Overwhelming time material values considered as the main criterion of economic durability the government and subject of economic activity. But now information resource a decisive factor for ensuring effective and productive activity of subject of economic activity. However, existence of information resources is not the basis for adoption of the adequate administrative decision yet. Complex of problems of Forming of an economic safety are formulated and researched at the sufficient level, questions of information and analytical ensuring activities require a further detailed research. The purpose of work is refining of the conceptual and categorical device of information and analytical providing, determination of sources of receipt of information on the Internet on activities of the entity from the point of view of an economic safety. In the result of analysis of scientific publications it is established that authors described various approaches to determination of a definition "information and analytical providing". However authors don't provide information and requirements concerning sources of receipt of information and their openness, and first of all qualities, that is transparencies. The need is stressed to employ addition of definition of information and analytical providing with the level of openness of information (transparency). Attention is drawn to the approximate algorithm of information search in the Internet which consists: general search, search on social networks and dark web search. The list of sources in the Internet for obtaining the transparent information concerning activity of the subject of managing are specified. Recommendations are given for the external specialists who don't have access to the internal documents of the subject of managing concerning an economic safety.

Banana bunchy top disease (BBTD), an invasive and devastating viral disease, is widespread in banana-producing areas in Sub-Saharan Africa. Recovery of banana production in BBTD-affected areas was undertaken in a research project through the CGIAR Research Program on Roots, Tubers and Bananas (CRP-RTB) in eight countries. Understanding household and community dynamics is vital to recovery because decision-making on banana production and resource allocation occur at household level, while opportunity structures for men and women to engage in such work are influenced by social norms expressed both at household and community levels. Studies were undertaken to understand gender norms, practices and experiences in intra- and inter household and community dynamics related to banana farming in BBTD-affected areas. A standardized methodology was applied in all sites including household survey, gender seasonal calendar, daily activity schedule and a community profile. Results from analysis of four cases studies from Burundi, Gabon, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Nigeria indicated that banana is an important crop for both female and male farmers in all pilot sites and considered as both a staple food and a source of income. Men, women and male and female children are all involved in different banana production activities at household level; some mostly done by men assisted by male children (land preparation in DRC (95%), Nigeria (83%), Gabon (82.5%) and Burundi (64%)) while others are mostly done by women assisted by female children (watering, weeding in Kisangani (87%)). Men and women have differential use, control and ownership rights to different types of productive resources within the household which have implications for effective BBTD control and the benefits derived. Insights from the study will be used to develop guidelines for the incorporation of gender-responsive strategies into the design and implementation of BBTD control strategies. ; Peer Review

Large-scale Internet attacks are pervasive. A broad spectrum of actors from organized gangs of criminals to nation-states exploit the modern, layered Internet to launch politically and economically motivated attacks. The impact of these attacks is vast, ranging from billions of users experiencing Internet censorship, to tens of millions of dollars lost annually to cybercrime. Developing effective and comprehensive defenses to these large scale threats requires systematic empirical measurement. In this dissertation we develop empirical measurement methods and systems for understanding politically and economically motivated Internet threats. Specifically, we examine the problems of Internet censorship and advertising abuse in-depth and at-scale. To understand censorship, we develop Augur and Iris, methods and accompanying systems that allow us to perform global, longitudinal measurement of Internet censorship at the TCP/IP and DNS layers of the network stack—without the use of volunteers. This work addresses a range of both technical and extra-technical challenges, at a scale and fidelity not previously achieved. In combating advertising abuse, we investigate and chronicle multiple facets of the ecosystem—from clickbots to large-scale botnets to advertising injection—using a variety of empirical methods. Our work ultimately identifies fundamental structural weak-points leverageable for defense, resulting in dismantling botnets, cleaning up ad networks, and protecting users.

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor is widely considered one of the United States' greatest intelligence failures. This narrative is largely oversimplified, as the Intelligence Community provided ample and repeated warnings to operational commanders in the Pacific. Despite being unduly assigned blame for the surprise attack, the community rapidly regains the confidence of Admiral Nimitz and sets the stage for a resurgent US Navy to halt the Japanese invasion force in the Coral Sea and score a resounding victory at Midway. This paper examines the fall and rise of the American intelligence effort in the Pacific Theater and the challenges faced by the men tasked with deciphering Japanese intentions.

"What do undocumented migrants experience when they try to access healthcare? How do they navigate the (often contradictory) challenges presented by bureaucratic systems, financial pressures, attitudes to migrants, and their own healthcare needs? This urgent study uses a grounded theory approach to explore the ways in which undocumented migrants are included in or excluded from healthcare in a Swiss region. Marianne Jossen explores the ways migrants try to obtain healthcare on their own, with the help of NGOs or via insurance, and how they cope if they fail, whether by using risky strategies to access healthcare or leaving serious health issues untreated. Jossen shows that even for those who succeed, inclusion remains partial and fraught with risks. Based on interviews with migrants, health practitioners and NGO staff and using a rigorous academic approach, Undocumented Migrants and Healthcare is an important contribution to a vital contemporary issue. It is necessary reading for researchers in Public Health and Migration Studies, as well as government and non-governmental organisations in Switzerland and beyond. It will be of interest to anyone concerned with healthcare and migration in the twenty-first century."
