Civic education as humanitarian technology, its conceptual bases is investigated in the article. It is determined the real working models and philosophical substantiation of civic education under the conditions of risk, reanimationand frustration of the democratic development of society. Analyzing such «necessary utopias» of civic education as «civil society» and «open society», whichsupport the paradigm of human rights and modern mission of the state in asocial order, it is determined the real models of civic education used in theUkrainian education: etatistic, national-patriotic and democratic. It is shownthe peculiarities of implementation of civic education in the Higher EducationSchool. It is conducted the explication of Philosophy of civic education as aparadigm of multidimensional civicism under the conditions of educationalglobalization and establishment of the «university-enterprise», and also as asolution to the problem of personal authenticity based on cognitive nature ofpower. It is proved that determination of the civic education development iscaused by the public ideals and orientations of civil society to keep its «democratic health». Pierre Bourdieu's meta-methodology for modeling of the noncartesian pedagogy of civic education, which determines the actual directions ofeducational policy and recomprehension of the role of educational actors, isused in the final part of the article. ; У статті досліджується громадянська освіта якгуманітарна технологія, з'ясовуються її концептуальні засади, реально діючі моделі та можливі їїфілософські обґрунтування за умов ризику, реанімаціїі фрустрації демократії. Детермінація розвиткугромадянської освіти обумовлюється суспільнимиідеалами і установками громадянського суспільствана зцілення «демократичного здоров'я» суспільства.Аналізуючи «необхідні утопії» громадянськоїосвіти — «громадянське суспільство» і «відкритесуспільство», які підтримують парадигму правлюдини і зміну уявлень про сучасне призначення держави, автор встановлюєреальні моделі громадянської освіти, які практикуються в українській освіті —етатистську, національно-патріотичну і демократичну. На цих засадахрозглядаються особливості впровадження громадянської освіти у вищій школі іздійснюється експлікація філософії громадянської освіти в умовах глобалізаціїосвіти як «університету-підприємства». Автор доводить, що за цих умовгромадянська освіта повинна здійснюватися в парадигмі багатовимірноїгромадянськості, а її філософія постає як вирішення проблеми автентичностілюдини і врахування когнітивної природи влади. У заключній частині статтіавтор на засадах метаметодології П. Бурд'є моделює некартезіанськупедагогіку громадянської освіти, що визначає актуальні напрями освітньоїполітики на основі переусвідомлення основних меж і ролей «акторів» освіти.

Der Beitrag untersucht die intellektuelle Biographie Aleksandr Dugins (*1962), des wichtigsten Vertreters des Neoeurasismus im postsowjetischen Russland. Dabei wird die These vertreten, dass Dugin den klassischen Eurasismus erst zu einem Zeitpunkt entdeckte, als er beeinflusst von der Philosophie des Traditionalismus und der westeuropäischen Nouvelle Droite den Eurasienbegriff im Sinne der Geopolitik Mackinders und Haushofers bereits verwendete.

There is the question which haunts philosophy: how may be philosophy correlated with policy? The answer supposes the appeal to a so-called figure of philosopher-law-maker. Thus the author dwells in succession on three points: 1) comprehension of the figure of philosopher-law-maker in V. Descombes' political philosophy; 2) elucidation, basing on V. Descombes' directions, of the illusions generated by the above figure in the modern political thought; 3) this figure outline in Plato's and Rousseau's vision. The analysis brings the author to elucidation of divergences between substantiation philosophies which form the policy on rational principles and decisionist philosophies according to which policy is not the cause of substantiation, thus, political philosophy has to renounce any instance of fundamental reflection. In the author's opinion it is necessary to revise interpretations of Platonism and Rousseauism to understand the interrelation between the appearance of autonomous will or "ability to formulate" (Liotard), and a myth about the philosopher-law-maker. ; ***

The article analyses interpretation of Schelling's aesthetics in Losev's work «The very itself» (Samoe samo). It shows that Losev's translation of the «Philosophy of arts» deformes some Schelling's ideas about the Absolute, nature and arts. It makes the interpretation of his aesthetical conception non-immanent and non-relevant. ; Статья посвящена анализу особенностей интерпретации эстетики Шеллинга в работе Лосева «Самое само». Показано, что лосевский перевод «Философии искусства» деформирует некоторые представления Шеллинга об абсолюте, ис-кусстве и природе. The author of the article puts a question about the limits of the 20th century individualism. He expresses a hypothesis about the cyclic nature of the cultural and political theory. In particular, he draws attention to the rhythm of changes of the hedonistic and ascetic ep- ochs, spiritualist and materialist epochs, individualist and holist epochs. The author ana- lyzes holistic doctrines of the 19th century: philosophies of Fabre d'Olivet, Auguste Comte, Pierre Leroux. Although today almost forgotten, the ideas of these authors can be revived again in the 21st century, he says. Based upon the analysis of the 19th century holism which the author did in his book Liquid ideologies, the author makes a hypothesis that the 21st century is becoming much less individualistic and much less materialistic than the 20th century. The metaphors of the "collective body" and "absolute spirit" are coming back in the 21st century, in the new form of the digital reality. ; У статті порушено питання про межі індивідуалізму ХХ століття. Автор висловлює гіпотезу про циклічність культурно-політичної історії, звертаючи увагу на ритм змін гедоністичних та аскетичних епох, спіритуалістичних та матеріалістичних епох, індивідуалістичних та холістичних епох. Аналізуючи холістичні доктрини ХІХ століття — філософії Фабра д'Оліве, Оґюста Конта, П'єра Лєру, автор задає питання про відродження їхньої актуальності у ХХІ сто- літті. Відштовхуючись від авторського аналізу холізму ХІХ століття, здійсненого, зокрема, у книзі «Плинні ідеології», автор пропонує гіпотезу, що ХХІ століття стає значно менше індиві- дуалістичним та матеріалістичним, ніж ХХ століття. У XXI-му повертаються метафори «колективного тіла» та «абсолютного духу», тільки вже у сенсі цифрової реальності.

This article presents the general overview of the 13th edition of the international academic conference "Philosophy: The New Generation" that took place at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (NaUKMA) in 2018. The conference was founded in 2006 as an initiative of NaUKMA's philosophy students supported by the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies. For the following years, it has become an important annual event for the Ukrainian philosophical community. In 2018, the topic of the conference was "History of Philosophy and histories of philosophies". The conference included the following sections: "The Approaches to the History of Philosophy"; "History of Ideas, Notions, Concepts"; "Epistemological Issues in the History of Philosophy"; "Receptions of the History of Philosophy"; "History of Philosophy and Gender Studies"; and "Oriental Studies". In addition, two lectures were delivered during the conference: "Subjective Notes from the Recent History of Ukrainian Academic Philosophy of Science" (lecturer: Prof. Dr. Volodymyr Kuznetsov) and "The Vicious Circle of Sexual Politics' Triumphalism" (lecturer: Dr. Kateryna Honcharenko). Also, two panel discussions took place at the conference: "What to Do with the Philosophical Education" and "The Problems of Philosophical Research in the East". Although the participants of the conference have covered a large number of topics in their reports, several tendencies can be identified as prevailing. The biggest percentage of reports was connected with a methodology called History of ideas, notions, and concepts, while the discussions related to oriental and gender studies unfolded in the light of critique of Eurocentrism and Androcentrism respectively.Article received 15.02.2019 ; У листопаді 2018 р. у Національному університеті «Києво-Могилянська академія» відбулася Міжнародна наукова конференція «Філософія: Нове покоління», присвячена темі: «Історія Філософії та історії філософій». In the article are regarded some social and cultural contexts of the development and reception Adorno's theory of half-education with a spread application of the biographical method, which makes it possible to show the intentionality of this theory through the recalling prism of students and colleagues. It is proposed an argumentative verification of the statement made by Habermas about the splitting in theorization of Adorno. The interpretative schemes of the concept of "Bildung" (education, culture, forming), developed in the German idealism, are analyzed, where the semantic of the forming is the dominated one and the pathologies of this process are conceptualized accordingly as deformation and back-forming in the various manifestations of half-education. The theory of half-educationis at first a diagnostic of conditions in the contemporary societies, where through the instruments of the mass culture are always producing pathologies such as aliens and mass psychoses. This makes possible also the tendency of re-feudalization, which, on its part, can be considered also as the symptomatic of the spiritual crisis of the Postmodernity. One of the crises appearancesis the whole oppositions to education, namely: anti-educationas the consequenceof refusing of educational practices the humanistic idea of education. Overcoming from that crises is needed a critical reflection not only above half- and anti-education, but else above the idea of education itself. ; У статті розглядаються соціокультурні контексти створення і рецепції теорії напівосвіти Т. Адорно на основі широкого застосування біографічного методу, що дозволило розкрити інтенціональність цієї теорії крізь призму спогадів учнів і колег. Запропоновано аргументативне підкріплення тези Ю. Габермаса про внутрішню роздвоєність теоретизування Адорно. Аналізуються інтерпретаційні схеми поняття Bildung (освіта, культура, формування) у німецькому ідеалізмі, де домінує семантика формування, а патології цього процесу відповідно концептуалізуються як деформації та розпад форм у різноманітніх маніфестаціях напівосвіти. Теорія напівосвіти є передусім діагностикою стану сучасних розвинутих суспільств, де засобами масової культури постійно продукуються такі патології, як відчуження і стани масового психозу. Цьому сприяє також тенденція рефеодалізації, яка, в свою чергу, виступає також симптоматикою духовної кризи постсучасності. Одним з проявів цієї кризи є радикальний антипод освіти - антиосвіта, яка є наслідком відмови сучасних навчальних і виховних практик від гуманістичної ідеї освіти. On the basis of the analysis of the famous Heidegger's text "The Origin of the Work of Art" the article proposes the interpretation of his aesthetics not only as anti-subjectivist, but also as socio-historically oriented. This essay takes the intermediate position between the early Heidegger-existentialist and late Heidegger-poetic thinker of Being. Both are characterized by the social abstractness as the first is concerned solely with the individual being of Dasein whereas the second fully concentrates on the Being as such accessible through the medium of the language as "the house of being". It is "The Origin" delivered in the transitional period contains more concrete social implications. Its analysis shows that in spite of the abstract unhistorical character of Heidegger's notions as they are traditionally perceived his aesthetics is interesting as it suggests the understanding of art as a revelation of socio-historical truth and the author as a medium of the truth but not its inventor, an autonomous subject. ; В статье предлагается интерпретация эстетики Хайдеггера на основе анализа его известного текста «Исток художественного творения» не только как антисубъективистской, но и как социально-исторически ориентированной. Это эссе занимает промежуточное положение между ранним Хайдеггеромэкзистенциалистом и поздним Хайдеггером оэтическим мыслителем бытия. Обе позиции характеризуются социальной абстрактностью, так как первая нацелена исключительно на индивидуальное бытие Dasein, тогда как вторая полностью сосредоточена на бытии, которое доступно через посредство языка как «дома бытия». Именно «Исток», созданный в переходный период, содержит более конкретные социальные импликации. Анализ эссе показывает, что несмотря на абстрактный неисторический характер понятий Хайдеггера, как они традиционно понимаются, его эстетика представляет особый интерес, поскольку выходит на понимание искусства как откровения социально-исторической истины, а автора как медиума истины, но не ее изобретателя, автономного субъекта. Це есе займає проміжне місце між раннім Гайдеґґером-екзистенціалістом та пізнім Гайдеґґеромпоетичним мислителем буття. Обидві позиції характеризуються соціальною абстрактністю, оскільки перша націлена суто на індивідуальне буття Dasein, тоді як друга повністю зосереджена на бутті, доступному через мову як «дім буття». Саме «Джерело…», створене у перехідний період, містить більш конкретні соціальні імплікації. Аналіз есе показує, що попри традиційно приписуваний поняттям Гайдеґґера абстрактний неісторичний характер, його естетика є особливо цікавою, оскільки виходить на розуміння мистецтва як одкровення соціально-історичної істини, автора ж – як медіума істини, але не її винахідника, автономного суб'єкта. Formation of the subject of true in A. Badiou's neosophistical anthropology is investigated. In the concept he shows that only on crossing of three basic fields (design's of philosophies) – the subject, true and event –such space of thought is formed, as philosophy. Only on their crossing patrimonial procedures can be developed: mathema (in a mathematical field of life of thought), a poem (in poetic), the politics (in social) and love (dialogue in love language), - which together initiate philosophy formation. A. Badiou asserts that in a certain situation the subject initiates true formation and further remains fidelity to this event of true.Only those thinkers in the history of philosophy which could compare a number of things and a number of thoughts and to construct corresponding ontology, could resolve the unity and plurality conflict. In such sense ontology acted in classical thinking not only as a science about being, but also as a science about articulation of thoughts. Possibly, therefore that thinkers which it has constructed the ontology of pluralities, was possible to achieve heuristical results in a science and philosophy. Such ontologies (in certain approach) resolved an eternal problem of language on association individual and the general. Following works of M. Heidegger and J. Lakan, A. Badiou transfers the true and being conflict (symbolical and real) to the theory of sets, that is there where there is a necessity to be counted up, the ontological situation of occurrence of set opens.The true in A. Badiou's concepts does not keep in language and in this sense is not called, but it reveals only through patrimonial procedures. However, patrimonial procedures are carried out only in a situation opening a patrimonial subset. This subset is formed in game of patrimonial forces. A. Badiou connects modern thinking with efficiency of patrimonial forces. Bible «in the beginning there was a word» and Greek «logos rules the world» turns at the French thinker in «in the beginning there was a generation», that is system of related relations initiating formation of thought, according to what further a generation develops. The last bastion of preserving the national memory is family memorial story, as an ancient historical single myths, which provides traditional rites and reproducible set of ritual associated with certain events of those stories and historical development of the people.However, not only folklore relise transformation and transmission of national memory. In literature as an expression of intangible culture is used the nation collectively fantasy (false-history, political fiction, alternate history, national historiography. There all is condensed under the hidden genre fiction elements and humor. Lost, forgotten, or banned historical reality was reflected in the "official" national historiography as also in the historical prose, fiction genre matrix.The article deals with identify ways and sence of transforming the system of archetypes and mythologems in mystical rituals and Ukrainian drama. The concept of historical and conceptual field of modern Ukrainian drama in the context of preservation and reproduction of historical memory is another one object of our research.Genre scheme "vertep-dramas" formed the basis for the classical Ukrainian drama. The express of European modernism changed its formal dimension inUkraine, but the traditional myths and concepts was remained and removed in modern postmodern period to the new quality: conceptual and symbolic structures review an important artistic role.
