Sustainable energy transitions are increasingly becoming a subject to discourse analysis. This literature review looks at discourse analysis as a theoretical framework for energy policy research. It outlines its links with democracy, media and public sphere, argumentative struggle, hegemony and policy-making and research with specific focus on issues surrounding nuclear energy and energy security. The work concludes that recent cross-cultural discourse studies on energy, democracy and public debate are only beginning to emerge.
Unmanned aerial vehicles are becoming very popular these days. They have a variety of applications: search and rescue missions, crop inspection, 3D mapping, surveillance and other military applications. Problem is that most UAV's do not have abject avoidance systems installed, and that can lead to broken equipment or people may get injured. To avoid that, it is needed to design a system capable of avoiding obstacles. In this paper, popular methods of object detection are reviewed and ones best suited for project are selected for further analysis. "Block match" and "Semi global match" methods are analysed and selected for application in object avoidance. Experiment is performed by building custom UAV platform and testing selected stereo algorithms using drone on a real life objects.

The scientific cluster 'Research in Multilingualism and Language Development in a Context of Globalisation' is an interdisciplinary group of linguists, psycholinguists, sociolinguists, and political scientists who share an interest in language and culture studies. Our research focuses on language and culture sciences from a diverse set of perspectives. These include: first language acquisition; typical and atypical language development; developmental psycholinguistics; language and culture studies; language politics. Using sophisticated (psycho-) linguistic and social sciences' methods such as longitudinal observation, experimental studies, corpus linguistics, etc., members of the Cluster seek to learn about the language acquisition, development and change in the multicultural and multilingual settings. Cross-cultural and cross-linguistic studies also should be noted. Our many national and international collaborations with higher educational institutions, schools, trade communities and organizations provide opportunities for our members and students to gain valuable research experience and to share it among researchers and practitioners.

The object of this work is to research functional test generation methods for delay faults. Manufacturing of programmable chips always has possibility that in those systems will be delay faults that means: input signal for some reasons appear in the output after longer time than the time was definite. In our days, programmable chips are used in the industry for the management of various civil and military manufacturing processes, for instance medicine. Delay fault testing is very important part for the system safety and trustiness. Today those requests become higher and higher, because human safety is common importance. Created test generation algorithm of the functional test that is based solely on the primary input values and the primary output values of the programming prototype. System was tested by simple step by step model,(which is presented in the fourth part of this document). The obtained results are useful and acceptable. All results are presented in the appendix of this document. The experiment contains 24 logic schemas processed test generation algorithm. The work includes of 42 pictures, 27 tables and conceptual dictionary. 15 bibliographical sources have been used.

The Data Base Management System (DBMS) is the foundation of almost every modern business information system. Virtually every administrative process in business, science or government relies on a database. There are a lot of DBMS products in our days, such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, Microsoft Access, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Each of it has their advantages and disadvantages. But the database design process using these DBMS is the same – at the first stage we need to create a database (tables and relationships between them), then we need to create (or generate by using wizard) forms for data input/modification and reports for data selection. However, the database design process would become easier by changing database design process in such a way that at first we create forms and then database is generated from forms data and forms are automatically associated with database tables. The task of research is to extend chosen free open source DBMS by new functions which would enable to develop forms and DB using new methods – automated database generation from forms and automatic forms association with database tables. OpenOffice.org Base DBMS and Java programming language has been chosen for the task implementation. This thesis consists of analysis, design, user manual, experimental and conclusion parts.
