Closed doors ?
After opening up the borders for some time, without enforcing the rules relative to immigration, successive governments have reduced the admission of immigrants by defining and applying more and more restrictive rules. As if there was a national priority, they haven't hesitated to change inner frontiers, to sacrifice thus a certain number of national symbols, developing a breach of law incompatible with an Established State and prejudiciable to the process of integration.

"Sea and freshwater ports are a key component of U.S. critical infrastructure and are vital to maintaining the global and domestic economy. This has led to an increased emphasis on port security. This fully updated second edition covers the latest on continuously changing legislation regarding federal mandates, credentializing employees, securing vessels, and cargo security. The book focuses on best practices, providing real-world solutions to law enforcement authorities and security management professionals"--Provided by publisher
