The file contains two copies of the speech that Maestra Rosaura Castillo titled "New Orientation", in which she analyzes the woman's place in society and history, the man's place, and the development of humanity. This speech was given in Zitácuaro, Michoacán before the President of the Republic in February, 1923. / Expediente titulado originalmente "Señor General Alvaro Obregón. Expediente número 5. Cuaderno Núm. 6. Asunto: Rosaura Castillo -discurso pronunció (feb. 5-923) en Zitácuaro, Mich.", y contiene dos copias del discurso que la mencionada Maestra Rosaura Castillo tituló "Nueva Orientación", en el que hace un análisis del lugar que la mujer debe ocupar dentro de la sociedad y la historia, del lugar que ocupa el hombre y del desarrollo de la humanidad.
