The innovation strategy regarding social responsibility, which is widely used by industrial corporations, envisages acquisition of competitive advantages through social innovations, creation of fundamentally new goods and technologies, using new methods to meet existing conscious or unconscious needs. Innovation systems are shaped by many factors that are objectively determined for each country and for each enterprise, including their size, availability of resources, including human capital, historical development of state institutions and forms of entrepreneurship. The article analyses theoretical foundations of the development of an inclusive society in Ukraine. It demonstrates significance of theoretical investigations by D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson into the development of inclusive political and economic institutions as established practices of an inclusive society. The article investigates methodological possibilities of a mono-causal «simple theory» approach, which D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson use to clarify the main contours of economic and political development of different countries from the Neolithic revolution till now. The key idea of the two US scientists is that all the roots of poverty can be traced to politics and political processes. These topics form the subject of their analysis. We note that D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson maintain institutional point of view and argue that societies' growth requires effective institutions. Inclusive institutions, such as property rights, access to markets, equality before the law, access to infrastructure, support for economic and social mobility, and investment in human capital are needed for economic development. By contrast, extractive institutions enable the appropriation of rent by privileged groups in society, i.e. the elites. These institutions only redistribute resources rather than supporting development. They discriminate and expropriate. D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson consider political institutions fundamental to economic growth. They divide these into inclusive and extractive institutions as well. For D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson, politics is the process of a society choosing the rules governing its activities, and political institutions are the key determinant in the result of the struggle for economic gain – the prosperity of a nation, groups or specific individuals. Political institutions determine who has power in society and what power can be used for. Inclusive political institutions are characterised by plurality – various interest groups affecting political decisions. Under such conditions, the control over life in the country cannot be concentrated within a narrow group. However, D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson also caution that sufficient centralization is required to prevent chaos in a wide plurality. Extractive political institutions allow a narrow circle of elites to concentrate political power and subordinate economic institutions to the task of collecting resources from the rest of society. The article emphasises the importance of D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson's conclusion regarding the synergies between political and economic institutions. Inclusive political institutions with their wide distribution of power do not allow the usurping of power over economic institutions; and equitable distribution of resources encourages strengthening of inclusive political institutions ("inclusive society"). Such synergies are also inherent in extractive institutions. Four types of institutions create four possible institutional combinations. However, two combinations are typically reproduced: inclusive political and economic institutions, and extractive political and economic institutions. If there is a need to go beyond the bounds of extractive political and economic institutions, such opportunities arise at critical junctures, created by shock situations. The article emphasises the cautious nature of D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson's conclusions regarding the ways of changing political institutions in society from extractive to inclusive ones, and their confidence in the contingent nature of history, which might create or not create inclusive political institutions. However, even in the context of contingency, inclusive political and economic institutions, if they appeared, would be more likely to be reproduced in history, forming a virtuous circle. There is also a vicious circle of extractive institutions. The article also considers the ignorance hypothesis approach as the foundation of the influence of western political elites. According to D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson, western politicians are convinced that the roots of the poverty problem lie in the lack of knowledge about generating prosperity among the poor countries' elites. D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson emphasise that the overall perspective chosen by international organisations is false because they do not recognise the key role of political institutions. It is noted that D. Acemoglu and J.A. Robinson do not provide a programmatic answer to the question of how to create inclusive political institutions, instead emphasising that there is no recipe for the development of such institutions. There are factors that can contribute to their appearance: a significant level of centralisation that will not allow social movements that are trying to change the existing regime out of the boundaries of the law; availability of a broad coalition; civil society institutions that are able to coordinate the demands of the population so that the opposition movements would not be easily crushed by existing elites or used by another group to establish their control over extractive political institutions. We conclude that under the conditions of contingency, the responsibility of the political elites for their chosen development strategies and tactics grows immeasurably. History is not a destiny: a vicious circle can be broken. The article is devoted to the reconstruction of the Leonard Doob's theory of propaganda. The aim of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the theory of propaganda by Leonard Doob to determine his contribution to researching of propaganda. The study allowed the author to reconstruct the theoretical and conceptual provisions of the heritage of the American scientist regarding the propaganda. It is established that American scientist Leonard Doob created the original concept of propaganda, which, for his time, was pretty groundbreaking. Undoubted positive aspects of this concept is that propaganda acts as value-neutral, objective and universal phenomenon. It is proved that propaganda, according to the concept of the American scholar, is a tool to overcome the difficulties of the individual, in particular, while one make decisions, the choice in favor of a certain political force or a politician as well those or those social values. The author argues that according to L. Doob, propaganda should be determined by social values. They can only justify its existence. To L. Doob, the main role in the functioning and management of the psychological mechanism of propaganda belongs to attitudes, depending on the situation, social environment of the individual, his stereotypes and values should be aroused by propagandist. It is pointed out that L. Doob cites and analyzes the principles of propagan-da, which are actually propagandist tools by which it achieves its goals. Such principles-tools include repetition, sim-plification, pleasure, and the suppression of unwanted attitudes through the fabrication and distortion of messages. ; Работа посвящена реконструкции теории политической пропаганды Леонарда Дуба. Целью статьи было поставлено раскрыть особенности теории пропаганды Леонарда Дуба, определить его вклад в изучение пропа-гандистской проблематики. В результате исследования автору статьи удалось реконструировать теорети-ко-концептуальные положения наследия американского ученого относительно пропаганды. Было установлено, что Леонард Дуб создал оригинальную концепцию пропаганды, которая для своего времени была довольно но-ваторской. Несомненными позитивными моментами этой концепции является то, что пропаганда за Л. Ду-бом выступает как ценностно нейтральное, объективное и всеобщее явление. Пропаганду Л. Дуб интерпрети-рует скорее в психологическом, чем в социальном измерении. Главную роль в функционировании и управлении психологическим механизмом пропаганды отводит установкам, которые в зависимости от ситуации, соци-ального окружения индивида, его стереотипов и ценностей, должны возбуждаться пропагандистом. Было установлено, что Л. Дуб приводит и анализирует принципы пропаганды, которые фактически являются свое-образными инструментами пропаганды, благодаря которым она достигает своих целей. К таким принципам-инструментам американский ученый относит повторение, упрощение, удовольствие, а также подавления нежелательных установок через фабрикацию и искажения сообщений. ; Робота присвячена реконструкції теорії політичної пропаганди Леонарда Дуба. Ме-тою статті було поставлено розкрити особливості теорії пропаганди Леонарда Дуба, визначити його внесок у вивчення пропагандистської проблематики. У результаті до-слідження автору статті вдалося реконструювати теоретико-концептуальні поло-ження спадщини американського вченого стосовно пропаганди. Було встановлено, що Леонард Дуб створив оригінальну концепцію пропаганди, яка для свого часу було до-сить новаторською. Безсумнівними позитивами цієї концепції є те, що пропаганда за Л. Дубом виступає як ціннісно нейтральне, об'єктивне та загальне явище. Пропаганду він інтерпретує швидше в психологічному, ніж в соціальному вимірі. Головну роль у фун-кціонуванні та управлінні психологічним механізмом пропаганди він відводить настано-вам, які у залежності від ситуації, соціального оточення індивіда, його стереотипів та цінностей, мають збуджуватися пропагандистом. Було встановлено, що Л. Дуб наво-дить та аналізує принципи пропаганди, які фактично є своєрідними інструментами пропаганди, завдяки яким вона досягає своїх цілей. До таких принципів-інструментів американський вчений відносить повторення, спрощення, задоволення, а також приду-шення небажаних настанов через фабрикацію та викривлення повідомлень.
The paper continues the author's research of genealogy of actor-network theory and its connection with social and political philosophy of Michel Foucault. Basing on general representation of "hereditary" relation of the two models of research and explanation of social reality, the hermeneutic exposition of understanding of the phenomenon of power through the conception of "assemblages" in ANT is made. The genetic connection of exten sions (referents) of Latour's and Foucault's ideas is demonstrated. Methodologically, the paper is based on the comparative analysis of social theories in the discourse of modern socio-humanitarian studies, as well as hermeneutic approach to the historical-philosophical ideas of ANT. It is claimed, that, in spite of intentions diversity (particularly, connected with the absence of the concept "assemblage" in Foucault's philosophy), the genealogy and archaeology of power of Foucault genetically precedes epistemic, social and political implications of the intention of "assemblage", which is used in Latour's philosophy of social. The main thesis, which is common for both theories, postulates the idea, according to which, the power did not emerge "unexpectedly" and did not exist as a kind of transcendental reality, independent of individual. Contrary to such a way of interpretation of social reality, the gradual, "step-by-step" character of power formation on a crossing of social assemblages and their re-assembling, through the transgression of social formations and alteration of "social body" is justified. ; Стаття є продовженням авторського дослідження генеалогії акторно-мережевої теорії та її зв'язку із соціальною та політичною філософією Мішеля Фуко. На підставі загальної репрезентації зв'язку «спадковості» двох зазначених моделей дослідження та пояснення соціального проведено герменевтичну експозицію розуміння сутності влади через концепцію «збірок» у АМТ і доведено генетичний зв'язок екстенсіоналів (референтів) ідей Латура з ідеями Фуко. Засадовими для цього дослідження є компаративний аналіз соціальних теорій в дискурсі сучасних соціо-гуманітарних досліджень, а також герменевтичний підхід до історико-філософської реконструкції соціальної теорії Фуко в контексті розуміння сучасних ідей АМТ. Стверджується, що, незважаючи на розбіжність інтенсіоналів (в першу чергу йдеться про відсутність поняття «збірки» у філософії Фуко), саме фукольдіанська генеалогія та археологія влади та знання генетично передує епістемічним, соціальним та політичним імплікаціям, вкладеним в інтенсіонал «збірки», який використано у філософії Латура. Як ключове положення, спільне для обох теорій, постульовано ідею, згідно з якою влада не виникла «несподівано» і не існувала як незалежна від індивіда трансцендентна реальність. Обґрунтовано поступовий, «покроковий» характер формування влади на перетині соціальних збірок та їх пере-збірок, через порушення меж соціальних формувань та переінакшення «соціального тіла».
The article is dedicated to empirical investigation of Theory of Mind of persons dependent on psychoactive substances. Searching new approaches to medical treatment, psychological and social rehabilitation retains an actual subject of scientific interest. Inclusion of the Theory of Mind to rehabilitation and corrective programs can be a perspective direction. The purpose of this article is to analyze the Theory of Mind peculiarities in persons who are addicted to psychoactive substances, as well as to determine the interconnection between the Theory of Mind, alexithymia, and personality dispositions. The following methods have been used: Theory of Mind assessment scale (Th.o.m.a.s), Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-26), Big Five Personality Test (5PFQ). Statistical tools: descriptive statistics and non-parametric (Spearman's correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney U test). Study sample – 32 persons, who are addicted to psychoactive substances (median 41 y.o., SD 11,83). As a result of this empirical study, we have found several peculiarities of the Theory of Mind in persons dependent on psychoactive substances. We have compared this result to previous findings obtained by authors of the Th.o.m.a.s test. There were determined the number of connections between the Theory of Mind and other psychological features. Theory of Mind in persons dependent on psychoactive substances is characterized by a reduced understanding of their own emotions and feelings. This appears as poor differentiation of emotional experiences and physiological manifestations of the body. Another peculiarity of Theory of Mind dependent on psychoactive substances is a poor allocative perspective. It means that dependent on psychoactive substances cannot or do not want to «walk in someone else's shoes», this is why they project their own beliefs.
The interdisciplinary interaction between system theory and economics is one of the most promising areas of research. Theoretization associated with economic systems refers to the understanding of economic processes and phenomena in their totality. Research related to economic systems is characterized by integrity and comprehensiveness, as a system in general is larger than its individual elements or structures. Modern scholars investigate various types of economic systems: the global system, national systems and even systems of some enterprises. Since complexity is the characteristic of most economic systems, it is important to draw attention to interdisciplinary links between economics and other sciences. This approach will reveal the essential features of the functioning of economic systems in order to improve their management and governance. To understand economic systems, it is important to develop a theoretical approach that will help to model and predict economic system. Since the economic system is complex, such sciences as law, political science, public administration, sociology, psychology are also included in its consideration. We want to emphasize that the consideration of purely economic issues is one-sided approach to a super-complex phenomenon. That is why, in comparison with economic imperialism, there are other directions concerning alternative ways of organization of economic activity. Thus, an interdisciplinary view of an economic system will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its understanding. Economy as a system is tightly linked to other systems: legal system, political system, social system, and so on. Given that economic system is not a closed system, numerous connections with other systems are important and interdisciplinary theory is the most productive tool in the study of such relationships. Since scientists and university staff have the necessary knowledge to understand economic systems, we believe that university is the most desirable place to analyze economy as a system characterized by interdependence with other systems. ; Міждисциплінарна взаємодія між теорією систем та економічною наукою є однією з найперспективніших сфер досліджень. Теоретизування, пов'язане з економічними системами, стосується розуміння економічних процесів і явищ у їх сукупності. Дослідження, пов'язані з економічними системами характеризуються цілісністю та всеохопністю, оскільки система в цілому є більшим ніж окремі її елементи чи структури. Сучасні науковці досліджують різні види економічних систем: глобальну систему, національні системи й навіть системи окремих підприємств. Оскільки складність є характеристикою більшості економічних систем, важливо звернути увагу на міждисциплінарні зв'язки між економічною наукою та іншими науками. Такий підхід дозволить виявити суттєві особливості функціонування економічних систем задля покращення управління ними.
Визначено особливості функціонування системи трудових відносин в контексті змісту основних принципів теорії суспільного вибору; розглянуто компетенцію політичного та економічного механізмів у регулюванні розвитку системи трудового потенціалу суспільства; обґрунтовано втрати суспільства від неповного використання трудового потенціалу його представників; сформульовано висновки щодо можливості використання політичного та економічного механізмів в системі державного управління розвитком трудових можливостей суспільства. ; The peculiarities of functioning of the system of labor relations in the context of content of main principles of the theory of public choice were defined; the competence of political and economic mechanisms in regulation of development of the system of labor potential of society was reviewed; the society's losses from incomplete usage of labour potential of its representatives of substantiated; the conclusions as for possibilities of us-ing political and economic mechanisms in the system of public administration of labour possibilities of society were formed.

The article is dedicated to less studied aspect of external migration namely to the formation and functioning of migrant communities in host countries. The expediency of using the theory of social capital and the theory of migration networks as a theoretical and methodological basis for the study of migrant communities is substantiated. The developments of R. Park, J. Coleman, A. Portes are analyzed and the basic operational parameters of the social capital of migrant communities are constructed. The parameters of the functioning and transformation of social capital are analyzed in a two-dimensional space of autonomy and efficiency. The classification of migrant communities by type of social capital is proposed. The following types of communities are identified: 1) a low-efficient, highly autonomous community; 2) highly efficient highly autonomous; 3) a highly efficient and low-autonomous community. The article discusses the results of an expert survey of representatives of communities of Ukrainian migrants in the EU countries on the transformation of the social capital of these communities. The social capital of migrant communities of Ukrainians is "culturally bonding", aimed at preserving the common cultural identity of Ukrainians abroad in the context of a different cultural environment. Migrant communities of Ukrainian migrants remain relatively homogeneous in terms of culture, identity and practices. It is revealed that in the context of contemporary transformations of external migration, changes and social capital of migrant communities is changing too. The circular nature of migration at the present stage adversely affects the social capital of migrant communities, their permanent membership is diminished, social ties are weakened, the autonomy of communities is reduced and the integration of migrants into host societies is increased. Number of such communities today are to some extent deinstitutionalized.
The article considers the notion of the discourse activity subject in its relation to the notion of identity as a complex, multi-faceted and discursive phenomenon, giving the outline of various approaches to its exploration and focusing on the correlation between its individual/personal and the social/collective levels. It has been suggested that identity is constructed in discourse and by discourse in the unity of its social (collective, interactive) and cognitive (individual, personal) levels, thus making the socio-cognitive approach to the study of discourse indispensable for researching identity. Identity is formed in discourse not only as a subjective presentation of self but also as a product of all the communication participants' activities. Consequently, both individual and social levels of identity are discernible due to the thorough linguistic analysis of cognitive, discursive and interactive mechanisms of self- and other-identification. As a complex and multidimensional phenomenon, identity is created by a discourse subject as a manifold of stances taken by him or her in different discourse situations. From this perspective a situational identity is a kind of individual identity which is constructed, confirmed, denied or adjusted by the subject of discourse activity in the process of communicative interaction with other subjects under specific situational conditions. The notion of identity as a self-contradictory and unstable phenomenon remains open to new research, constant renewal and radical transformations. References Baranov, A. G. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до його вивчення з основним фокусом на кореляції між індивідуальним/персональним і соціальним/колективним рівнями ідентичності. Ідентичність доцільно досліджувати за допомогою соціокогнітивного підходу, у межах якого встановлено, що у свідомості кожної людини соціальний (колективний, інтеракційний) рівень ідентичності взаємодіє з когнітивним (індивідуальним, особистісним), що свідчить про їх діалектичний взаємозв'язок. Ідентичність формується в дискурсі й за допомогою дискурсу не лише як особистісна самопрезентація суб'єкта дискурсивної діяльності, а й як продукт взаємодії усіх учасників комунікації. Відповідно, саме завдяки ретельному лінгвістичному аналізу когнітивних, дискурсивних та інтеракційних механізмів само- та взаємоідентифікації у дискурсі уможливлюється виявлення індивідуальних і соціальних характеристик мовця. Ідентичності конструюються способом накопичення позицій суб'єкта дискурсивної діяльності у варіативних соціокультурних контекстах, чим зумовлено соціальну значущість і залежність феномена «суб'єкт дискурсивної діяльності» від ситуативних умов інтеракції. Отже, ідентичності, що формуються в конкретних ситуативних умовах, називають «ситуативними»; це дає можливість стверджувати: формування ідентичності та дискурсивне позиціювання – фундаментально пов'язані процеси, які не існують поза дискурсом і соціальною інтеракцією.
The article is dedicated to the study of the inter-relation of the concept of the legal system in its contemporary understanding with a number of general phenomena, which are basic for the contemporary theory of state and law. This analysis is provided in the context of historical and legal discourse within which is studied the transformation of the ideas of the leading theorists and philosophers of law for the period between the end of the eighteenth and the beginning of twentieth century. The major conclusion of the provided analysis is the thesis that the legal system is a complex social phenomenon, which takes one of the central places in the theory of law. The determination of the essence and content of the concept of the legal system was an essential part in the works of a number of well-known theorists of law, starting from the second half of the eighteenth century. Despite the fact that in the context of the historical evolution of both society and the legal science, the ideas on the essence of the legal system altered considerably, the researchers adequately emphasized the inter-relation of the legal system with such phenomena as sovereignty, legislative practices, law-enforcement, administrative and judiciary systems, the ideology predominant in the society, etc.
The article deals with the social function in the system of functions of the state, namely the definition of this concept. In state functioning there is purposeful influence on various spheres of life, social processes and connections. In performing certain functions, the state affects social processes, their dynamics and directions through reforms, transformations, legal regulation of social relations. The implementation of social functions stabilizes the development of the society. The article provides an in-depth analysis of the definitions of the state social functions and provides its relevant concept. It can be argued that the definition of social functions of the state depends on a number of factors, namely legal, political, ideological, informational, etc. It is established that in the theory of the state and law much attention is paid to the study of the social functions of the state. It is determined that the social function of the state, as a dynamic one and inherent in a particular stage of development of the state determines the main activities of the state, expressing its essence and social purpose, aimed at implementing the goals and objectives. The Constitution of Ukraine, along with other tasks, sets the goal of forming a welfare state. The changes that have taken place as a result of the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand, have radically changed the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the society, as well as the ideas on the purpose, priorities and methods of realization of the social function of the state. The social function of the state is one of the main activities carried out in the social sphere of public relations to provide citizens with a decent standard of living, resolve social contradictions and realize the agreed interests of citizens, based on socially recognized and legally established social standards. The purpose of this article is to study the social function of the state. Despite the significant number of scientific papers devoted to the study of issues, the harmonisation of national legislation to the requirements of the European Union initiates research on the social function of the state in the context of dynamic socio-economic changes. The historical retrospective of the divergence of scientific theories of the taxation in the western scientific tradition and their influence on the formation of modern approaches to the construction of an efficient tax system are examined. It was found that the theoretical achievements of the coryphaeus's of Western of economic science are the basis for understanding of the origins and mechanisms of taxation the complex area of social reality in which many causal interaction between ideals and reality, theory and practice, economics and politics are intertwined. The research made it possible to substantiate the evolutionary way of understanding of the social nature of the tax by scientists of the West from the radical negation of taxes as an equal revenue of the state treasury, through the philosophical substantiation of this category and ideologization of practice of taxation, to the democratic tax forms of ensuring of social reproduction, as an inalienable attribute of a democratic state of law, defining conditions of civilized development of the society. ; Досліджено історичні ретроспективи дивергенції наукових теорій оподаткування в західній науковій традиції. The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of conflictization of the cultural and historical space of Ukrainianness under conditions of modern threats. The essence of conflicts is revealed in the article, the interpretation on the conflict as an attribute of social life is done, its influence on the processes of social transformations is traced. The causes and conditions of the emergence, escalation and resolution of conflicts on various levels are analyzed, the possibility and necessity of managing them is substantiated. The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological analysis of contemporary studies in conflictology. It is proved that it is reasonable to apply an integrative approach to classification of social conflicts. An integrative approach to the analysis of conflicts is the methodological basis of research, which involves its consideration not only as a source of destruction and death, but also as the initial place of development of society. The autor comes to conclusion that the term of conflictization processes has considerable scientific potential for study of social conflicts. The analysis of the essence of conflictization's processes, their specific character and sources of emergence is done on the base of conflictological theories. The article analyzes special features of contemporary conflicts in the context of global processes. The specificity of conflictization in interstate relations in the era of globalization raise this phenomenon to transnational and even planetary scale. Under conditions of militarization of conflict interaction, the level of conflict potential also increases. The escalation of tension and the use of violence through militarization of conflict interactions leads to armed confrontation. Contemporary armed conflicts pose a significant threat to humanity as they may expand in the context of globalization. The formulating of a row of measures (of humanitarian, socio-economic and politico-military nature) is aimed to prevent challenges, dangers and threats to the national interests of Ukraine. It is also necessary to maintain a balance of forces, values, resources, political, legal and socio-economic problems in the society and the state. The importance of a comprehensive strategy of counter the destructive actions of foreign mercenaries in Ukraine has been substantiated. The focus is on the use of political and diplomatic means through the active participation of the international community and the strengthening of economic sanctions against the Russian Federation. «Smart power» is interpreted as the ability to combine the resources of «hard» and «soft» power in order to strengthen the position of Ukraine on the international scene. The importance of the strategy of «smart power» as a basis for overcoming the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine and the reintegration of the occupied territories was substantiated. We have made an attempt to interpret conflictization processes in the framework of an integrative approach. The proneness to conflict is now playing a distinctive role in the social and political life of the Ukraine. The discursive-consensus and assertive strategies for successful solution of a social conflict is considered to be an optimal one.

This results in the emergence of legal ties, relations based on establishing the conditions of employment, in-house training and retraining as well as relations connected to ensuring compliance with labor legislation, settling labor disputes and placement of citizens. Social and labor relations depending on their regulation mode, methods of solving problems can be classified into several types. The types of social and labor relations are defined by their nature and ways and methods of their regulation. The priority if certain principles of social and labor relations, their combination in the process of problem solving in social and labor area characterize the type of social and labor relations and social partnership at an enterprise. The main goals of social responsibility research are obtaining knowledge on the major aspects of the social management theory, familiarizing with the experience of social management based on scientific works by foreign authors, developing and improving your personal qualities which are necessary in a management process. The social responsibility system is a combination of functions and responsibilities which are necessary for managerial and social influence. The social management system must be built considering the main principles of social responsibility: functional integration, professionalism, decision making responsibility, optimal correlation of centralization and decentralization. To determine the scope of social responsibility, determine problems and set priorities, an organization should consider the main aspects of social responsibility system. ; Сучасне розуміння питання трудових відносин багатозначне.
