ABSTRAK Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) merupakan usaha pemerintah dalam menanggulangi penyakit tidak menular. Masih rendahnya angka pemanfaatan Posbindu oleh masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan posbindu menyebabkan tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menjelaskan hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM oleh masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Martapura 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 85 orang masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada periode Bulan Maret - April tahun 2019. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square hasil menunjukkan yaitu pendidikan (p-value = 0,029), pekerjaan (p-value = 0,022) OR = 4,30 (1,32 - 14,04), dukungan keluarga (p-value= 0,001) OR = 7,71 (2,70 - 22,06) , dukungan petugas kesehatan (p-value= 0,001) OR= 8,27 (2,80 - 24,49), dukungan kader kesehatan (p-value= 0,001) OR= 7,07 (2,23 - 22,45), dan dukungan teman sebaya (p-value= 0,001) PR= 5,84 (2,11 - 16,15). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan petugas kesehatan, dukungan kader kesehatan dan dukungan teman sebaya memiliki hubungan pada pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM. Theoretically, a person is said to utilize a health service if attending the health service regularly in the last three months without causing disruption to daily activities. ABSTRACTDelegation of authority is a right or power of the leadership of subordinates to carry out her duties and requested accountability for the completion of these tasks Civil Service Police Unit is the local technical institute, who are the delegates as enforcement of local regulations No. 4 of 2013 on the prohibition of the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon. Some problems in the implementation of delegation of authority is still their circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages from class A to class c well supplied and sold in karaoke entertainment venues, cafes, shops and agents.In this study the author uses the theory of the Delegation of Authority proposed by Manullang in his book entitled "Management Basics" (2008: 205), which states that "management is achieving results through others, therefore to be able to realize the manager delegates the absolute need. One of the important qualification of a manager is the ability to delegate some of the tasks and authority to his subordinates. "In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and interview with the informant as a source of information".The results of this research that the Civil Service Police Unit has a very important role as delegates in combating the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon. But in reality, delegation of authority implemented still not optimal. Still the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages due to the performance of civil service police unit that is not optimal, among others, is due to less effective and maximum pelaksaanan duties, authority and accountability, lack of budget, personnel and motivation in enforcing local regulations No. 4 of 2013 on banning and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon.

Purpose This study aims to extract information and analyze the antecedents of Muslims following pilgrimage tours. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia shows that 87.18 per cent of the total population of Indonesia are Muslims. In addition to running the ruling of Islam and the pillars of Faith, Muslims also maintain the religious tourism. The form of religious tourism which is widely followed by the Muslims of Indonesia is to follow a pilgrimage to the tomb of the wali (Guardian), both wali limo and wali songo. Design/methodology/approach This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews of Muslims in Indonesia who had already attended pilgrimages to wali limo and/or wali songo. Findings The tourists are satisfied and have an intention to revisit the destination, and the interest of the community to follow religious tours is very large, as well as the opportunities to do business in this sector are still wide open. Various motives and benefits of following religious tours, as well as suggestions for improvements for religious tourism destination managers, as well as advice for the government were uncovered. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical contribution related to marketing management in religious tourism and a practical contribution for the managers of religious tourism. Research limitations/implications Further research can be done with a quantitative approach, as well as comparative studies between pilgrimages in Indonesia (developing countries) and pilgrimages in other developing countries or in developed countries can also be conducted. Practical implications For marketing practitioners, the results of this study can be used as a consideration to continue to improve services in the field of religious tourism in the country, given the potential for development is very large. Social implications There is a contribution from this study to the development of marketing science, particularly related to marketing management on religious tourism services. Originality/value This study offers new insight regarding factors influencing Muslims pilgrimage tourism in Indonesia.

This research is motivated by the people of the Selayar Islands Regency who experience limited information about birth certificate documents at this time, which is due to limited human and material resources both in quantity and quality, as well as the geographical location in the form of islands. The main problem of this research is that the issuance of birth certificates is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the issuance strategy by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency in accelerating the ownership of birth certificates. This study uses qualitative research methods with the object of research being the issuance of birth certificates. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis consists of three activities carried out together, namely data selection, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that the Strategy of the Department of Population and Civil Registration has been running but still has obstacles in its implementation. This is due to various factors that occur in the field so that the implementation of the strategy has not been maximized. The researcher recommends that to reach services in the archipelago, it is better to use online. This will certainly make it easier for the community and officers to provide services in an effort to accelerate birth certificate ownership in the archipelago.

This research aims to provide an explanation of CSR in Indonesia by proving that CSR mediates the influence of international experiences on firm value. This study is explanatory research with non-service sector companies listed on IDX in 2010-2012 as the population. The sampling was conducted using the saturated sampling method. Moreover, the method of analysis used was SEM (based on variance). The result of the study suggests that CSR disclosure mediates the influence of international experiences on firm value. In addition, the result of this study implies that companies should implement and report CSR accordingly, especially companies that run export trade, as it would have a positive impact on firm value. For the government, through the stock market regulator, it is crucial to provide guidance in making CSR report in detail by referring to GRI that has been universally accepted, in order to be used for economic decision making for stakeholders.

Background: According to the data of the Ministry of Health of Indonesia in 2001, the prevalence of dental and oral caries patients is 60% of Indonesia's population, and 71.8% of the population does not treat or seek treatment when they have dental caries. This is evidenced by data released by the National Health Survey in 2004; only 38% of the population came to the health center and only 4.9% presented to the governmental hospital. From the preliminary research, the data obtained including the level of knowledge about good dental health, motivation for high dental caries care, high dental caries care services, good perception about dental caries care, and felt need for high dental caries treatment did not guarantee that a person had good oral health. Aims: The study aim lies in identifying the correlation of dental health communication with the picture of the felt need of dental caries care so that dental health services given to the society become effective and efficient. Settings and Design: This was an observational analytic study. Subjects and Methods: Ninety‑six respondents were grouped into six groups. Primary data collection was made by performing oral and dental examinations using Oral Hygiene Index and Decay Missing Filling index and questionnaire. Statistical Analysis Used: The data obtained were analyzed using Spearman's correlation test. Results: Knowledge of dental caries, perception of dental caries impact on oral function, motivation of dental caries treatment, and felt need had significant relation to social class strata. There was no significant relationship between communication and felt need of dental caries treatment. Conclusions: There was a significant relationship between dental health communication with a picture of felt need of dental caries treatment. Well‑created communication will give good felt need as well.

This research aims to evaluate the maturity level of information technology governance (IT) in the application of information system services at PT. Tsabita Cake. The method used is a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative using questionnaires, interviews, and document studies. The focus of this research is on the DSS 05 domain. The results obtained from this study are needed as an evaluation and input for improvement of the information system governance of PT. TSABITA CAKE in the future. The results showed the maturity level of IT governance in the Information System services of PT. TSABITA CAKE is currently at a capability of 75% or equivalent to 2.90 with the status largely achieved and at level 2. Therefore, information system security needs to be improved to support the performance of PT. TSABITA CAKE in order to reach level 3 requires a recommendation for gradual improvement of the attribute process from level 1 to level 3. To improve IT governance, it is recommended that institutions prepare competent human resources, as well as document every activity of evaluation, direction, and monitoring in information system management. ; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) dalam penerapan layanan sistem informasi pada PT. Kue Tsabita. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Fokus penelitian ini pada domain DSS 05. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini dibutuhkan sebagai evaluasi dan masukan untuk perbaikan terhadap tata kelola sistem informasi PT. TSABITA CAKE dimasa yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI pada layanan Sistem Informasi PT. TSABITA CAKE saat ini berada pada kapabilitas sebesar 75% atau setara dengan 2.90 dengan status sebagian besar tercapai dan berada pada level 2. Maka dari itu sistem informasi perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung kinerja PT.

This study is aimed to describe the CSR programs in Indonesia through empirical evidence that the CSR mediate the environmental certifications toward the firm value. This explanatory research population is the non-service corporations enlisted in Indonesian Stock Market (BEI) between 2010- 2012. The study applies non-probability sampling method with the total number of 289 firm years. The method of analysis is SEM (variance-based)using WARP-PLS version 3.0 software. The finding shows that the disclosure of CSR mediates the acquiring of environment certification toward the firm value. It is expected that this study will encourage the government through stock market authority to provide complete direction in making CSR reports referring to universally accepted GRI that will eventually be used in economic decision- making activities for the investor.

The low level of Indonesia tax ratio, tax revenue realizations, and tax compliance are facts that continue to occur in spite of several efforts made by government to conquer these problems. This imparity comes up with the notion to explore determinants of tax compliance, because by identifying factors that can influence tax compliance, spesific solutions related to those factors can be proposed. This research was conducted by qualitative approach using literature review, through the perspective of attribution theory. By reviewing various articles related to the research topic, it can be inferred that antecedents of tax compliance can be categorized into three factors (internal, external and relational). The implication of this paper for the government is to improve voluntary tax compliance through education, socialization, service quality, institutional governance while maintaining programs to enforce tax payer compliance

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine halal certification for halal culinary, destination brand and emotional experiences on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a quantitative survey approach to 400 respondents consisting of Muslim foreign and domestic tourists who had visited Lombok in the past three years. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). Findings The findings showed that halal certification has no effect on customer satisfaction but on influenced behavioral intention, destination brand of Lombok had no effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction influenced behavioral intention and emotional experiences affected customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research limitations/implications This study collects data from respondents both domestic and foreign tourists simultaneously. However, the data acquisition of respondents and foreign tourists is not balanced. Thus, this study analyzes tourists in general, not distinguished between foreign and domestic tourists. Practical implications The government and tourism organizers in Lombok need to provide socialization for domestic and foreign tourists on the need to choose halal-certified food and drinks to ensure halal and hygiene. In addition, so that the destination image of Lombok can provide a beautiful experience that becomes a moment of the truth, then the local government should improve its service strategy holistically. Social implications Destination image needs to be improved. This requires holistic tourism quality services so that the social community knows that Indonesia has a halal tourism destination that exists as tourists come from the airport to the hotel and enjoy food in restaurants and tourist attractions that are Muslim friendly. Originality/value This paper contributes to filling the void in the literature related to tourism management that is linked to tourism in the aftermath of natural disasters, where empirical studies on halal tourism are on the rise. Therefore, respondents in the study were specific, that is, those who had traveled. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of a kind that includes behavioral intention in tourist destinations after natural disasters in the Indonesian context.

Java was once the center of Hindu and Buddhist culture around the 4th until the 15th century AD. The number of archaeological remains from this period is infinite, both monumental remains such as temples and petirtaan (water shrines/ temple), and other remains such as yoni, linga, and statues. These remains are registered systematically by the Dutch East Indies government through its Archaeological Service (Oudheidkundig Dienst). unfortunately, most of them cannot be identified for their exact present locations. Some of the remains were later discovered unexpectedly at the time of construction or agricultural work activities. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the locations of archaeological remains as reported by the Dutch Archaeological Service in the region of Magelang using the Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. This study suggests that, during the period of the Dutch East Indies, Magelang region has a very high density of Hindu-Buddhist archaeological remains. The result of this study can be used for further surveys, re-inventory, as well as protection and preservation efforts. ; Pulau Jawa pernah menjadi pusat perkembangan kebudayaan bercorak Hindu-Buddha sekitar abad ke-4 hingga ke-15 M. Tinggalan arkeologi dari periode ini sangat tinggi, baik berupa candi, petirtaan, maupun tinggalan lepas seperti arca, yoni, lingga, dan sejenisnya. Inventarisasi tinggalan tersebut sudah dilakukan secara sistematis sejak masa pemerintah Hindia Belanda melalui Dinas Purbakala (Oudheidkundig Dienst). Sayangnya sebagian besar tinggalan arkeologi tersebut sekarang tidak lagi diketahui secara tepat lokasi. Ada yang kemudian ditemukan secara tidak sengaja pada saat kegiatan pembangunan ataupun pengerjaan lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk melacak ulang lokasi tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha yang pernah dilaporkan oleh Dinas Purbakala Belanda di Wilayah Magelang. Proses pelacakan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Hasilnya berupa peta sebaran lokasi tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha. Peta ini menunjukkan bahwa di Wilayah Magelang, pada periode Hindia-Belanda, mengandung tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha yang padat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan survei, reinventarisasi, hingga upaya pelindungan dan pelestariannya.

The establishment of AEC is offering opprtunities in the from of a huge market of US$ 2.6 Trillion and over 622 million people. Of this number, around 40 per cent or 245 million people live in Indonesia. Numerous officials and othes have their doubts and worried that Indonesia will mainly be the market for the AEC and Indonesia's progress in developing its human capital will be negatively impected compettition from other ASEAN nations. The crucial futher step of the AEC is to implement the free movement of skilled labors as one of five core principles of single market and production base pillar, as it will boost economic integration in the region levels. The dynamics of village level administration has been going on for a long time, of course there is something interesting to be addressed that is the process of integration of the mechanism of government implementation and its authority in organizing public services. The administration of public services, especially in the control of migrant populations, is needed to anticipate social and psychological impacts such as criminal acts, public order disturbances both with regard to local authorities and customs. Starting from the background with how the implementation of village administration in the control of the migrant population then as a material review and consideration of decision-making control of the immigrant population in Dangin Puri Kaja village required a control strategy of the migrant population. The problems raised in this research is how the implementation of village administration in controlling the immigrant population in Dangin Puri Kaja Village, North Denpasar District. The population in this study the authors use the entire population of immigrants in the work area of Dangin Puri Kaja Village is estimated to amount to 505 people, while to determine the sample authors use the model of Accidental / Incidental sampling or convenience sampling. The collected data is processed using qualitative analysis technique that is analyzing the data inductively that is based on the facts of the phenomenon or events that are special, then taken the conclusion is general, The research results have not been realized Local Regulation No. 14 of 2002 on the implementation of registration of the population according to Information Systems Management Population. Implementation of village administration does not have a clear pattern to control the administrative order of migrant population and need revitalization of Local Regulation No.4 / 2001 on the taxpayer of the boarding house.
