Der Beitrag will den Stellenwert dieser einzelnen Segmente für Dienstleistungsbeschäftigung und für Beschäftigung insgesamt deutlich machen und gibt zu diesem Zweck einen Überblick über die Entwicklung des tertiären Sektors im Kontext des Arbeitsmarktes und über die Ursachen dieser Entwicklung.
