Objetivo Identificar el perfil sociodemográfico del usuario de la homeopatía en España. Diseño Estudio cuantitativo. Emplazamiento España. Corpus Base de datos del Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (Estudio 3205, febrero de 2018), con un total de 2.486 entrevistas, y se analiza una submuestra (n = 124), que agrupa a todos los ciudadanos que afirman que han usado la homeopatía en España en los 12 meses anteriores. Mediciones principales Se utilizaron los porcentajes, las medias y/o la desviación estándar de las medias, así como la significación de los cambios en las distintas variables analizadas entre la población en general y los usuarios específicos de la homeopatía en España. Esto se determinó mediante el análisis de la varianza o prueba χ2 de Pearson, dependiendo de la naturaleza de la variable en el estudio. Resultados El perfil tipo del usuario de la homeopatía en España es una mujer, de clase media/alta, con estudios superiores universitarios y con una ideología política progresista. Conclusiones El perfil trazado es similar al de otros estudios internacionales.
This article analyzes the support for democracy in Chile from an economic, institutional and political perspective. It uses data from Latinobarómetro for the period 1996-2007 and a statistical method of estimation, 'ordered logit', in order to answer the question of why support for Chilean democracy is not connected with economic growth. The analysis generates three key results of interest. First, regardless of the fact that GDP per capita does not have any effect on the level of support for democracy, it does affect individuals' perceptions of economic performance, since the variable 'economic situation' is one of the most explanatory variable of the model. Second, the analysis demonstrates the importance of the degree of confidence in the Congress at the moment that perceptions of democracy are evaluated. Third, 'political ideology' is the most useful variable in explaining support for democracy, a fact which suggests that the adherents of the right wing do not support the democratic system. This is the most reliable reason for the moderate level of support for democracy in Chile. ; Dieser Beitrag analysiert die Unterstützung der Demokratie in Chile im ökonomischen, institutionellen und politischen Kontext. Hierzu werden Daten des Unternehmens Latinobarómetro aus dem Zeitraum der Jahre 1996-2007 unter Anwendung des 'Ordered Logit'-Modells verwendet, um die Frage nach der Beziehung zwischen wirtschaftlichem Wachstum und Unterstützung der Demokratie zu beantworten. Die Analyse zeigt drei bedeutsame Ergebnisse: 1) Obwohl das nationale Pro-Kopf-BIP keinen Einfluss auf das Niveau der Unterstützung der Demokratie hat, zeigt sich in einer Analyse auf Individualebene gleichwohl, dass die Variable 'ökonomische Situation' eine der aussagekräftigsten ist, um die Einstellung der Individuen zur wirtschaftlichen Leistungsfähigkeit der Demokratie zu erklären. 2) Die Analyse weist nach, wie wichtig das Vertrauen in das Parlament im Moment der Befragung ist. 3) Die Variable 'politische Ideologie' erweist sich als die bedeutsamste in Hinblick auf die Unterstützung der Demokratie, was auf die mangelnde Unterstützung des demokratischen Systems durch die politische Rechte verweist. Dies ist der entscheidende Faktor, der das nur mäßige Niveau der Unterstützung der Demokratie in Chile erklärt.
Resumen: En este trabajo analizamos la representación de la Iglesia como aparato ideológico en el desenlace de la novela Capítulos que se le olvidaron a Cervantes, del autor ecuatoriano Juan Montalvo. Nos concentramos en su final, pues entendemos que dicha parte resume las principales representaciones del autor vinculadas a esta institución. El análisis será complementado con una contextualización del origen de la novela y de las premisas ideológicas centrales de Montalvo, apoyándonos en remisiones a algunos de sus trabajos ensayísticos. Asimismo, comentaremos las repercusiones que dichas representaciones tuvieron en la formalización de los dos personajes medulares de su novela. Para atender a estos propósitos, seguiremos los conceptos teóricos de Aparatos Ideológicos del Estado (AIE) según Althusser (2013) y de Ideología y Representaciones Sociales conforme van Djik (1999).

219 252 8 2 ; OJS ; [EN] The Civil Guard barracks, promoted by the Directorate-General of Devastated Regions [Dirección General de Regiones Devastadas, DGRD] (1939-1957), are an exception within the general marginality of this hybrid architecture in architectural historiography. However, such a prominence has led to a distorted and partial approach to the architecture of these barracks, ignoring the contemporary production of the Civil Guard's technical services. This is the first study that deals with the post-war promotion of barracks, offering an analysis that sheds light on the interdependencies and contributions made by each organisation. The methodology is based on a bibliographical review, which includes the Reconstrucción journal, the consultation of the projects in the archives that hold the documentation of both organisations and the comparative analysis of their productions. This paper aims to show how the DGRD based the promotion of its barracks on the models created by the architects attached to the Civil Guard, taking them directly and adapting them to its propagandistic interests according to Franco's ideology using strategic implantation, a commitment to specific typologies, excessive ornamentation and the emphasis on a collective way of life. ; [ES] Las casas cuartel de la Guardia Civil promovidas por la Dirección General de Regiones Devastadas, DGRD (1939-1957) son una excepción dentro de la marginalidad general en la que se encuentra este tipo de arquitectura híbrida en la historiografía arquitectónica. The aim of this article is to investigate the processes of constructing the speech on feminism in Spain, which articulates popular misogyms. The analysis of three study cases will allow us to reveal the discursive strategies that make it possible to move from one multimodal discourse to another, as well as the transposition of meanings associated with feminism as a social movement. Re-emitisation, the analytical categories associated with manipulative narratives, speculation and the concepts of visibility and spectacularisation are the methodological dimensions with which we address the narrative of feminism that builds popular misogyny. Finally, the discussion of the three study cases proposed reveals a specific model of counter-removation, based on meaningful production frameworks linked to concepts such as 'gender ideology' or 'feminazi', which the popular misogyny has opposed feminism as a critical movement and the political demands linked to it. ; El objetivo en este artículo es indagar en los procesos de construcción del discurso sobre el feminismo en España que articula la misógina popular. El análisis de tres casos de estudio nos permitirá revelar las estrategias discursivas que hacen posible el tránsito de un discurso multimodal a otro, así como la trasposición de significados adscritos al feminismo como movimiento social. La resemiotización, las categorías analíticas asociadas a los discursos manipulativos, el discurso especular y los conceptos de visibilidad y espectacularización constituyen las dimensiones metodológicas con las que abordamos la narración del feminismo que construye la misoginia popular. Finalmente, la discusión de los tres casos de estudio propuestos desvela un modelo específico de contramovimiento, asentado en marcos de producción de sentido vinculados a conceptos como la «ideología de género» o la «feminazi», que la misoginia popular ha opuesto al feminismo como movimiento crítico y a las demandas políticas ligadas a él.
Summary: In this article, we intend to investigate some aspects of Manuel González Prada's anarchist ideology, analysing his prosa articles, published in the Peruvian liberal press of the first decade of the 20th century. In the centenary of his death, it is important to be able to answer two questions, which are indeed one. What did González Prada have to tell him the workers who read or otherwise arrived in the press? What ideas did you receive from him at this stage of Peruvian anarchy? ; Resumen: En el presente artículo nos proponemos indagar sobre algunos aspectos de la ideología anarquista de Manuel González Prada, analizando sus artículos en prosa, publicados en la prensa libertaria peruana de la primera década del siglo XX. En el centenario de su muerte, es importante poder responder dos preguntas, que son en verdad una. ¿Qué tenía González Prada para decirle a los trabajadores que leían o a los que les llegaba de otras maneras esa prensa? ¿Qué ideas recibieron de él en esta etapa formativa del anarquismo peruano?
Entre las formas corrientes de entender y analizar la representación está aquella que atañe a la imagen en movimiento. Al crear una película, los realizadores conciben una representación consciente o inconsciente de la realidad que les rodea. El modo en el que el discurso cinematográfico ha representado y presentado los diversos cambios en las relaciones laborales, los sujetos que componen dicha relación, proletario y patrono, la existencia o ausencia de legislación dimanada del poder político y el proceso de transformación del movimiento obrero, constituye el objeto principal de análisis de este documento. ; One of the most common forms to understand and to analyze the representation is the one concerning the image in movement. When creating a film, the producers conceive a conscious or unconscious representation of the reality that surrounds them. The way in which the cinematographic discourse has represented and presented the birth and the diverse changes in the labouring relations, the subjects that compose this relation, State, proletariat and employer, the existence or absence of legislation sprung from the political power and the process of transformation of the labouring movement, constitute the main object of analysis of this document. ; Parmi les façons les plus courantes de comprendre et analyser la représentation se trouve celle qui concerne à l'image en mouvement. [ES] This study aims to show that a proper understanding of Miguel de Unamuno's political thinking and performance requires a thorough knowledge of the author's metaphysics. The evolution of his philosophical life, closely linked to his existential development, marked not only his ideology but also his way of understanding and doing history and society. In this respect, four axes of intersection between politics and metaphysics have been identified. Although he himself considered that his main political commitment lies in his written pleadings, his participation in national life was decisive. Spiritual maturation led him to abandon the utopian approaches of socialism and to defend positions where the spiritual dimension of humans takes precedence. Thanks to them, Mr Miguel clearly identified the danger of both fascist and communist approaches; actively addressing the demonstrations of both in Spain. Peer Reviewed ; Economic voting studies remain contentious in Spain. The notion is widely-held that there is no economic vote in that country, due to the pervasive and effacing influences of left-right ideology. Still, a growing number of investigations show a significant impact of economic evaluation on the vote choice in Spanish national elections. At least one possible exception here is the 2008 election, where the question has received no systematic treatment. In this study, we explore the impact of economic voting in that contest. We find, first, the presence of strong economic voting of the valence kind. Second, we find that two hitherto unstudied dimensions of economic voting - position and patrimony - have their own independent effect.
A 500 años de Utopía de Tomás Moro, consideramos que vale la pena detenerse en una noción que –aunque esquiva por momentos– vuelve una y otra vez a las reflexiones de la teoría política; nos proponemos examinar una noción que parece negada desde su propia etimología: por definición, la utopía señala un "no lugar". En primer lugar, veremos cómo desde la difusión de la magnífica obra del pensador londinense que dio fama al término, la utopía remite a algo que está fuera de lugar; en segundo término analizaremos la utopía cuando se considera un proyecto a futuro, en tanto horizonte de sentido. Con relación a esto, nos proponemos vincular la crítica a la noción de utopía y la crítica al concepto de ideología, para establecer por qué en las últimas décadas hablar de utopía nos lleva a un lugar incómodo. Para ello, tendremos en cuenta los aportes que desde el marxismo realizan Fredric Jameson –que propone al género utópico como subgénero de la ciencia ficción– y Terry Eagleton, teniendo en cuenta que desde el triunfo del neoliberalismo como modelo económico y el postmodernismo como (su) modelo cultural, la discusión sobre modelos alternativos fue bloqueada por los discursos del fin de la historia. Summary: Analysis of the paratexts present in the Araucano People's Commentaries by Manuel Manquilef 1911), this study demonstrates how an ideology is expressed that relegates the Mapuche language and culture to folklore proper Chilean. Rodolfo Lenz, as editor of this text, presented itself as the authority to read Manquilef's central text, presenting it as the raw material used to shape the Chilean national identity. ; Resumen: A través del análisis discursivo de los paratextos presentes en los "Comentarios del Pueblo Araucano" de Manuel Manquilef 1911), el presente estudio demuestra cómo se expresa una ideología que relega a la lengua y la cultura mapuche al folclore propiamente chileno. Rodolfo Lenz, como editor de este texto, se presenta como autoridad que dirige la lectura del texto central de Manquilef, presentándola como la materia prima útil para conformar la identidad nacional chilena.
