This article surveys the ouevre of the Icelandic writer Jakobína Sigurðardóttir (1918-1994) on the occasion of her centenary. Various aspects of her novels, short stories, poetry and memoirs are examined, including the ways in which she presents time in her texts – time as it pertains to individual life spans and the interaction of different generations, as well as time in the life of a nation which could be said to have switched abodes in the course of the 20th Century, moving from rural to urban settings, and during this time the island nation attained sovereignty and independence. narrative is a key element in treating time and historical shifts, and attention is paid to the ways in which Sigurðardóttir both renews realist traditions and resorts to more radical narrative forms, pulling the reader into an active dialogue on gender and generational issues, on social justice and equality, as well on the routes and conditions which connect and mould places of dwelling – individual houses as well as the abode of the nation.
The aim of this paper is to examine the possibilities and scope of the participatory model of BIH libraries in the period of self-governing socialism for the purpose of rethinking the way of doing business and relations with library users through a new, participatory approach. Participatory activities in pre-war BIH libraries and theoretical assumptions of participatory librarianship can serve as a starting point for considering the current model of involving library users in their capacity as its members. The results of this paper will try to show that the participatory library model always depends on certain socio-political aspects of government, starting from different methodologies and ways of cooperation, but also that certain type of understanding of participation further implies wider civic engagement or verification of the existing social situation. The importance of this analysis is in a better understanding of the two types of participatory approaches in libraries that, due to redefining relationships with users, can lead to different forms of social action and management. ; Cilj ovog rada jeste propitati mogućnosti i domete učesničkog modela djelovanja bh. biblioteka u periodu samoupravnog socijalizma za potrebe reosmišljavanja načina poslovanja i odnosa s korisnicima/cama biblioteke kroz novi, participativni pristup. Učesničko djelovanje u prijeratnim bh. bibliotekama i teorijske postavke participatornog bibliotekarstva mogu poslužiti kao polazna tačka za promišljanje modela uključivanja korisnika/ca biblioteke u svojstvu njenih članova/ica. Rezultati ovog rada nastojat će pokazati da učesnički bibliotečki model uvijek zavisi od pojedinih društveno-političkih aspekata državnog uređenja, polazi od različitih metodologija i načina suradnje, ali i da određena vrsta shvatanja učešća dalje implicira širi građanski angažman ili pak verifikaciju postojećeg društvenog stanja. Važnost je ove analize u boljem razumijevanju dvije vrste učesničkog pristupa u bibliotekama koji zbog redefiniranja odnosa s korisnicima/cama mogu polučiti različite oblike društvenog djelovanja i upravljanja.

Article considers issues with regard to methodological features of the development of the form of governance in the context of constitutional stability. Author concludes that while speaking on the forms of governance we are often guided by fictional perceptions, which should be overcome and cannot base reforms concerning the mentioned issue. In the result of processes of legal convergence forms of governance borrowed from each other mechanisms non-characteristic to them and from this aspect in many cases their rapprochement can be noted. From the doctrinal viewpoint author considers classical forms of governance more acceptable. At the same time, she notes that the problems of our social system, solution of which is the main reason for continuous changes of the form of governance, will not be solved in conditions of new reforms implemented by the same logic. Hence, the axis of the problem of the further improvement of the model of governance in the Republic of Armenia should be transformed from the issue of making a choice between this or that form of governance, and the main attention should be focused on improving the mechanisms of separation and balance of powers, as well as forming and strengthening constitutional and political traditions and culture. ; Հոդվածում քննարկվում են կառավարման ձեւի զարգացման մեթոդաբանական առանձնահատկությունները սահմանադրական կայունության համատեքստում։ Հեղինակը եզրահանգում է, որ կառավարման ձեւերի առնչությամբ խոսելիս մեր հասարակական համակարգում հաճախ ենք առաջնորդվում միֆային պատկերացումներով, որպիսիք ունեն հաղթահարման անհրաժեշտություն եւ չեն կարող ընկած լինել նշված հարցին առնչվող բարեփոխումների հիմքում։ Նշվում է, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհում ընթացող կոնվերգենցիայի երեւույթների արդյունքում կառավարման մոդելները միմյանցից փոխառել են նախկինում իրենց ոչ բնորոշ մեխանիզմներ, և այդ առումով շատ դեպքերում նկատելի է վերջիններիս մերձեցում։ Դոկտրինալ տեսանկյունից հեղինակն առավել ընդունելի է համարում դասական կառավարման ձեւերը։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, գտնում է, որ մեր հասարակական համակարգում առկա ...
