida's philosophical thinking. It shows how such primordial philosophical questions as ones of limits of philosophies and of limits of philosophy define the basic problem dimensions of Derridean conception. It consideres the correlation of the theme of marginality with both the problem of Derrida's cultural self-identification and the idea of the metaphoricity of language as the initial premise of différance logic. Also the article examines the role of transcendentalistic implications in Derridean thought that determine a his-torical and philosophical context of Derrida's philosophy. The analogy between quasi-transcendental and metaphorical aspects of deconstructive thinking is drawn. The identifica-tion of Jewish and metaphorical in Derrida's conception is demonstrated. The author introduces the concept of "literal metaphor" as the quintessence of Derrida's philosophical thought which structures its basic forms, namely: aporia, hyperbole, question, commentary. The report attempts to incorporate Denis Diderot's relationship with Alexei Naryshkin (1742-1800) into the real context of the specific circumstances of the life of this character and his family, as well as to compare their views on the civilisation of Russia. Comparing the views of Diderot and Naryshkin expressed in completely different in time writing, form and purpose of works, the author does not seek to trace the filiation of their ideas; it seems more important to him to establish common subjects of their reasoning, so that he can then understand what unites them and what distinguishes them from each other. Among such common subjects are their ideas about the role of the Commission of Catherine II, the image of Moscow (Diderot — in comparison with the image of Petersburg), the interest of both authors in history, the thesis about the "rotating" West and "healthy" Russia, the recognition of the need for the development of any society on its own basis.

Economical liberalism is defended the free competition, reducing the customs taxes, import freedom and resisted to interference of state on the economy.Classical economy's base is economical freedom and market economy. Market economy is relying on free competition and private enterprise. Price mechanism and world prices are important. Interference of state must be in minimum levels. Public sector must be reduced. Basic factors such as wage, capital and foreign currency must reflect the real market prices, must get an importance to external trade.1-DEVELOPMENT OF MARKET ECONOMY1.1. CLASSIC REVIEWFree trade, specialization only on one field, annihilate the obstacles such as customs and quotas, interferences of state on the market are most important according to Adam Smith, which lived in 18th century.A specialization between nations must be obtained according to Ricardo. So, it must be an exchange on the entire world. 1.2. NEO-CLASSIC REVIEWAlfred Marshall, Leon Walras and Carl Menger is an echol. The state must be more active to improve the poor part of community and must create the opportunities on the market, get the taxes from revenues and wealth, finance the education, health, park and city planning, defence the personal freedom, private property and open markets, manufacture the public commodities.1.3. ORDO-LIBERALISM REVIEWIt is different from classic liberalism. Economical regularity is social which emerges in an evident process, not natural. Social and juridical standards emerge the economical system.Price, monetarily stability, sciences, stability and durability on economical politics are important to emerging of market economy.Basic aim is bring to existence an economical constitution.2- BASIC ELEMENTS OF MARKET ECONOMYBasic factors are enterprising, competition, economical ideas and attitudes.Enterprising is a person which makes unity the manufacturing factors, makes direct the investments, begins to motion by utilize the signals from internal and external markets, gets the share on productivity and determines the firm profit. Basic aim is profit.Competition is social event, protects the personal, which works with high productivity against to personal, which works with low productivity, uses the sources most effectively. Buyer and seller number must be too much in this system. Competition is opposed to monopolization but necessity laws and politics have to support it. ECONOMICAL IDEAS AND ATTITUDESIt includes price, wage, interest, hire and foreign currency. Price system occurs freely according to rate of request and demand conditions. At this straight, firms and consumers must carry out their decisions freely.3- MARKET MECHANISM FLOW AND ROLE OF SOURCE DISTRIBUTIONConsumers and producers have activities on the market economy. The prices are determined according to the lowest cost and to the highest profit.Ideal special future is high productivity, low profit and high production. Competition reduces the profit to the lowest level.Main mechanism on free market is price. If the relative scarcity is enough, request and demand is more or less equal.Producers and consumers may have a decision according to the price indicator and request and demand. This case makes lead the manufacturing, increases the alternatives, also economical activities make an harmony against to conditions. The evident features of market economy are free decision, liberty on preferences, a great price mechanism and competition. So, economical stability is obtainable.Interferences may apply on the market economy for public health, regulations on economical activities, protect the consumers. These motions are generally precautions to control of drugs and drink manufacturing and consumption, annihilation of harmful on public health, growth the power on economic morals, make grow the quality, regulation on manufacturing and marketing. The state may meddle with economy to development rapidly. For example, the state may encourage the saving, increase the rates of interest, decrease the taxes to get on the saving, provide the precautions on investment. The buyers and sellers cannot determine the price on one's own on free competition market. Otherwise monopoly, trust and cartels may occur, stability may out of order between commodity and services.Market economy may deviate from the rules on two main categories.Manufacturer, buyer and seller may make deviate from the rules. Especially trade unionization is effective on this deviation. The state may interfere in economy by taxes, if social and individual advantages different, it may deviate from competition market. The state is exist in every kind of economy and serves to people with harmony and politics and social philosophies of our age. Also it provides security, education and health services but it doesn't determine the prices.
