Dysertacja polityczno-prawna na temat systemu elekcji cesarskiej w Niemczech – wyboru cesarza przez tzw. elektorów Rzeszy – siedmiu książąt, którzy w latach 1356-1806 wybierali cesarza Niemiec. Autorem rozprawy był student uniwersytetu w Strasburgu Abraham Röderer (później cesarski notariusz publiczny i prokurator sądu w Spirze), napisana była pod kierunkiem wykładowcy prawa Joachima Clutena (1582-1636) i prezentowana na uniwersytecie w Strasburgu w sierpniu 1628. Na końcu tekstu wiersze dedykowane Röderowi autorstwa Johanna Georga Dorsche (1597-1659 ) – luterańskiego teologa, w owym czasie pastora w Strasburgu oraz Wilhelma Otto Samesiusa.
