ÜYESİ ALİHAN LİMONCUOĞLU Yer Bilgisi: İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi / Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü / Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Anabilim Dalı / Güvenlik Araştırmaları Bilim Dalı Konu: Uluslararası İlişkiler = International Relations ; PKK terör örgütünün, 1984-2018 yılları arasında Türkiye'de örgütsel yapılar oluşturarak cebir ve şiddet yoluyla terör eylemleri uyguladığı ve halen devam ettirdiği görülmektedir. PKK terör örgütünün ortaya çıkması ile eylemlerine başlaması dış ülkelerle ilişkilerin çok farklı düzeyde olup desteklerini aldığı görülmüştür. Toplumda terörün şiddet ve korku yaymasıyla birlikte tehdit eden bir yapıyla da karşımıza çıktığı görülmüştür. Bu oluşumun karşısında güvenlik güçleri terörizmle mücadelede etkili ve başarılı olup, birçok şehit vermiştir. Ayrıca terörle mücadelenin sadece askeri ve kolluk güçleriyle değil, toplumun her kesimiyle ortak hareket etme bilincine de sahip olması gerektiği görülmüştür. Terör ve terörizmle mücadelenin askeri, siyasi, kültürel, ekonomik, uluslararası diplomasi ve işbirliği ile sosyal olarak ele alınması önem arz etmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, ilk bölümde terör, terör örgütü ve terörizmin anlaşılması konusu incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, PKK terör örgütü teşkilatının kurulmasının ardından dış bağlantılarla ilişkisi ve örgüt elebaşı kurucu üyesi Abdullah Öcalan'ın getirilmesi incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise, terörün Türkiye'ye medya ve basın yayın yoluyla ülkemize sosyolojik ve psikolojik yönden etkilerinin yansıması analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, Terör örgütü eylemlerinin psikolojik savaş olarak topluma yansıması acıları da beraberinde getirmiş, sosyal problemler ve psikolojik problemler toplumu olumsuz yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. ; PKK terrorist organization has set up organizations in Turkey between 1984 and 2018. Violent terror attacks still continue today. PKK has managed gain support from foreign actors depending on its ability to form international bonds. It is obvious that society felt threatened by the actions of the terrorist group which used violence and intimidation as a tool. Security forces have fought a succesful battle against thi organization however has suffered many casualties. Moreover, fight against terror should not only be through the work of security forces but with the conciousness to act in unison with every layer of the society. It is important to take into consideration: military, political, cultural, economics, international diplomacy and social factor when dealing with terrorism. The aim of this work and explainining what terrorism is looked at in the first part of this work. In the second part, PKK's relationship with international actors and how Abdullah Ocalan, the leader of PKK, was brought to Turkey was examined. In the last part, terror's psychological and sociological effect on Turkey through media was looked at. In this study, it has been seen that the acts of terrorist organization as a psychological war have brought the pain to the society and social problems and psychological problems negatively affect the society.

Książka stanowi tom studiów autorstwa polskich i zagranicznych językoznawców poświęcony zmianom we współczesnych językach słowiańskich, szczególnie widocznym w słownictwie i słowotwórstwie. Uwzględnienie aspektu stylowo-funkcjonalnego w rozwoju leksyki pozwala lepiej zrozumieć dynamikę zmian językowych i skuteczność działań komunikacyjnych. Celowościowy i pragmatyczny charakter zachowań komunikacyjnych ujawnia się szeroko w uwzględnionych przez Autorów kontekstach społecznych, politycznych i kulturowych. Prace zostały pogrupowane w trzy działy tematyczne: - Zjawiska, procesy i tendencje rozwojowe w słownictwie specjalistycznym (terminologii); - Dynamika mechanizmów słowotwórczych i leksykalnych; - Zmiany leksykalne we współczesnej komunikacji językowej i dyskursie. Wyodrębnione działy pomagają uporządkować przedstawioną w tomie problematykę, wskazując na dominantę tematyczną w poszczególnych tekstach. Zakresy tych grup nie są jednak ostre, złożona i wielowarstwowa problematyka tendencji i zmian we współczesnym słownictwie słowiańskim jest omawiana w różnym stopniu w każdym z wydzielonych działów. W większości prac zastosowano podejście konfrontatywne, pozostałe stanowią podstawę do takiego ujęcia. Do badań wykorzystany został bogaty materiał języków słowiańskich: polskiego, czeskiego, słowackiego, białoruskiego, rosyjskiego, ukraińskiego, bułgarskiego, słoweńskiego, a także innych języków, jak np. nowogreckiego. ; This volume of studies by Polish and international linguists is devoted to changes in modern Slavic languages, which are especially noticeable in the spheres of vocabulary and word formation. Taking into consideration the stylistic and functional aspect of lexis development allows for a better understanding of the dynamics of language change and the efficacy of communicational acts. The purposeful and pragmatic character of communicational behaviour manifests itself widely in the social, political and cultural contexts considered by the Authors. The works comprising the volume are divided into three thematic sections: - Phenomena, processes and tendencies in the development of specialist lexis (terminology); - Word formation and lexical mechanisms dynamics; - Lexical change in modern language communication and discourse. The sections help organize the volume by highlighting the dominant theme in particular texts. The scopes of the sections are, nevertheless, not sharply delineated – each section is to an equal extent devoted to the complex and multifaceted subject-matter of the tendencies and changes in modern Slavic vocabulary. Most of the works comprised in the volume adopt a contrastive approach, the remaining ones can serve as bases for contrastive studies. Atès el seu nombre i la seva finalitat, i per a aportar un instrument més a la integració dels sectors exclosos, l'Estat espanyol va regular les empreses d'inserció a través de la Llei 44/2007, de 13 de desembre. La realització d'un TFG d'educació social ens vapermetre veure si són un instrument facilitador de la transició al treball i observar que, pel fet d'implicar la metodologia de l'animació sociolaboral, són un camp d'intervenciósocioeducativa per a l'educació social, si bé existeixen certes mancances pel que fa a la contextualització del paper i les funcions de l'educador/a social. ; On account of the number and purpose of the job integration agencies, and with a view to providing an additional impetus to the integration of disadvantaged sectors of society, the Spanish government passed Law 44/2007 of 13 December to regulate these firms. Arap Baharı'nın başlaması ile gerekliliği daha da anlaşılan Güvenlik Çalışmaları'nın kavramlarıyla konunun tartışılması ve farklı yönleri ile araştırılması düşünülmektedir. Kuzey Afrika ülkelerinin Arap Baharı öncesi ve sonrasında toplum yapısı ve güvenlik açısından uğradığı değişimler Kolonyalizm sonrasından başlayarak 2012 yılına kadar geçen süreyi kapsayacak şekilde anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Johan Galtung'un barış ve çatışma alanındaki çalışmaları ile Barry Buzan'ın kavramsal çerçevesinin konunun daha iyi anlaşılmasına yarar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. İşletme literatüründe sıkça karşımıza çıkan SWOT analizinin Güvenlik Çalışmaları alanındaki uygulanabilirliği denenmiştir. Kuzey Afrika'nın çağdaş döneminin Arap Baharı sonrası geçirdiği dönüşüm Güvenlik Çalışmaları bağlamında analiz edilmiştir. Yaşanan dönüşümün daha belirgin görülmesini sağlamak düşüncesiyle Arap Baharı sonrası yıllar (2014-2019) seçilmiş ve bu yıllara ait küresel terörizm-küresel barış indeksleri kullanılmıştır. İndekslerdeki veriler ve elde edilen sonuçlar ile Kuzey Afrika'nın günümüzdeki güvenlik durumuna bakılmıştır. Uluslararası İlişkiler 'de önemli bir konuma sahip olan Arap Baharı ayrıntılı bir şekilde Güvenlik Çalışmaları literatürü ve diğer sosyal bilimler literatürleri kullanılarak anlatılacaktır. ; With its impact on the change in the concept of security, the Arab Spring has an important place in history. With the advent of the Arab Spring, the main aim has been centered around investigating the different aspects of the topic. The focus has also been on discussing the topic in terms of the theories of Security Studies, the importance of which has been further understood. The main objective of the present study is to discuss the community structure of North African countries and the changes that took place before and after the Arab Spring in terms of security. The study focuses on the period from prior to Colonialism until 2012. It is possible to gain knowledge about the process by extensively analyzing the topic. The democracy indexes that are used to analyze whether the process was democratic or manipulative, will provide some detailed information on the condition of North African countries. By employing visual sociology, it is also aimed to bring in a new and different perspective to the analysis. Within the framework of the Copenhagen School, which has an important place in allowing a better understanding of the growing perception of security after the Cold War, the study also aimed to discuss the Arab Spring in terms of the Securitization and Regional Security Complex Theory. The peace and conflict studies of Johan Galtung and the theoretical framework of Barry Buzan will provide a better understanding of the topic under study. The SWOT analysis, which is often covered in business studies, is applied in the field of Security Studies. Transformation of North Africa's contemporary period after the Arab Spring, is investigated in the context of Security Studies. To make this transformation clear, the focus of this study is on the time period after the Arab Spring (2014-2019), and the global terrorism-global peace indexes of this time period are used. With the data retrieved from the indexes and the obtained results, the current security condition of North Africa is examined. The Arab Spring, which has a significant place in international relations, will be discussed in detail by covering the literature of Security Studies and the other social sciences disciplines.

According to Plato, a good state administration ("best"/ideal state) can only be combined with a good society ("best"/ideal society), and a good society can only be achieved with a good education ("best"/ideal education). He saw it as possible: "It must be able to be turned towards the most luminous aspect of existence, the direction we call -good-, right? Yes, education is the art of turning this power of the soul - for the good - and finding the easiest and most unfailing way for it. Education only leads him to the good side. It is up to us, the founders of the state, to lead people towards the knowledge of what we regard as the highest, to bring them out of the darkness into the light" (p.236-237). Since education is an idea-based and therefore an "ideological device" (Althusser, 2010), it acts as a kind of bridge between the state and society (Wiborg, 2000). This is the importance of analyzing Plato's Republic in terms of education policies.

Sivil toplum kavramı uzun yıllardır tartışılan bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bakıldığında sivil toplum insanların kendi kendine bir araya gelerek toplumsal fayda üretebilmek adına yapılan çalışmaların bütünüdür. Söz konusu toplumsal fayda devletten bağımsız bir şekilde üretilir. Türkiye'deki sivil toplum tartışmaları her ne kadar çok partili dönem sonrasında başladıysa da sivil toplumun somut örgütlenme biçimlerinin son otuz yılda arttığını görmek mümkündür. Bu tez, sivil toplum kavramını, bu kavramın Batı'da ve Türkiye'deki tartışma biçimleri içerisinde ele almaktadır. Bu tarihsel kabın içerisinde Türkiye'nin tarihsel gelişimini "din" ve "inanç" yönünde toplumsal fayda üreten sivil toplum kuruluşlarının seyri, dönemlerin politik, siyasi, ekonomik ve toplumsal yönüyle tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır. Türk modernleşmesinde inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşlarının seyri ve hareket alanlarının sınırları, özellikle 1980 sonrasındaki Türkiye'deki hızlı değişim ve dönüşüm ile birlikte inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşlarının bu değişime nasıl entegre oldukları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'de 1980 sonrası dönemde odaklanılan nokta ekonomik anlamda liberalleşme ile birlikte kamusal alandaki sivil toplum kuruluşlarının hareket alanlarının çoğalması dikkat çekicidir. Özellikle 2002 sonrası siyasi aktörlerinde sunmuş olduğu imkânlarla birlikte inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşlarının sayılarında ve faaliyet alanlarındaki artış kurumların faaliyet raporları üzerinden görülmektedir. Topluma dönük çalışmaların yoğunlaştığı bir dönem olan 1980 sonrası ve 2002 sonrası İslami kesimin her alanda oldukça etkili olduğu tartışılmaz bir gerçektir. Bu sebeple İslami ve dindar çevrenin sivil toplum kuruluşları bazında topluma yönelik yapmış oldukları çalışmaları incelemek bir zorunluluk halini almıştır. Fakat araştırmanın başında da görüldüğü üzere inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşları da kendi içerisinde belirli ayrımlara sahiptir. Dinî eğitim odaklı ilerleyen inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşları mevcut iken bundan farklı olarak cemaat eksenli ilerleyen inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşları da ülkemizde mevcuttur. Bu anlamda çalışmada, inanç tabanlı sivil toplum kuruluşları kapsamında cemaat ve cemiyet temelli iki ayrı sivil toplum kuruluşu İslam- sivil toplum ekseninde araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda cemiyet temelli bir bakış açısına sahip olan İlim Yayma Cemiyeti ile cemaat temelli ve eksenli Hakyol Vakfı adlı iki sivil toplum kuruluşu incelenmiştir. Bu kuruluşların faaliyet alanları, topluma katkıları ve modern dönemdeki dinamizmlerinin analizi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Her iki kurumun çalışma ve projeleri incelendiğinde, ulusal ve uluslararası mercekte topluma fayda üretilmesi anlamında olumlu katkılarda bulundukları kanaatine varılmıştır. --- The civil society is a concept that has been discussed for many years. When examined, civil society is the whole of the work done for people to come together and produce social benefits. The social benefit here is produced independently of the state. It is possible to see that the concrete form of organization of civil society in Turkey has increased over the last thirty years although it began after the multiparty era. This thesis deals the concept of civil society as it is addressed in the discussion of this concept forms in the West and Turkey. The course of the non-governmental organizations that produce social benefits in the direction of "religion" and "faith", has been tried to be discussed with the political, economic and social aspects of the periods among the development of Turkey in this historical process. The progress and movement areas' limits of the faith-based NGOs in Turkish modernization; especially with therapid change after 1980 and the integration of faith-based NGOS to the transformation have been tried to analyzed. The focus point is the increase in the fields of action of NGOs among the public area with the economic libelarization after 1980 in Turkey. In particular, the increase in the number of non-governmental organizations based on beliefs and their fields of activity, together with the opportunities offered by political actors after 2002, can be seen in the annual reports of the institutions. It is an indisputable fact that Islamic groups, post-1980 and post-2002 when social studies were increased, were highly effective in every field.For this reason, it is a necessity to examine the activities of the Islamic and religious circles towards the society on the basis of non-governmental organizations. However, as can be seen at the beginning of the research, faith-based non-governmental organizations also have certain distinctions within themselves. While there are advancing faith-based non-governmental organizations focused on religious education, there are also community-based advancing faith-based non-governmental organizations in our country. In this sense, within the scope of faith-based non-governmental organizations, two separate non-governmental organizations based on the community and society were tried to be searched on the axis of Islam-civil society. In this context, two non-governmental organizations, İlim Yayma Society which has a society-based perspective and Hakyol Foundation which has a community-based perspective, have been examined.The activity fields of these organizations, their contributions to society and their dynamism in the modern period have been tried to be analyzed. When the studies and projects of both institutions were examined, it was concluded that they contributed positively in terms of producing benefit to society in national and international lenses.

It is an indisputable fact that Islamic groups, post-1980 and post-2002 when social studies were increased, were highly effective in every field.For this reason, it is a necessity to examine the activities of the Islamic and religious circles towards the society on the basis of non-governmental organizations. However, as can be seen at the beginning of the research, faith-based non-governmental organizations also have certain distinctions within themselves. While there are advancing faith-based non-governmental organizations focused on religious education, there are also community-based advancing faith-based non-governmental organizations in our country. In this sense, within the scope of faith-based non-governmental organizations, two separate non-governmental organizations based on the community and society were tried to be searched on the axis of Islam-civil society. In this context, two non-governmental organizations, İlim Yayma Society which has a society-based perspective and Hakyol Foundation which has a community-based perspective, have been examined.The activity fields of these organizations, their contributions to society and their dynamism in the modern period have been tried to be analyzed. When the studies and projects of both institutions were examined, it was concluded that they contributed positively in terms of producing benefit to society in national and international lenses.
