У часи розбудови демократії аналіз полілогу має гостру актуальність. В даній статі розглянуто соціально-психологічні засади полілогічного (діалогічного) спілкування. Відзначено такі типи полілогу як суб'єктно-суб'єктний, суб'єктно-об'єктний та об'єктно-об'єктний. Надані приклади полілогів, у процесі яких можна спостерігати явища психічного зараження, навіювання та наслідування, які також розгортають потенціал суб'єктно-об'єктних стосунків. ; During the democracy formation the analysis of polylogue is very actual. Social and psychological aspects of polylogic and dialogic communication are considered. Such types of polylogue as subject-subject, subject-object and object-object are determined. The examples of polylogues during which the phenomena of mental infection, suggestion and succession can be observed are given and they also reveal the potential of object-object relationships.

Numerous Czech studies have been conducted on how the education system reproduces inequalities. While most of them have dealt with the reproduction of class inequalities, relatively few have focused on the reproduction of gender inequalities. In this article, the authors apply a conceptual understanding of the category of gender to research on education, an approach that avoids both universalising the category of woman, as well as the opposite extreme of individualisation. We claim that female students, even though they differ among themselves in various social and personal ways, are serialised as women by institutions in the education system. They are expected to perform differently, with different motivations, their performance is valued differently and they are expected to follow different professions than male students. The paper focuses in detail on the gendered nature of educational institutions, both in terms of the gender segregation of fi elds and levels of study, as well as in terms of the importance of the interaction that occurs during the processes of teaching and ascribing value and significance to the performance of male and female students. The authors argue that education, generally expected to function as a social ladder and a route to better-paid jobs in the labour market, serves men and women in segregated ways.
У статті розглянуто основні проблеми, що виникають у процесі консолідації колективної дії громадянського суспільства. З'ясовано, що колективна дія цього соціального інституту є керованою і зазнає впливу таких факторів як: бідність, невизначеність у подальшому розвитку, маніпулювання тощо. Установлено, що колективна дія громадянського суспільства є сильною соціальною зброєю, яку політики часто використовують у власних інтересах. ; The basic problems appearing in the process of consolidation of collective activity of civil society have been studied. It was found out that collective activity of this social institution is controlled and is opened to the influence of such factors as poverty, uncertainty in further development, manipulation etc. It was determined that collective activity of civil society is powerful social weapons, which is often used by politicians in their own interests.

This article is based on a qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews with women and men suffering from fertility problems. It analyses the negotiations between partners confronted with the diagnosis of infertility and seeking the best solution. The analysis examined how men and women define their roles in the treatment of infertility, how they perceive their partners' coping and involvement, and confl icting and controversial topics and situations. Data suggest that the burden of infertility is unequal. While treatment involves a woman fully in the physical and the psychological sense, the involvement of the man and potential father in the treatment process is reduced to his provision of genetic material on demand. The research revealed two factors that infl uence and separate the experiences of men and women: the different time/age frame of the reproductive experience and the physical aspect of infertility and reproduction. Both factors are anchored in the praxis of assisted reproduction. The treatment process is administered in a way that, instead of reshaping or challenging traditional defi nitions of parenthood or gender roles, confi rms the status quo.
The purpose of this thesis is to develop knowledge about what responsible leadership is, as well as develop a theoretical model for responsible leadership in the perspective of caring science. The study takes as its point of departure the research tradition in caring science developed by Katie Eriksson and her colleagues at Åbo Akademi University in Vasa. The overarching methodological approach is Gadamer's (2004) hermeneutic philosophy. The scientific interest is mainly theoretical. The theory model is 'tested' in a clinical context in two hospitals. This implied that leaders were taught about the developed model. Thereafter the leaders 'translated' it into their own language and gave it meaning in their clinical context. The clinical part of the study can be regarded as a moment of application research in the sense of hermeneutic. Responsible leadership is treated in this thesis as aas a part of human existence and the model is not explicitly associated with leadership in organizations.
A terminology lineation of process of introduction of social technologies is the issue of the day of newest scientific and philosophical diskurs. Modern informative revolution assists distribution of technological approach in the different spheres of public life - economic, political, educational, management and others like that. Social technologies are the system of procedures, methods, receptions of adjusting of social processes and phenomens. But instead of concept of social technology terms "social engineering" and "social constructing" are often enough used. However a concept "social engineering" recreates the concrete aspects of organization of engineering activity. A term "social constructing" is used mainly in modern sociology of knowledge, which does not deal with the direct constructing of reality.In modern scientific and philosophical diskurs terms "social technology", "social engineering" and "social constructing" there are occupied the special place. In accordance with inherent to her rich in content features social technology is the integral system of procedures, methods, receptions of adjusting of social processes and phenomens on the whole. And here the social engineering is mainly interpreted as an aggregate of approaches of the applied social sciences, or applied sociology, oriented to the purposeful change of organizational structures which determine a human conduct and provide control after her. In relation to the social constructing, then by means of this concept one of varieties of engineering activity, which directly belongs to the social management, is done distinctly.Thus, in modern scientific and philosophical diskurs terms "social technology", "social engineering" and "social constructing" are occupied the special place. Будь-яка технологія втілює соціальну форму практики, способи регулювання, контролю і управління взаємодією між предметом праці та знаряддям праці, його технологічним змістом. Ожегова технологія постає сукупністю виробничих методів і процесів у певній галузі виробництва, тобто технологією виробництва загалом або технологією будь-якої царини його розгортання зокрема [8, 546].

Due to globalization, humanity has entered the mode of life of an open environment that creates risks of uncertainty. These issues are key to EU governments , as in all countries, the state is the main guarantor of security of its citizens and is designed to manage the risks, which an individual or community can't fight alone.As a result, the study determined that political globalization is a multifaceted process that has an ambiguous impact on different countries depending on their level of economic development and political influence in the world. Integration processes that accompany globalization , on the one hand, reduce the number of risks that are generated by the lack of dialogue , their inability to find common interests . A parallel risk management in Ukraine and the EU.Reasoned position that the political risks of modern Ukraine related to the state's economic and political systems so that there is no clear political ideal of the country and the political doctrine which it would settle.Found that political risk plays a significant role in determining the level of country risk, especially true in developing countries and countries with economies in transition, which is important for Ukraine.The possibility of political risk is determined on the basis of: evaluating the use of coercion in the exercise of power, the impact on society of radical political forces, violations of law and order, the scale of anti-constitutional actions, the delegitimization of the political regime, the crisis of public administration, separatism, the degree of ethnic, religious, racial, social differences, particularly social inequalities, etc.Clarified the political risks of Ukrainian society and revealed their interdependence on a variety of factors, including the religious, ethnic, economic factors, geopolitical interests, the lack of public consensus that entails internal conflict and political identities. The changes of axiological approaches to state property in different stages of Ukrainian independent state development are studied. State property is seen as national public thing which must be used by a state to achieve common goals and purposes. Statistic data about the structure of state property in Ukraine are given.The author notes a big importance of the Ukrainian law "About property" and other laws adopted in this area in the beginning of the 90's. Also the changes in legal regulations of property relationships are studied. With them the axiological importance of state property is changed too, notes the author.In the way of Ukrainian independent state development the bodies of central and local executive power, which had main functions in state property management, were changing; the authorities of official functionaries were getting larger of smaller; new objects of management were created and other objects were cancelled. Some of these changes can be said positive, but some were lame. Regardless of social and political structure changes the state property remains a public sphere. Thats why its management needs rational use, firstly, especially administrative means, notes the author.So, very essential in this area are the questions of keeping the state property objects on the exploiting organisations' balance, effective control of its presence and proper use, questions of administrative and legal protection of state property.The author notes that social imortance of the objects of the state property right cases public character of the state property management.The absence of property forms list in Ukrainlian law is seen as a defect in legal regulation. ; Досліджуються зміни аксіологічних підходів до державної власності на різних етапах розвитку незалежної української держави.
