" Folder cover titled "File # 8. Presidency of the Republic. Private Secretariat. Consulting Department. Oliver vs. Mexico. The present study is similar to the previously stated case". Information card titled "The Oliver vs. Mexico case is similar to the present legal study". Study of the Supreme Court of the United States, Appellate Division, regarding the lawsuit against the Soviet Socialist Republic of Russia for having seized and used pelts that did not belong to them. As a result, the Special Term Court of Westchester, New York declared an embargo, which the Soviet Republic is appealing. The Soviets declare that their state is sovereign, and as such, is immune to a lawsuit in the American court system. In this study, the embargo is allowed to proceed since it is proven that the Russian Republic is not a nation recognized by the government of the United States.
