Finkey Ferenc hatása a kriminálpedagógia fejlődésére
In: Erdélyi jogélet, Band 2, Heft 1, S. 143-154
ISSN: 2734-7095
Ferenc Finkey's scientific achievements and human qualities have made him one of the most prominent personalities in the field of legal sciences and prison affairs. He did not, of course, begin his epoch-making activity in a "vacuum", so we consider it important to present the antecedents, the penological initiatives of the early 19th century, focusing on youth protection and work in prisons, and we describe the social and political reasons that supported or made it difficult for Finkey's ideas to emerge. The fall of the Hungarian Soviet Republic had tragic consequences for criminal pedagogy trying its wings. We have gathered a bouquet of human and professional reasons why Finkey has distanced himself from the spirituality, events, and aspirations of the Hungarian Soviet Republic in every way. Fortunately for criminal pedagogy, Finkey's professional career and scientific aspirations were not broken by the proletarian dictatorship and the subsequent ideological retaliation. Finally, we prove the greatness of Ferenc Finkey's theoretical system in criminal pedagogy by using the ideas formulated in his own work Punishment and Pedagogy, which is considered to be the most important one for the topic of our study.

This study seeks to reconstruct the life of Elemér Óvári and the tragic events that took place in October 1944 in Cluj, in the context of the Soviet army's invasion and of the efforts to protect the city from the fighting.
Finkey Ferenc, a kálvinista büntetőjogász

There is a strong Calvinist spirit in the professional work of all our Reformed Church criminal lawyers. Educating offenders, involving them in work, helping prisoners, helping and protecting those at risk played a primary role in their response to crime. Finkey's approach was in harmony with this tradition. He was convinced that without the involvement of the society, without the active help of the churches, there would be no effective crime prevention. He emphasized the importance of education, arguing that education is necessary not only for juvenile offenders but also for the adults. Following the North American "reformatory school", he called for establishing correctional institutions in Hungary, as many as possible.

The validity as an essential element of contract is the basis for achieving the economic purpose set out in in it. Without validity there is no legal way to enforce the contractual content. In addition to the identity of the theoretical foundations of the legal institution of validity, significant differences can be observed between Romanian and Hungarian law. Those differences justify the performance of a comparative legal study beside several other specific reasons. The first of the this special reasons is the cross-border economic relations and the Hungarian legal society in Romania, which can play a 'bridge' in this matter. The real need for professional co-operation between members of the same mother tongue lawyers results summaries of the conceptual issues based on comparative legal studies. For theoretical, scientific and practical purposes the study outlines the basic issues of the nullity and avoidance of a contract, the partly different basic positions of the two legal systems, the grounds for annulment and the legal consequences.
Vitából innováció – Modern konfliktusrendezési törekvések a kreativitás előmozdításáért

"A properly trained and experienced HR professional not only understands what kind of employees an employer needs but is also able to smooth out disagreements that can lead to the loss of valuable human labour or the weakening of the employer's economic position. The research examines the out-of-court settlement of conflicts in the field of employment in the strict sense, which can make labour conflict resolution not only more rapid but also cheaper than litigation and more effective than termination of employment. Last but not least, it also opens up space for innovation.
The literature on innovation is extensive, with many also researching how a company can grow through innovative solutions arising from exchange of views between employer and employee. However, little research is done on how workplace conflicts and their solutions can steer parties towards innovative corporate leadership. In resolving conflicts, new ideas, concepts, and strategies can emerge in both the employee and the employer that can become the key to shared development, and thus mediation as a hidden resource can participate in corporate operations."

Miért beteg a magyar futball még mindig?
As it has been already said in the 70's, the Hungarian football is ill, because it's players still lag behind their foreign counterparts. The sport professional and economical disadvantages of the Hungarian football against Western-European countries are still being felt today which have raised the need for comprehensive analysis of the Hungarian players market. The base of our research was the comparison to the neighbouring Croatian and Serbian championships by the following four aspects; the average age of the playerpool, the ratio of foreign players, the player's average market value and the transfer balance of the championships. We have determined that the Hungarian championship possess the worst conditions on every scale (oldest players, biggest foreign players ratio, lowest average market value, lowest transfer balance). Based on our research we have concluded, that the Hungarian players market falls under the category of "transferers", although the volume of the transfer should still be considered low. This can be explained by the fact, that the Hungarian players are not interested in signing abroad, because the players' salaries reach those of the smaller championships' ; Már a 70-es években elhangzott, hogy beteg a magyar labdarúgás, mert a magyar játékosok elmaradnak a külföldi társaiktól. Napjainkban továbbra is érzékeljük a magyar futball sportszakmai és gazdasági hátrányát a nyugat-európai országokétól, ezért merült fel a magyar játékospiac vizsgálatának szükségessége. A vizsgálatot a szomszédos horvát és szerb bajnokságok összehasonlításával végeztük el, négy szempont a játékoskeretek átlagéletkora, az idegenlégiósok aránya, a játékosok átlagos piaci értéke, illetve a bajnokságok transzferegyenlege alapján.Megállapítottuk, hogy minden viszonylatban a legrosszabb (legidősebb játékosok, legnagyobb idegenlégiós arány, legalacsonyabb átlagos piaci érték, legkisebb transzferegyenleg) kondíciókkal a magyar bajnokság rendelkezik.

Regulation of the use of pre- and probiotics in the European Union and in other countries of the world ; A pre- és probiotikumok használatának szabályozása az Európai Unióban és a világ más országaiban
It was sixteen years ago that recommendations and guidelines were worked out by the FAO/WHO about pre- and probiotics for professionals, industry and consumers (Pineiro and Ben Embarek, 2006). In the developed countries, conscious nutrition, health preservation and disease prevention are increasingly emphasized. In Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 in the EU has forbidden the use of antibiotics in animal feed as a stimulant for growth. As a result of this decision, the research of health-preserving, disease-preventing products developed rapidly both in the food and feed industries. In order to avoid misuse of prebiotic and probiotic terms, it is necessary to regulate precisely the description of the products. Regulation (EU) 258/97/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council is the first time that the concept of novel foods and food ingredients was introduced. This is the regulation that for the time deals with the introduction of microorganism as food ingredient into the food chain. Pre- and probiotics are present in the food and feed industry due to their beneficial effects on the body, so the regulation of the two areas in many cases merges. A good example is Regulation (EC) 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which provides both food, feed, safety conditions and also human and veterinary aspects. Food safety is an important issue for all countries in the world. Every country have an authority to made regulation within this important area, for example the EFSA in EU, the GRAS qualification in USA, the FOSHU category in Japan and the food safety regulation system in Canada. The ISAPP is an international scientific committee, who make guidelines about the usage of pre- and probiotics. This work provides insight to the EU's and other countries' food law regulations.
