Delays in court procedures are observed as potential source of problems to much arbitration and settlements of legal cases now days in India. Corrupt officials and greedy lawyers may instead of speeding up, actually can cause administrative delays in which they have no effect on outcomes but transfer apparent responsibility for decision from elected political officials to agencies or courts. So reformation in administrative procedure in the form of promoting e-government can provide a net benefit to citizens. Developing countries usually face problem of having insufficient infrastructure in fulfilling the needs of providing citizen centric or user centric e-services in various domains such as Judiciary Administration. SaaS based Cloud computing model has a potential to offer solutions in the form of automated useroriented legal case management system while addressing the capital expenditure and it's Return on Investment. It provides service oriented access to end users without compromising on security. It reduces total cost of ownership, facilitates easy deployment and maintenance services by standardizing services and increases end user satisfaction levels. When properly applied to the development of E-Governance Applications, SaaS based Cloud computing architecture models can transform the nation into an Information Society. This paper attempts (i) to highlight the issue of delay happening in the judicial administration process most importantly at the operational level, (ii) mitigating the problems of delay in terms of bringing administration reforms through adopting e-governance applications such as automated legal case management system by using SaaS based Cloud computing e-Governance Portals.

Purpose
Although studies have investigated reasons for software as a service (SaaS) adoption, it is unclear how firm-level SaaS use impacts future SaaS intentions. The purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretical model that integrates the technology-organization-environment framework, institutional theory, diffusion-of-innovation theory and the opportunity-risk framework to analyze the drivers of SaaS use and its continuance intention.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors evaluated the direct, moderating and mediating effects of determinants on SaaS continuance intentions using structural equation modeling and data from 301 firms.
Findings
Results found that top management support and normative pressures influenced SaaS use. Cost saving and security concerns were direct predictors of perceived opportunities and perceived risks, respectively. Perceived opportunities and risks and actual SaaS use influenced SaaS continuance. Interestingly, perceived opportunities were found to be a negative moderator on the relationship between SaaS use and SaaS continuance.
Originality/value
The results reveal insightful and controversial findings for SaaS research.

The world we live in has everything to offer but peace. The world's super powers like United States of America, England, France, Russia, Germany, etc. whom the rest of the nations covet in terms of progress and development are themselves the victims of severe crimes ranging from theft to rape to murder. Every country is suffering from crimes in one form or the other. While Western and European countries suffer from calamities like sexual anarchy, drug abuse, broken marital relationships, the Asian countries are torn-apart by terrorism and civil wars. United Nations Organization (UNO) created after the horrendous World War II, despite its well crafted principles has failed in its mission to sustain peace globally. The race for armaments among nations, misuse of nuclear weapons, miscarriage of justice, ruthless use of military force, and exploitation of natural resources by powerful countries is all happening amidst the presence of United Nation's Security Council and the International Court of Justice. The quest for enduring peace both at local and international level thus is the cry of the world community. To usher an era of peace, humanity has to seek for the harmony at grass-root levels. The peace at individual level may be reflected at societal and finally at the global level. In this regard the role of one of the greatest benefactors of humanity-Prophet Muhammad stands distinct and supreme. The Prophet (SAAS) inaugurated peace at all the levels of the society and amply exemplified that through his own conduct. In this paper I will be attempting to ascertain the role of Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) in re-instating the lost peace amidst humanity. Some glaring examples from the life of the Prophet may be cited that will help in addressing the grave challenges of insecurity.

Purpose
– Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) has the potential to provide substantial opportunities for organizations to improve their information technology without cost and management concerns. However, organizations have not utilized it to the desired level because it is very challenging for them to completely transform their basic conventional methods of running software into SaaS as a high-tech method. On the other hand, organizations have doubt which factors should be mostly considered if they want to move to SaaS. Therefore, investigating the adoption of SaaS can contribute organizations to benefit from this technology. The purpose of this paper is to provide a good insight into SaaS technology adoption.
Design/methodology/approach
– Considering Technology, Organization and Environment (TOE) framework and diffusion of innovation (DOI) theory as the basis, 22 university experts expressed their idea about the proposed model of SaaS adoption. Then, 30 IT professional in 15 IT enterprises that had adopted SaaS were asked to fill the questionnaire related to fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on linguistic preference relations (LinPreRa) in order to rank the submitted criteria.
Findings
– The findings demonstrate that all attributes of Technology (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability and security and privacy), Organization (IT resource, sharing and collaboration culture) and environment (competitive pressure, social influence) are influential in the adoption of SaaS. Moreover, the top five influential factors are relative advantage, competitive pressure, security and privacy, sharing and collaboration culture and social influence based on adopter's opinions.
Research limitations/implications
– For researchers, this study provides a useful literature, which can help them in related subject. In addition, it applies IT adoption theories in SaaS context that can be extended in future studies. For organizations, this study derives priority of factors by which they can make strong decisions about adoption of SaaS.
Originality/value
– This study contributes to the adoption of SaaS technology using well-known IT adoption theories. A version of Fuzzy AHP based on LinPreRa was used in order to cover the limitations of previous methodologies of ranking the criteria.

Purpose
Organizations worldwide are adopting software as a service (SaaS) applications, where they pay a subscription fee to gain access rather than buying the software. The extant models on software acquisition processes, several of which are based on organizational buying behavior, do not sufficiently explain how SaaS application acquisition decisions are made. This study aims to investigate the acquisition process organizations follow for SaaS software, the changes to the roles of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the business user and also looks at the impact of SaaS on the proliferation of unauthorized software systems.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors used exploratory research using the grounded theory approach based on 18 in-depth interviews conducted with respondents who have studied with enterprise software delivered on-premise and as SaaS in different roles such as sales, consulting, CIO, information technology (IT) management and product development.
Findings
The authors identified a need to classify the SaaS software and developed a framework that uses software specificity and its strategic importance to the organization to classify SaaS applications. The aforementioned framework is used to explain how software evaluation processes have changed for different kinds of SaaS applications. The authors also found that the CIO's and the business users' have changed substantially in SaaS application evaluations and found evidence to show that shadow IT will be restricted to some classes of SaaS applications.
Originality/value
By focusing on the changes to the roles and responsibilities of the members of the buying center, this paper provides unique insights into how the acquisition process of SaaS is different from the extant models used to explain enterprise software acquisitions. An understanding of how information search is conducted by the business users will help software vendors to target business users better.
