Today we find it hurts a city that neoliberalism required to hide their conflicts, ordered him to say nice and pacified while hiding in her womb and exacerbates the conflict and reality that affects so magnified prisons and that's where it ends political models, democracies broken and battered Social State of Law.

This article uses a descriptive-analytical research method to investigate prison privatization models and their shortcomings, to explore the positions of the United States and Iran on the matter and thus find answers to the following questions: Is the participation of the private sector in prison advisable? Is management possible under the laws of Iran and the United States? Is this participation consistent with the fundamental objectives of criminal law? In which of these two countries, can the participation of the private sector in prison management be optimally enforced? Despite the absence of legal regulations in Iran on the participation of the private sector in prison administration, the private sector entered the prison administration system since 1994. It is concluded that the studies carried out show that the participation of the private sector in prison management occurs qualitatively and quantitatively at a higher level in the United States than in Iran, due to the promulgation of legal provisions that create the conditions for this purpose in that country, among other political factors, cultural and legal.
Based on the personal correspondence of General Jose Sanjurjo Sacanell, this article analyzes the perceptions, comments, and political opinions expressed by the circle of friends that surrounded him, most of whom were linked to the extreme anti-Republican right. Many of these individuals were leading figures of the political, economic, and military worlds. The period analyzed extends from the release of Sanjurjo from prison in April 1934 to the months immediately following the October 1934 insurrection by the Socialists and Catalan republicans, an event that proved crucial in the history of twentieth-century Spain. The text highlights the concern, the vulnerability, and the obsessiveness with which these people lived through this grave political moment, but also their hope that this might provide them with the opportunity to complete their strategy of undermining and ultimately overthrowing republican democracy.
