Hasta fines de los anos setenta destacaban la politica de salarios crecientes y, a pesar de la estructura tributaria cada vez mas regresiva, el efecto redistributivo del gasto social. En el articulo la autora aborda las coordenadas sociales de la crisis politica y economica, y en especial las modificaciones del estado de bienestar, y senala algunas posibles opciones de desarrollo social para los anos venideros
