Komunikasi Politik Partai Golkar Paradigma Baru Kepemimpinan Aburizal Bakrie 2009 - 2013
Abstract This study base on the efforts of the Golkar Party's to the process of interpretation, socialization, and implementation of the new paradigm, the paradigm guide to reformations Golkar Party's become to democratic, independent, solid, strong, foundamental, and responsive. How Golkar party's political communication about socialization and implementation of a new paradigm of Golkar Party's leadership Aburizal Bakrie-year period from 2009 to 2012. The aim of this research is to study and overview of the process of socialization and implementation new paradigm Golkar Party's of the Aburizal Bakrie's leadership. This contect described to using constructivist paradigm through the theory of Performance of Communication and Structuration. Research using the case study method. Data obtained by participation observer, unstructured interviews, and documentary study. The data also collected from informants. The results of this research show: 1) The Golkar Party's has a very significant infrastructure, so the making easier to socialization new paradigm to internal party, but Golkar Party's can not erase stigma society as the New Order party. Socializing new paradigm Golkar Party's to be done in integrated, systematic and continuous addressed to all cadres of various levels from the center to the village. 2) the new paradigm Golkar Party's ideals as the basis and foundation values stand for the Golkar Party's, the implementation is faced with the reality of the condition of the various political considerations and the interests of power, so it can not shown the Golkar Party's political communication with the direction of the reality, Golkar Party's must be have to political communication with the role of multi faces. Abstract : Terms of women's emancipation or gender equality is often touted in almost all corners of the world, able to open a general idea to rethink creature named women to become leaders, even heads of state. The discussion will be more interesting when the position of women in the social facts are also removed. It is of course behind the reconstruction of the position of women in the historical and political arena. Abstrak : Ketentuan emansipasi perempuan atau kesetaraan gender sering disebut-sebut hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia, mampu membuka ide umum untuk memikirkan kembali makhluk bernama perempuan untuk menjadi pemimpin, bahkan kepala negara. Pembahasan akan lebih menarik bila posisi perempuan dalam fakta-fakta sosial juga dihapus. Hal ini tentu saja di balik rekonstruksi posisi perempuan di arena sejarah dan politik. Kedua studi dan bukti dari Al-Qur'an, Hadits, dan penjelasan dari para ahli di lapangan, menunjukkan bahwa wanita tidak mengalami hambatan gender untuk menggali potensi dan melepaskan energi untuk menjadi pemimpin di masyarakat ketika masyarakat di sekitarnya belum tabu dipertimbangkan dan manfaat diakui. Regeneration Process of The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) to Maintain Its Existence by Election Year 2014
Political parties prepare prospective national leaders through a political recruitment process. The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), one of the Islamic parties In Indonesia, has a Regional Leadership Council (DPD) in each district or city. Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of Bandung City is interesting to study since it has a unique regeneration process and the organizations (under brow) have scored excellent cadres. This study aims to analyze the regeneration process of DPD PKS at Bandung City to maintain its existence in the 2014 election using the theory of political recruitment through the regeneration pathway proposed by Almond and Powell. The research was a qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out through secondary data collected by the General Elections Commission (KPU) of Bandung City. The primary data collected from PKS cadre interview process. This study found that the DPD PKS regeneration process of Bandung City affected the quality of promoted cadre, thus influencing the quality and existence of the party. PENJAMINAN MUTU PERGURUAN TINGGI: DILEMA POLITIK ORGANISASI DAN URGENSI PENGGUNAAN PROFESIONAL EKSTERNAL
Higher education institutions (HEI) are encouraged to develop Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that could assist the process of external audit, accreditation and to face the tight competition. General phenomenon of HEI'sIQAS,so far, is still away from qualified and even practically tends to be manipulative. This literature-based article aims to review the role of leadership in campus political practice and the urgence of external professional usage in order to improve internal quality assurance in HEI. The study reveals that improper campus political practice has become the bottleneck for the effectiveness of IQAS. It needs a fundamental change of top leader's paradigm, particularly in the policy of internal auditor placement. A revolutionary breakthrough of hiring external professional tobe placed as internal auditor seems to be needed, specifically to keep the independency and objectivity, as well as to assure the qualified performance of all units in HEI.

Kondisi Politik Persia pada Era Dinasti Qajar 1796-1834 M
AbstractThe Qajar dynasty in Indonesian literature is not as popular as the Safavid dynasty and the 1979 Iranian revolution. The role of Qajar dynasty started as one of the tribal powers among the Qizilbash elite troops of the Safavid dynasty. Political conditions during the decline of Safavids led to the emergence of other warring dynasties to gain domination in Persia. Qajar dynasty under the leadership of Agha Muhammad Khan was successful in defeating warring dynasties as the Russian invaders were also driven out. Agha Muhammad later became the Shah of Persia in 1796 year before he was assassinated during a military campaign against Russia. After his assassination, Fath Ali – nephew of Agha Muhammad became the new Shah in 1798. Qajar dynasty under the new reign effectively consolidated the political condition and governing aspect of Persia. Fath Ali is also believed to have committed violence against his competitors while also; he was able to coordinate between various cultural identities in Persia along with building country's governing structure as well as patronizing religious life. During later wars with Russia, Fath Ali was dependent on intervention of British and French due to lack of reforms in his military. It became an important event before his death in 1834.

ABSTRAKSIDemokrasi didefinisikan sebagai kekuatan rakyat, oleh rakyat, dan untuk rakyat. Indonesia memeluk demokrasi yang dijiwai dan terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai luhur sehingga tidak dapat dialihkan. Implementasi demokrasi terlihat pada pesta demokrasi yang diadakan setiap lima tahun. Pemilihan kepala daerah menunjukkan implementasi demokrasi masyarakat di daerah dan indikator pelaksanaan kehidupan demokrasi. Pada kenyataannya itu ditentukan oleh kesadaran elit politik untuk membangun aliansi politik. Pada tahun 2018, Indonesia memasuki tahun politik yang ditandai dengan pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) secara serentak di berbagai provinsi dan kabupaten / kota. Pilkada memiliki posisi strategis dalam menciptakan keefektifan pemerintah lokal karena kepala yang dinominasikan dan terpilih memegang peran kepemimpinan daerah. Ini adalah pilkada simultan yang tidak hanya memiliki sejumlah besar wilayah, tetapi juga mencakup daerah-daerah yang dikategorikan memiliki bobot politik dalam perhitungan politik nasional. Kita harus berjuang bersama untuk memulihkan cita-cita demokrasi dari pemilihan, untuk mengatur bahwa persaingan politik dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara yang beradab dan menghasilkan pemimpin yang diterima oleh semua pihak. Konflik harus diarahkan sebagai energi untuk membuat tantangan demokratis dan berharap lebih banyak dan lebih tepat dalam proses demokratisasi pemilu di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Demokrasi, Pilkada Serempak 2018, Harapan, dan Tantangan ABSTRACTDemocracy is defined as the power of the people, by the people, and for the people. Indonesia embraces a democracy that is imbued and integrated with noble values so that it can not be diverted away. Implementation of democracy is seen at the democracy party which is held every five years. The election of regional head shows the implementation of community democracy in the area and an indicator of the implementation of democratic life. In reality it is determined by the consciousness of political elites to build political alliances. In 2018, Indonesia entered the political year marked by the election of regional heads (Pilkada) simultaneously in various provinces and districts / cities. Pilkada has a strategic position in creating the effectiveness of local government because the nominated and elected heads hold the role of regional leadership. This is a simultaneous pilkada that not only has a large number of areas, but also includes regions that are categorized as having political weight in national political calculations. We must strive together to restore the democratic ideals of the elections, to organize that political competition can be implemented in a civilized manner and produce leaders who are accepted by all parties. Sejak diberlakukannya UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, kepala daerah dipilih langsung oleh rakyat melalui Pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah atau disingkat menjadi Pilkada.Pertimbangan penting pemilihan langsung untuk pengembangan demokrasi di Indonesia. (1) Pilkada langsung adalah jawaban atas tuntutan aspirasi rakyat (2) Pilkada langsung adalah realisasi Konstitusi dan UUD 1945. (3) Pilkada langsung adalah sarana belajar demokrasi untuk rakyat. (4) Pilkada langsung sebagai sarana untuk memperkuat otonomi daerah. (5) Pilkada langsung adalah alat penting untuk proses kader kepemimpinan nasional.Pemilihan langsung diharapkan membawa banyak manfaat bagi perkembangan demokrasi, pemerintahan lokal dan kinerja lembaga politik lokal.Setiap model pemilihan kepala daerah pasti memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, tetapi pada dasarnya, ketentuan pilkada langsung oleh rakyat atau tidak langsung oleh parlemen sama-sama demokratis dan konstitusional.
