Cette thèse porte sur les pratiques de communication numériques des partis politiques en Tunisie lors des premières élections municipales à l'ère démocratique qui ont eu lieu le 6 mai2018. Un manque de travaux est relevé dans la littérature scientifique sur ces pratiques dans des contextes autres que des démocraties occidentales établies et sur des élections locales plutôt que nationales. De plus, malgré la succession des échéances électorales depuis le changement de régime en Tunisie et l'importance du numérique dans la vie politique depuis la révolution de 2011, très peu d'études se sont intéressées aux campagnes numériques des partis politiques dans le cadre des compétitions électorales. Notre thèse entend combler ces carences dans la littérature en nous appuyant sur des considérations sociales pour mieux cerner les logiques d'élaboration des stratégies numériques des partis politiques dans ce contexte inédit. Le phénomène révolutionnaire de 2011 constitue un point tournant dans la vie politique tunisienne dans lequel le numérique est fréquemment présenté comme ayant joué un rôle important. L'objectif de cette thèse est d'identifier et de comprendre si les traces de la révolution marquent sept ans plus tard les pratiques numériques de campagne des partis politiques. Nous mobilisons ainsi l'hypothèse générale de la sédimentation qui s'inscrit dans une perspective d'analyse processuelle empruntée à la géologie. Elle nous sert de guide pour établir un lien entre deux phénomènes temporellement distincts : la révolution de 2011 et les élections municipales de 2018.La question de l'appropriation du web par les partis politiques est appréhendée dans ce terrain de recherche à partir d'une approche par les acteurs. D'un point de vue théorique, la thèse met en lumière des dimensions sociologiques souvent négligées dans les travaux sur les campagnes numériques. En plaçant la focale sur le profil des concepteurs des stratégies, l'étude se démarque de la majorité des recherches sur le web politique qui se consacrent généralement aux analyses des objets techniques. La thèse met également en relation deux champs disciplinaires distincts. Elle montre comment l'approche théorique de l' « action connective » (Bennett et Segerberg, 2012) développée dans le cadre des mouvements sociaux en ligne s'articule avec l'approche théorique du système médiatique hybride (Chadwick, 2013) dans un cadre de communication politique électorale. Dans une première étape, nous brossons un portrait des stratèges numériques au sein des partis politiques en étudiant comment ces derniers ont mobilisé le numérique lors de la révolution de 2011. Dans une deuxième étape, nous nous intéressons à leurs valeurs et à leurs perceptions du rôle du numérique dans le cadre du soulèvement de 2011 et dans celui de la démocratie. Dans une troisième étape, nous examinons les sources d'inspiration des stratèges en essayant de saisir si ces derniers reproduisent dans leurs stratégies électorales des pratiques numériques qui ont marqué la révolution. Enfin, nous analysons les objectifs qu'assignent les stratèges aux campagnes numériques pour les élections municipales. Un devis en méthodes mixtes est mis en place. Les données, – colligées à l'aide d'une série d'entretiens avec 27 stratèges en communication des six principaux partis politiques tunisiens– ont été analysées à travers des analyses de contenu qualitatives (par catégories et thématiques) et quantitatives semi-automatisées (à l'aide d'un dictionnaire).L'étude révèle que les formations qui semblent adopter des stratégies numériques citoyennes plus innovantes sont celles où se sont accumulés les sédiments de la révolution : Elles emploient des cyberactivistes de la révolution, cyber-optimistes qui mobilisent les pratiques numériques de la révolution dans la conception des stratégies électorales numériques. La thèse soutient qu'à travers un processus de sédimentation – qui se serait développé de la révolution aux élections – l'héritage du soulèvement de 2011 semble marquer le contexte démocratique tunisien. Cet héritage imprègne à divers degrés, les stratégies numériques préparées pour les élections municipales de 2018 en favorisant notamment les initiatives citoyennes et l'exploitation des potentialités démocratisantes des médias socionumériques. Sous les apparences des campagnes numériques, il existe des logiques sous-jacentes non observables qui relèvent non seulement de considérations sociohistoriques propres au contexte étudié, mais aussi de considérations liées au profil des acteurs chargés d'élaborer les stratégies électorales. Cette thèse identifie, met en évidence et croise ces facteurs en soulevant leur incidence sur l'orientation des stratégies préparées pour les élections municipales de 2018 en Tunisie post-révolution. ; This thesis examines the digital communication practices of political parties in Tunisia during the first municipal elections of the country's democratic era conducted on May 6, 2018. Agap in the scientific literature is noted on these practices in other contexts than established Western democracies and on local rather than national elections. Moreover, despite the succession of electoral events since the regime change in Tunisia and the importance of digital in political life since the 2011 revolution, very few studies have focused on the digital campaigns of political parties within the framework of electoral competitions. Our thesis intends to fill these gaps by drawing on social considerations to better understand the logic underscoring the development of the digital strategies of political parties in this unprecedented context. The revolutionary phenomenon of 2011 marks a turning point in Tunisian political life and constitutes a period in which digital technology is frequently presented as having played an important role. The thesis aims to identify and understand whether traces of the revolution mark the digital campaign practices of political parties seven years later. We thus mobilize the general hypothesis of sedimentation, which is part of a processual analysis perspective borrowed from geology. It serves as a guide to establish a link between two temporally distinct phenomena: the 2011 revolution and the 2018 municipal elections. The appropriation of the web by political parties is addressed in this research field from anactor-based approach. From a theoretical point of view, the thesis highlights sociological dimensions that are often neglected in works on digital campaigns. By focusing on the profile of strategy designers, the study differs from the majority of research on the political web, which is generally devoted to the analysis of technical objects. The thesis also brings together two distinct disciplinary fields. It shows how the theoretical approach of "connective action" (Bennett and Segerberg, 2012) developed in the context of online social movements connects to the theoretical approach of the hybrid media system (Chadwick, 2013) in the context of electoral political communication. We first paint a portrait of digital strategists within political parties by studying how they mobilized digital tools during the 2011 revolution. We secondly examine their values and perceptions of the role of digital in the 2011 uprising and in democracy. We thirdly examine the strategists' sources of inspiration, thus trying to understand whether they reproduce digital practices that marked the revolution in their electoral strategies. Finally, we analyze the objectives that strategists assign to digital campaigns for municipal elections. Our research uses a mixed-methods approach. The data - collected through a series of interviews with 27 communication strategists from the six main Tunisian political parties -were analyzed through qualitative (by categories and themes) and semi-automated quantitative content analysis (using a dictionary).The study reveals that political parties that appear to adopt more innovative digital citizen strategies are those in which the sediments of the revolution had accumulated: they employ cyberactivists of the revolution, cyber-optimists and mobilize the digital practices characteristic of the revolution in the digital electoral strategies' design. This thesis argues that through a process of sedimentation - which would have developed from the revolution to the elections - the legacy of the 2011 uprising seems to mark the Tunisian democratic context. This legacy permeates, to varying degrees, the digital strategies prepared for the 2018 municipal elections through the promotion of citizen initiatives and the exploitation of the democratizing potential of social media. Underneath the appearances of digital campaigns, there are unobservable, underlying logics that are not only related to sociohistorical elements specific to the context under study, but which also relate to the profile of the actors in charge of developing electoral strategies. This thesis identifies, highlights, and cross-references these factors by insisting on their impact on the strategies prepared for the 2018 municipal elections in post-revolution Tunisia.
Inspired by a long-time professional activity in the field of sanitation, and more precisely by wastewater and sludge treatment, this thesis is focusing on the issue of human excreta in urban areas through a double approach based on history and technology. The problem addressed in this research is dealing with the long-term evolution of sanitation systems in urban areas developed by human beings to remove and handle their feces and urine excretion. The study is considering the evolution of latrines and the process of excreta management, from the first and simple equipment such as urinal and chamber pot, then the piping system and the storage tanks. This research is also addressing the issue of water carriage and of how to define the most efficient sewerage network, having in mind it has to cope with the different characteristics of the various effluents to be managed (grey water, runoff water…). The ambition behind this work is to explain and analyze the misunderstood profession of workers in charge of dealing with human waste. Based upon a novel approach of analyzing scientific papers, this research is exploring the timeline of human dejections management in the context of circular economy and energy transition. The period covered in this study, starting at the end of the XVIIIth century until the beginning of the XXth century, corresponds with the extension of sanitation, a new industrial activity connected with numerous other activities (technology, science, public policy, justice…). This historical approach corresponds with major changes in urban areas, with strong impacts in the privacy of housing buildings. Marked by various innovations, tensions and crisis, the system of human excreta management in dense territories is controlled by a large variety of stakeholders, and constrained by the progress of technology, the legal framework and also by available financing mechanisms.Second major characteristic of this research, along with its historical framework, a geographical dimension has been adopted to focus on a major town of France that has not been much studied, the city of Lyon, located on the powerful Rhône and Saône rivers, offering a very different context compared to Paris and the Seine river.In order to make this analysis digest despite the natural repulsive attitude towards human excreta and the enormous corpus of data along with the large diversity of systems, an appropriate structure has been implemented. After considering the technical structure of sanitation systems, the work addresses the relationships between sanitation and health issues, including legal and financial aspects. Then, considering an education in agricultural science, a special attention is paid to the different ways to recycle humanure, and more precisely to treatment technologies and land application practices.The conclusion intends to demonstrate that the conditions of human excreta management in urban areas are becoming more and more complex in time, with a large variety of treatment processes and an increasing number of by-products with the victory of water carriage at the beginning of the XXth century. ; Inspirée par l'exercice d'une longue activité professionnelle dans le domaine de l'assainissement, et plus particulièrement dans l'épuration des eaux usées domestiques, cette thèse a pour objet d'apporter un éclairage sur les conditions de gestion des déjections humaines dans une double réflexion technique et historique. Soulevant le voile sur la part de secret qui caractérise tout ce qui touche aux déjections humaines, ce travail tente d'apporter un éclairage nouveau sur ce secteur d'importance, en particulier dans un contexte d'économie circulaire et de transition énergétique.Sur l'échelle de temps d'une part, si la période retenue pour orienter les investigations conduites est relativement longue, couvrant la fin du XVIIIe jusqu'au début du XXe s., c'est parce qu'elle permet d'appréhender l'essor d'une activité aux multiples connexions (techniques, scientifiques, politique publique, justice…). Cet intervalle caractérise une radicale transformation des activités de gestion des déjections humaines produites par les habitants des grandes villes. Dans une progression rythmée par des tensions et des crises, le système d'évacuation des déjections humaines de la cité se structure en réseau, contrôlé par un nombre croissant d'acteurs, mais également de procédés techniques, de règlementations, et bien sûr pour en assurer le fonctionnement, de mécanismes financiers. Second point déterminant d'autre part, après l'ancrage chronologique et dans le contexte très centralisateur de la France, la recherche porte géographiquement un intérêt marqué pour la ville de Lyon, qui bénéfice d'un contexte particulier par rapport à Paris, avec la présence du Rhône, et qui est restée jusqu'ici relativement peu considérée sous l'angle des déjections humaines. Pour rendre digeste un sujet caractérisé par la profusion de données et la diversité de systèmes, hier et aujourd'hui, un découpage parmi d'autres a été adopté. Après l'analyse des enjeux techniques, puis des aspects liés à la santé, la thèse aborde les aspects juridiques et financiers de la gestion des matières. A la suite, motivé par une formation d'ingénieur agronome, le travail se poursuit avec la question du devenir des déjections, et plus précisément leurs conditions de retour au sol. La conclusion cherche à mettre en évidence que les conditions d'éloignement des déjections humaines en milieu urbain se complexifient au fil du temps, avec la mise en œuvre d'opérations supplémentaires de séparation de phases, et la victoire du tout-à-l'égout au XXe siècle.

The present work focuses on the imaginary aspect of a city and urban action. If urban regeneration operations such as Euralille (Lille), Euroméditerranée (Marseilles) and Neptune (Dunkerque) imply renewing buildings and urban public spaces, redeveloping local economic fabrics and socially revitalising territories, they also generate imaginaries. Imaginary is to be read as the collectively acknowledged set of representations, symbols, narratives, values, figures and forms that all prove specific to a given place and time. For this phenomenon to be tackled within an operational framework, we brought the notions of imaginary and interplay of actors together. Analysing these operations and the speeches held by their main actors led us to a double series of results: - Producing an imaginary rests upon key processes: turning the operation into a narrative, combining the project's temporalities and choosing specific and innovating strategic lines. So that making up an imaginary works as a mirror and as an instrument of the interplay of actors. - Producing and circulating an imaginary both hinge upon how the interplay of actors is set. They are also more closely related to how long spatial planners and elected representatives stay in office as well as to the political support of the project and the combination and polarisation of all partners involved around emblematic figureheads. ; Ce travail s'intéresse à la dimension imaginaire de la ville et de l'action urbaine. Les opérations de requalification urbaine telles qu'Euralille (Lille), Euroméditerranée (Marseille) et Neptune (Dunkerque) correspondent certes au renouvellement du bâti et des espaces publics urbains, à la revitalisation du tissu économique local, à la revalorisation sociale des territoires, mais aussi à la production d'un imaginaire. Our motivation for writing this synthesis is the personal and collective trauma caused by a new wave of attacks in France in 2015 and their aftershocks in Belgium, Germany and Great Britain. These dramatic events have rekindled important professional and existential questions worth consideration. They encouraged thinking anew about the aims and functioning of the educational institutions in which we are involved.Our research question therefore starts from an appreciation of a contemporary humanity and state of the world that seem distant from what would have been hoped for amid immense modern technological advances, for instance massive access to information and to primary education . The working hypothesis is that the ontological dimension would certainly already be present in the educational curricula and the common core, but that it would be exercised unconsciously, even repressed, which would have the effect of slowing down the emergence of responsible individuals able to act positively toward themselves, others and the planet. The objective is therefore to try to better understand and support, in view of realizing this goal, the multi-referential process of our humanization, as long as, as the Renaissance humanist Erasmus once said: "We are not born human, but rather become human". The main theoretical frameworks and concepts that we mobilize to build this work and our proposals in Education and Training Sciences are based on three fields. First, Transdisciplinarity (complex thinking , systems of systems and consciousness ). Then, transpersonal psychology (on issues of freedom, responsibility and ethics). Finally, Digital Humanities, from technological artifacts and educational technologies , to technontology .In the form of insets, we will regularly report moments from our "life story", thus inserting us into the current of biographisation , as evidence of the evolution of our own journey.In the first part, we work on the construction of a hypothetico-deductive ontological model of Being, taking into account the human condition in its spatiotemporal context – Being as it unfolds in time and space – to understand how this model functions in terms of rooting, need, capacity, desire, surpassing etc. We represent man by a metaphorical schema, called "structure-temple", comprising seven parts. The pedestal of the building symbolizes its affiliation with the "anthropological / cultural" context of birth, currently the Anthropocene (which begins with the transformative action of sustainable human action on the planet, mainly because of its technical actions) (Wallenhorst, 2019). The first column expresses the "physical / biological / energy" dimension; the second, the "emotional / sensitive" part; the third, the "mental / cognitive"; the fourth, the "groupal / social"; and the fifth, the "axiological / existential / (post) metaphysical". The pediment is the "aperture / ontological" headdress of the ensemble, which invites an optimistic conclusion according to the maxim of the Greek temple of Delphi attributed to Socrates: "Know thyself and you will know the universe and the gods".We then analyse this approach through two temporal dimensions: the big history or long cosmic history from the big bang to the creation of our planet and the development of the biosphere, as well as the ephemeral human life during which each of us will try to accomplish an "involved project" . A third timeless dimension completes them: the life of the spirit. We observe the evolutionary dynamics of the temple-structure thanks to the complementarity that it achieves with the logic of the included third and the "Hidden Third", as well as its non-reductionist character. It builds a system of "cosmodern" equilibrium, testifying to the historical epistemological separation between the world of subjects and that of the objects it brings together through the theory of "Transreality" . To deepen this question, we will explore the model in other contexts of learning and other educational situations, such as knowledge and disciplines, practices and pedagogies, educational technologies etc.The second part of the work contextualizes the temple-structure metaphor in the field of education and training. From a harmonious reciprocal approach of a triple development, operated on personal, professional and collective levels, emerges a proposal of "Integrative and Implicative Pedagogy" (P2i). It is anchored in the long history of New Education born in the early twentieth century. Through the technicalized updating of the socioconstructivist project approach, the P2i cultivates the efficient consideration of learners, teachers and third parts (staff, parents and other partners) in all their dimensions. This reflection requires discussing the evolution of the role of the teacher in the acquisition of the fundamental learning of primary school, from "read, write, count" to "respect others", thus passing from quantitative performance to qualitative subtlety. It is a question of anticipating the passage from an "integrative" character of educational objects in all their varieties, to the "integral" dimension of the subjects in formation. Then a question emerges: should we be guided, by need or necessity, towards a paradigm shift in education? And if so, what should we strive for?The most important aspect would ultimately be an ability to lead multi-referential lives that are connected with each other, with educational partners, with institutions, in relation to knowledge. Examples abound, especially in the field of active pedagogies. In the manner of design thinking, which manages innovation by synthesising analytical thought and intuitive thought as it mobilizes processes of co-creativity that will involve end-users, or like the operating rules stemming from sociocracy and holacracy (as decision with zero objection, election without self-declared candidates, revocability of mandates). Such examples are an extension of work that emphasizes the spiritual dimension – the opposite of routine. It is therefore essential in teacher training not to develop only professional skills, but rather to promote the development of full-fledged human beings. As if reconciling a posture of legitimacy of the teacher with that of a permission of the student. Without force or manipulation. By focusing on the "educational flow" to better enter in the learning of "content stocks". By putting more freedom in learning while maintaining ethics. With freedom of conscience in the face of ideological approaches between normality and (relative) deviance, between independence and the need for connection. By passing from the class group to the subject group. The learner becomes an actor with the acquisition of autonomy. Accompaniment, integration and inventiveness are practices that facilitate these processes of creation, which must each time be new, in order to prevent falling back into reproducing pre-established models.The third part presents an assessment of our journey as a researcher-practitioner in the form of a reflexive return, with its strong points and its gray areas: the examination of the slow professional and spiritual "drying up" as the technicization of our research after our appointment at the Paris IUFM in 1998; our "revivification" thanks to the action involved in non-institutional teams, the first fruits of the adventure described by the present overview; the misunderstandings of our peers and the difficulties in sharing and pursuing administratively and scientifically our work orientations.This report is completed by a presentation of the research perspectives with our laboratory on the question of the uses of digital education; international collaborations with the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Japan and the Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (CTI) in Brazil on stress at work; by the continuity of our work in the context of current teaching (integration in the axes of GIS Rreefor-Espe); the continued testing of P2i in teacher training or the deepening of the Culture of Peace. The extent of the engagement in our research community and our actions for the promotion of the discipline of the Sciences of Education and Training are particularly notable in relation to cooperation initiatives with foreign universities for teacher training in Romania (Cluj-Napoca), Spain (Valencia), Russia (Moscow), Ecuador (Chuquipata) and China (Chengdu), through the endorsement of editorial responsibilities as a reviewer, through the organization of scientific meetings, by answering requests for expert opinions…In conclusion, in the era of the Anthropocene, which is characterized by societal and lethal environmental risks for the human species, questioning what constitutes society is now absolutely necessary. Starting from our specialty, education, this problem is tackled by the study of conditions and modalities, a strategy that allows surpassing a mere "doing together" to a true "living together". At the heart of the areas to explore further are secularism and the relationship with religion . As the pedagogue Philippe Meirieu has noted: "'Believing' divides while 'knowing' brings together" . Experience facilitates passing from the first verb to the second. Massification and longer study times seem to go hand in hand with the standardization of training courses. The latter would then risk rejecting the otherness of those who follow them and tend to format them, which would be the opposite of the search for creative solutions that society needs. Finding interest and constructing the "common points" that respect diversity, based on real benevolence, with co-constructed rules, would be a pragmatic solution to consider. Fundamental principles may include but are not limited to: citizenship, partnership, democracy, team and collaborative learning, acceptance of different ideas, small group work, and extended teacher roles beyond traditional disciplines.The apparently intuitive point of convergence between these principles can be seen by taking into account our "common point of humanity" in all its various expressions. And this common point could in turn be guided by a call for a transcendence of each individual "little person", in a transcendence that is necessarily collective. If it were a matter of something informal and unspoken, all would benefit from having it brought to consciousness. Should it not then become a subject of discussion between the stakeholders, in order to encourage more and more the expression of this common point of humanity, so that everyone finds nourishment as needed, while maintaining the broadest possible respect for others and the world? In the tradition of Metagogy Theorem , we would approach a meta-science of education: a scientific and transversal model supported by an integral pedagogical paradigm that would provide a necessary and sufficient space for the ontological and spiritual dimensions.The objective of this research is to participate in the understanding of the question of consciousness and its deployment in human activities (subject / object / project), particularly in educational situations, with intention as the first criterion of analysis. ; Notre motivation à entrer dans l'écriture de cette note de synthèse trouve sa source à la suite du séisme traumatisant personnel et collectif provoqué par une nouvelle vague d'attentats en France en 2015 et par leurs répliques en Belgique, en Allemagne et en Grande-Bretagne. Ces événements dramatiques ont ravivé chez nous des questionnements professionnels et existentiels jusque-là mis de côté faute de lieu et de moment institutionnel dédié pour réfléchir aux finalités et aux fonctionnements des instances éducatives dont nous sommes partie prenante.Notre question de recherche part donc de l'appréciation d'une humanité et d'un état du monde contemporains qui semblent loin d'être à la hauteur qu'auraient laissé espérer les immenses avancées technologiques modernes, parmi lesquelles l'accès à l'information, conjuguées à une éducation primaire dispensée à très grande échelle sur la planète .Une hypothèse est que si la dimension ontologique est d'une certaine façon déjà présente dans les programmes scolaires et dans le socle commun de connaissances, de compétences et de culture de l'école et du collège notamment au travers des humanités et des compétences relationnelles et psycho-sociales, elle s'y exercerait toutefois de façon non ou insuffisamment conscientisée, ce qui amoindrirait ses effets positifs. Cet état de fait, attaché à une sorte de refoulement, aurait pour effet de ralentir la capacité de formation et d'émergence d'une personne qui soit responsable et qui agisse de manière positive envers elle-même, envers les autres et envers la planète. L'objectif poursuivi est donc de chercher à mieux comprendre et à accompagner vers ce but le processus multi-référentiel de notre humanisation au travers de l'éducation, pour autant que, comme l'affirmait déjà Érasme à la Renaissance : « On ne naît pas homme, on le devient ». Les principaux cadres théoriques et les concepts que nous mobilisons pour construire ce travail et nos propositions en Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'appuient sur trois domaines. Il s'agit d'anticiper le passage d'un caractère « intégratif » des objets pédagogiques dans toutes leurs variétés à la dimension « intégrale » des sujets en formation. La recherche s'applique donc aussi bien au domaine des disciplines, des activités péri-, para- et extra-scolaires qu'aux questions transversales comme l'éco-citoyenneté, le pouvoir d'agir, le bonheur et le bien-être, la gestion des émotions, l'éducation positive…La P2i étudie les lieux, les moyens, les méthodes et les outils mis à disposition des institutions et des enseignants (débat philosophique, yoga ou encore méditation ) pour permettre une approche laïque autorisée de la spiritualité , qui s'intéresse à la vie de l'esprit. Tenant lieu de méthode d'analyse et de prospective, elle peut être mobilisée pour étudier toute question touchant aux Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation, depuis la laïcité ou l'évaluation jusqu'à l'open access ou le big data. La structure-temple et la P2i proposent conjointement un cadre théorique et pratique favorisant l'application de « stratégies de réussite éducatives » par l'instauration de cercles vertueux tout en développant notre part d'humanité. Par exemple des notions pédagogiques ou didactiques comme « la gestion de classe », « les apprentissages adaptés », « l'appui sur les personnalités », « les compétences des apprenants », « la dimension existentielle » etc. tous envisagés et pris en compte simultanément ou à tour de rôle multiplient les effets positifs de chacune de ces dimensions. Nous situant dans le courant de la slow education et des approches alternatives de/à l'éducation, une question, qui pourrait devenir « vive », se fait jour : faudrait-il nous orienter, par besoin ou par nécessité, vers un changement de paradigme éducatif ? Et si oui, vers lequel nous diriger ?La troisième partie présente un bilan de notre trajet de chercheur-praticien sous forme de retour réflexif, avec ses points forts et ses zones d'ombre : l'examen du lent « assèchement » professionnel et spirituel au fur et à mesure de la technicisation de nos recherches après notre nomination à l'Iufm de Paris en 1998 ; notre « revivifiance » grâce à l'action impliquée dans des équipes para-institutionnelles, prémices de l'aventure de cette note de synthèse ; les incompréhensions de nos pairs et les difficultés à partager et poursuivre administrativement et scientifiquement nos orientations de travail…Ce bilan est complété par un exposé des perspectives de recherche au sein de notre laboratoire sur la question des usages du numérique en éducation ; par des collaborations internationales avec le National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo, Japon) et le Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (Campinas, Sao Paolo, Brésil) sur le stress au travail ; par la continuité de nos travaux dans le contexte d'enseignement actuel (intégration dans les axes du GIS Rreefor-Espe) ; la poursuite de la mise à l'épreuve de la P2i dans la formation des enseignants ou encore l'approfondissement de la Culture de Paix. As a method of analysis and foresight, it can be mobilized to study any question related to the Sciences of Education and Training, from secularism or evaluation to open access or big data. The temple-structure and the P2i jointly propose a theoretical and practical framework favoring the application of educational "strategies of success" by the establishment of "virtuous circles" while developing our "part of humanity". For example: "class management" x "adapted learning" x "support for personalities" x "learners' skills" x "existential dimension" and so on, situating ourselves in the current of slow education and alternatives approaches to / from education. Then a question emerges: should we be guided, by need or necessity, towards a paradigm shift in education? And if so, what should we strive for?The most important aspect would ultimately be an ability to lead multi-referential lives that are connected with each other, with educational partners, with institutions, in relation to knowledge. Examples abound, especially in the field of active pedagogies. In the manner of design thinking, which manages innovation by synthesising analytical thought and intuitive thought as it mobilizes processes of co-creativity that will involve end-users, or like the operating rules stemming from sociocracy and holacracy (as decision with zero objection, election without self-declared candidates, revocability of mandates). Such examples are an extension of work that emphasizes the spiritual dimension – the opposite of routine. It is therefore essential in teacher training not to develop only professional skills, but rather to promote the development of full-fledged human beings. As if reconciling a posture of legitimacy of the teacher with that of a permission of the student. Without force or manipulation. By focusing on the "educational flow" to better enter in the learning of "content stocks". By putting more freedom in learning while maintaining ethics. With freedom of conscience in the face of ideological approaches between normality and (relative) deviance, between independence and the need for connection. By passing from the class group to the subject group. The learner becomes an actor with the acquisition of autonomy. The extent of the engagement in our research community and our actions for the promotion of the discipline of the Sciences of Education and Training are particularly notable in relation to cooperation initiatives with foreign universities for teacher training in Romania (Cluj-Napoca), Spain (Valencia), Russia (Moscow), Ecuador (Chuquipata) and China (Chengdu), through the endorsement of editorial responsibilities as a reviewer, through the organization of scientific meetings, by answering requests for expert opinions…In conclusion, in the era of the Anthropocene, which is characterized by societal and lethal environmental risks for the human species, questioning what constitutes society is now absolutely necessary. Starting from our specialty, education, this problem is tackled by the study of conditions and modalities, a strategy that allows surpassing a mere "doing together" to a true "living together". At the heart of the areas to explore further are secularism and the relationship with religion . As the pedagogue Philippe Meirieu has noted: "'Believing' divides while 'knowing' brings together" . Experience facilitates passing from the first verb to the second. Massification and longer study times seem to go hand in hand with the standardization of training courses. The latter would then risk rejecting the otherness of those who follow them and tend to format them, which would be the opposite of the search for creative solutions that society needs. Finding interest and constructing the "common points" that respect diversity, based on real benevolence, with co-constructed rules, would be a pragmatic solution to consider. Fundamental principles may include but are not limited to: citizenship, partnership, democracy, team and collaborative learning, acceptance of different ideas, small group work, and extended teacher roles beyond traditional disciplines.The apparently intuitive point of convergence between these principles can be seen by taking into account our "common point of humanity" in all its various expressions. And this common point could in turn be guided by a call for a transcendence of each individual "little person", in a transcendence that is necessarily collective. If it were a matter of something informal and unspoken, all would benefit from having it brought to consciousness. Should it not then become a subject of discussion between the stakeholders, in order to encourage more and more the expression of this common point of humanity, so that everyone finds nourishment as needed, while maintaining the broadest possible respect for others and the world? In the tradition of Metagogy Theorem , we would approach a meta-science of education: a scientific and transversal model supported by an integral pedagogical paradigm that would provide a necessary and sufficient space for the ontological and spiritual dimensions.The objective of this research is to participate in the understanding of the question of consciousness and its deployment in human activities (subject / object / project), particularly in educational situations, with intention as the first criterion of analysis. ; Notre motivation à entrer dans l'écriture de cette note de synthèse trouve sa source à la suite du séisme traumatisant personnel et collectif provoqué par une nouvelle vague d'attentats en France en 2015 et par leurs répliques en Belgique, en Allemagne et en Grande-Bretagne. Ces événements dramatiques ont ravivé chez nous des questionnements professionnels et existentiels jusque-là mis de côté faute de lieu et de moment institutionnel dédié pour réfléchir aux finalités et aux fonctionnements des instances éducatives dont nous sommes partie prenante.Notre question de recherche part donc de l'appréciation d'une humanité et d'un état du monde contemporains qui semblent loin d'être à la hauteur qu'auraient laissé espérer les immenses avancées technologiques modernes, parmi lesquelles l'accès à l'information, conjuguées à une éducation primaire dispensée à très grande échelle sur la planète .Une hypothèse est que si la dimension ontologique est d'une certaine façon déjà présente dans les programmes scolaires et dans le socle commun de connaissances, de compétences et de culture de l'école et du collège notamment au travers des humanités et des compétences relationnelles et psycho-sociales, elle s'y exercerait toutefois de façon non ou insuffisamment conscientisée, ce qui amoindrirait ses effets positifs. Cet état de fait, attaché à une sorte de refoulement, aurait pour effet de ralentir la capacité de formation et d'émergence d'une personne qui soit responsable et qui agisse de manière positive envers elle-même, envers les autres et envers la planète. L'objectif poursuivi est donc de chercher à mieux comprendre et à accompagner vers ce but le processus multi-référentiel de notre humanisation au travers de l'éducation, pour autant que, comme l'affirmait déjà Érasme à la Renaissance : « On ne naît pas homme, on le devient ». Les principaux cadres théoriques et les concepts que nous mobilisons pour construire ce travail et nos propositions en Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'appuient sur trois domaines. D'abord la Transdisciplinarité , avec la pensée complexe , la théorie des systèmes et la question de la conscience . Ensuite la Psychologie Transpersonnelle , sur les questions de liberté, de responsabilité et d'éthique. Enfin les Humanités Numériques, depuis les artefacts technologiques et les technologies éducatives jusqu'à la technontologie (technique plus ontologie).Sous forme d'encarts, nous relaterons régulièrement des moments issus de notre « histoire de vie », nous insérant ainsi dans le courant de la biographisation , en tant que témoignages de l'évolution de notre propre parcours.Dans une première partie, nous travaillons à la construction d'un modèle ontologique hypothético-déductif, « l'être en tant qu'être », en tenant compte de la condition humaine dans son contexte spatio-temporel - « l'être dans le temps de l'être »- pour en comprendre le fonctionnement en termes d'enracinement, de besoin, de capacité, de désir, de dépassement… Nous représentons l'Être humain par un schéma métaphorique, appelé « structure-temple », comprenant sept éléments. Le socle de l'édifice symbolise sa filiation dans le contexte « anthropologique / culturel » de la naissance, actuellement l'anthropocène (qui débute avec l'action transformative durable de l'action humaine sur la planète, essentiellement du fait des agissements techniques et industriels, Wallenhorst, 2019). La première colonne exprime la dimension « physique / biologique / énergétique » ; la deuxième, la part « émotionnelle / sensible » ; la troisième, le « mental / cognitif » ; la quatrième, le « groupal / social » et la cinquième, l' « axiologique / existentiel / (post-)métaphysique ». Enfin, le fronton est la coiffe « ouverture / ontologique » de l'ensemble, qui invite à une conclusion optimiste selon la maxime du temple grec de Delphes attribuée à Socrate : « Connais-toi toi-même et tu connaîtras l'univers et les dieux ».Nous procédons ensuite à une analyse de cette approche au travers de deux dimensions temporelles : la big history ou longue histoire cosmique depuis le big bang jusqu'à la création de notre planète et le développement de la biosphère ainsi que l'éphémère vie humaine durant laquelle chacun tentera d'accomplir son projet « implié » . Une troisième dimension intemporelle les complète : la vie de l'esprit . Nous observons la dynamique évolutive de la structure-temple grâce à la complémentarité qu'elle opère avec les logiques du tiers inclus et du « Tiers Caché », ainsi que son caractère non-réductionniste. Ce modèle est fractal par son caractère intra-reproductible et holographique car multicouche. Il construit un système d'équilibre « cosmoderne » témoignant de la séparation épistémologique historique entre le monde des sujets et celui des objets qu'il réunit par la théorie de la « Transréalité » . Il propose in fine de dépasser cette dichotomie apparente en adoptant une approche non-duelle destinée à être opérante au moyen de la « démarche de projet » .La deuxième partie du travail contextualise la métaphore de la structure-temple dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation. À partir d'une démarche en réciprocité harmonieuse d'un triple développement, opéré sur les plans personnel, professionnel et collectif, émerge une proposition de « Pédagogie Intégrative et Implicative » (P2i). Elle procède d'un cadre théorique intégratif et aboutit à un dispositif implicatif ancré dans la longue histoire de l'Éducation Nouvelle dont Philippe Meirieu décèle « les prémices dès le XVIIIème siècle » . Par l'actualisation technicisée de la démarche de projet socioconstructiviste, la P2i cultive la considération efficiente des apprenants, des enseignants et des tiers (personnels, parents et autres partenaires), et ce, dans toutes leurs dimensions. Cette réflexion nécessite de discuter de l'évolution du rôle de l'enseignant dans l'acquisition des apprentissages fondamentaux de l'école primaire, depuis le « lire, écrire, compter » jusqu'au « respecter autrui », passant ainsi de la performance quantitative à la sensibilité qualitative. Il s'agit d'anticiper le passage d'un caractère « intégratif » des objets pédagogiques dans toutes leurs variétés à la dimension « intégrale » des sujets en formation. La métaphore de la structure-temple est alors déclinée comme un projet multidimensionnel. La recherche s'applique donc aussi bien au domaine des disciplines, des activités péri-, para- et extra-scolaires qu'aux questions transversales comme l'éco-citoyenneté, le pouvoir d'agir, le bonheur et le bien-être, la gestion des émotions, l'éducation positive…La P2i étudie les lieux, les moyens, les méthodes et les outils mis à disposition des institutions et des enseignants (débat philosophique, yoga ou encore méditation ) pour permettre une approche laïque autorisée de la spiritualité , qui s'intéresse à la vie de l'esprit. Tenant lieu de méthode d'analyse et de prospective, elle peut être mobilisée pour étudier toute question touchant aux Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation, depuis la laïcité ou l'évaluation jusqu'à l'open access ou le big data. La structure-temple et la P2i proposent conjointement un cadre théorique et pratique favorisant l'application de « stratégies de réussite éducatives » par l'instauration de cercles vertueux tout en développant notre part d'humanité. Par exemple des notions pédagogiques ou didactiques comme « la gestion de classe », « les apprentissages adaptés », « l'appui sur les personnalités », « les compétences des apprenants », « la dimension existentielle » etc. tous envisagés et pris en compte simultanément ou à tour de rôle multiplient les effets positifs de chacune de ces dimensions. Nous situant dans le courant de la slow education et des approches alternatives de/à l'éducation, une question, qui pourrait devenir « vive », se fait jour : faudrait-il nous orienter, par besoin ou par nécessité, vers un changement de paradigme éducatif ? Et si oui, vers lequel nous diriger ?La troisième partie présente un bilan de notre trajet de chercheur-praticien sous forme de retour réflexif, avec ses points forts et ses zones d'ombre : l'examen du lent « assèchement » professionnel et spirituel au fur et à mesure de la technicisation de nos recherches après notre nomination à l'Iufm de Paris en 1998 ; notre « revivifiance » grâce à l'action impliquée dans des équipes para-institutionnelles, prémices de l'aventure de cette note de synthèse ; les incompréhensions de nos pairs et les difficultés à partager et poursuivre administrativement et scientifiquement nos orientations de travail…Ce bilan est complété par un exposé des perspectives de recherche au sein de notre laboratoire sur la question des usages du numérique en éducation ; par des collaborations internationales avec le National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo, Japon) et le Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (Campinas, Sao Paolo, Brésil) sur le stress au travail ; par la continuité de nos travaux dans le contexte d'enseignement actuel (intégration dans les axes du GIS Rreefor-Espe) ; la poursuite de la mise à l'épreuve de la P2i dans la formation des enseignants ou encore l'approfondissement de la Culture de Paix. L'ampleur de l'engagement dans notre communauté de recherche et nos actions pour le rayonnement de la discipline des Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'apprécient notamment par des initiatives de coopération avec des instituts et des universités étrangères de formation des enseignants comme le National Pedagogical College (Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie), le Florida Grup Educatiu (Valencia, Espagne), la Moscow City University (Russie), l'Universidad Nacional de Educación (Chuquipata, Équateur) et l'École Normale de Chengdu (Chine) ; par la prise de responsabilités éditoriales dans des revues relevant de la section ; par l'organisation de rencontres scientifiques ; par la réponse à des demandes d'expertises nationales et internationales…En conclusion, il ressort que l'objectif de cette recherche est de participer à la compréhension de la question de la conscience et de son déploiement dans les activités humaines (sujet/objet/projet), et particulièrement en situation éducative, avec l'intention pour premier critère d'analyse.
China realized during the last 15 years spectacular economic growth success. However, its economic growth was also accompanied by serious environmental degradation problems. China has been ranked as one of the most polluted countries in the world by some international organizations, particularly on the aspect of air pollution. Although many scholars start to consider China as the future number one economic power given its current marvelous economic success, the verification of such hypothesis closely depends on the sustainability of China's future growth path—its actual economic growth speed can be sustainable only if today's economic achievement is not obtained by mortgaging that of tomorrow. This dissertation, focusing on the case of industrial SO2 emission in China, aims to study the potential relationship between economic growth, trade liberalization and environment in China, in the aims of identifying the possibility, the sufficient and necessary conditions for China to realize its sustainable development. After a comprehensive literature review on the existing Environmental Kuznets Curve studies, I started my analysis by a reduced-form Environmental Kuznets Curve analysis (Chapter 2). The results showed that although the EKC analysis predicts a turning point at about 9000 yuan (1990 price) for the case of per capita industrial SO2 emission, the evolution of total industrial SO2 emission seems to continue its increasing tendency. To understand the underlying reasons for the increasing tendency in total SO2 emission, I further carried out two structural analyses, in which the structural determinants of SO2 emission are decomposed either parametrically (Chapter 3) or non-parametrically (Divisia index decomposition method based on the detailed data on production and SO2 emission intensity of 13 industrial sectors in each province during 1991-2001, Chapter 4) into scale, composition and technique effects. The results showed that, the per capita income, acting as an omnibus variable representing all the three aspects of underlying structural determinants, only impart a "net-effect" of income growth on environment. The real reason for the ever-increasing trend of total industrial SO2 emission in China is actually due to the domination of pollution-increasing impact of scale enlargement over the pollution-reducing contribution from technical progress, combined with a province-specific composition transformation which exerts modest pollution-increasing impact in most of the Chinese provinces, given their current industrialization process. The second part of this dissertation further amplified my decomposition efforts by giving particular attention to the emission determination role of international trade. Previously redeemed by some pessimistic economists as a channel for the richer developed countries to discharge their pollution burdens to their poorer trade-partners, international trade has been considered as a static explanation for the formation of the inverted-U-shaped growth-pollution relationship. Nevertheless, all three analyses carried out in this part, by investigating the different channels through which international trade can exerts impact on the three determinants of emission, only provide very limited supportive evidence for the "pollution haven" hypothesis in China. As China's factor-endowment-based comparative advantages are much attractive than its potential as a "pollution haven", the conclusion of the ACT-style (Antweiler, Copeland and Taylor, 2001) model estimation in Chapter 5 shows that trade liberalization can actually reduce the pollution burden of China's industrialization process by deviating its industrial composition transformation towards less polluting labour-intensive sectors. By noticing that the actual role of trade is more complicated, in Chapter 6, I re-employed the decomposed results of Chapter 4 and further checked the indirect impact of trade (export and import separated this time) on industrial emission through its three structural determinants. This study confirmed the significantly positive impact of trade in both scale enlargement and technical progress. The analysis based on a simultaneous system in Chapter 7 permits me to combine these three aspects' indirect impact of international trade on emission into the same estimation. Its results reveal the total role of export in China is environment-friendly while that of import (measured by the accumulation of imported machinery and equipments) is pollution-enhancing. In the CGE model analysis in Chapter 8 (Part 3), I related emission results directly to energy input used in production activities and included the principal coefficients estimated in the previous into the modelling and simulation work. This model offered me an opportunity to parameterise the multiple aspects of trade-pollution and growth-pollution nexus and to finally obtain an explicit numerical comparison between the magnitude of environmental impact of trade and economic growth. This analysis reveals that, compared to the scale effect resulting from rapid economic expansion in China, the actual pollution-increasing impact of trade liberalization is very small. The most important pollution reduction contribution actually comes from efficiency improvement in energy uses and depends largely on the existence of a more stringent and efficient pollution control policies combined with a flexible energy substitution process. Facing the potential dangers for China's future environmental situation, I investigated in the chapter 9 (Part 3) the potential feedback effect from pollution to China's future growth sustainability. The analysis reveals a significant negative relationship between industrial SO2 emission and public health after the industrial SO2 emission density attains the critical threshold of 8g/m2. Fortunately, the estimated model inn this chapter seems also to reveal some possible dynamism through which the significant negative impact of industrial SO2 emission on public health status can be gradually reduced with economic growth. But to realize this dynamism, China need to realise a more-than-proportion increase in de-sulfur technology investment with respect to its economic growth rate in the coming years. To sum up, the analyses carried out in this dissertation actually indicate both opportunity and challenge for China's pursuit for a sustainable development path. Given the current environmental deterioration tendency, whether China can preserve its future growth sustainability actually depends on the existence of the technological capacities to improve the pollution abatement efficiency (sufficient condition) and the correct function of a stricter pollution control policies (necessary condition). Both aspects further put forward the requirement for the availability of efficient institutional and market system in China. ; La Chine, pays le plus peuplé du monde, connaît depuis une quinzaine d'années des taux de croissance spectaculaires. Malheureusement, cette croissance a aussi été accompagnée d'une très forte dégradation de l'environnement et a positionné la Chine parmi les pays les plus pollués du monde, notamment au niveau de son atmosphère. Ainsi, le considérable succès que représente cette croissance économique, au point de vouloir présenter la Chine comme la prochaine première puissance économique mondiale, conduit à poser la question de sa soutenabilité. Nous postulons que la croissance actuelle de la Chine ne pourra être durable que dans la mesure où elle n'hypothèque pas celle de son futur. Cette thèse se base sur le cas de l'émission industrielle de SO2 – la pollution aérienne la plus importante en Chine. En analysant son évolution au cours des années 1990 et en se focalisant sur ses relations avec la croissance économique, l'industrialisation et l'ouverture commerciale – les trois caractères les plus évidents du développement économique chinois –, cette thèse vise à identifier la possibilité et les conditions nécessaires et suffisantes pour la Chine de réaliser un développement soutenable. Après une revue de la littérature sur la Courbe de Kuznets Environnementale (CKE), nous commençons notre analyse par l'étude d'une CKE de forme réduite (Chap. 2), qui révèle une relation assez optimiste entre la croissance chinoise et l'émission industrielle de SO2 par tête. Cependant, cette CKE « par tête » ne garantit pas un même retournement de trajectoire pour l'émission industrielle totale de SO2. Bien que notre analyse prédise ce retournement aux environs de 9000 yuan par tête (prix constants 1990) pour le cas de l'émission industrielle de SO2 par tête, l'évolution de l'émission industrielle de SO2 totale semble continuer à augmenter. Pour comprendre les raisons de cette tendance à la hausse de l'émission industrielle de SO2 totale, nous menons deux analyses structurelles, dans lesquelles les variations de l'émission sont décomposées de façon paramétrique (Chap. 3) et non-paramétrique (la méthode de décomposition de l'indice de Divisia basée sur des données détaillées de la production et de l'intensité d'émission de SO2 de 13 secteurs industriels dans chaque province entre 1991 et 2002, Chap. 4) en contributions de ses trois déterminants structurels - effets d'échelle, de composition et de technique. Les résultats montrent que le revenu par tête fonctionne comme une variable omnibus qui capte les effets des trois déterminants structurels et révèle seulement un « effet net » de la croissance sur l'environnement. Le détail de nos analyses permet cependant de trouver les véritables raisons de cette tendance à la hausse de l'émission industrielle de SO2. Cela serait principalement dû à une domination de l'effet d'échelle sur l'effet réducteur d'émission issu des progrès techniques, le tout combiné à une transformation de la composition industrielle exerçant un modeste impact à la hausse des émissions dans la plupart des provinces chinoises. La seconde partie de cette thèse accroît ses efforts de décomposition en donnant une attention particulière au rôle déterminant du commerce international sur l'émission. Perçu par certains économistes pessimistes comme un canal à travers lequel les pays riches déchargeaient leurs fardeaux de pollution sur leurs partenaires commerciaux relativement plus pauvres (hypothèse de « havre de pollution »), le commerce international a ainsi souvent été considéré comme une explication statique de la formation d'une relation en U inversé entre le revenu et la pollution. Cependant, les trois analyses menées dans cette partie, en recherchant les différents canaux de transmission à travers lesquels le commerce affecte les trois déterminants structurels de l'émission, nous offrent pour la Chine des preuves très limitées en faveur de l'hypothèse de « havre de pollution ». Etant donné que l'avantage comparatif de la Chine basé sur sa dotation extrêmement riche en travail est beaucoup plus attractif que son avantage de « havre de pollution », la conclusion d'une analyse de style Antweiler, Copeland et Taylor (ACT, 2001) au Chapitre 5 nous montre que la libéralisation commerciale peut réduire les dangers d'une augmentation de pollution liée à l'effet de « havre de pollution » en guidant la transformation de la composition industrielle chinoise vers les secteurs intensifs en travail, souvent considérés comme moins polluants. Le rôle du commerce sur l'environnement n'est cependant pas aussi simple. Dans le Chapitre 6, en re-employant les résultats de la décomposition de Divisia du Chapitre 4, nous vérifions les impacts indirects du commerce (exportations et importations introduites de façon séparées) sur l'émission à travers les trois déterminants structurels. Cette analyse confirme l'impact significativement positif du commerce dans l'élargissement de l'échelle de production et sur les progrès techniques. Les analyses basées sur un système d'équations simultanées au Chapitre 7 nous permettent de combiner ces trois aspects des impacts indirects du commerce sur l'émission et d'inclure leurs interactions potentielles dans une même estimation. Les résultats révèlent que le rôle total des exportations est positif pour l'environnement mais que celui des importations (mesurées par l'accumulation de machines et d'équipements importés) est négatif. Dans le modèle en Equilibre Général Calculable (EGC) du Chapitre 8 (Partie 3), nous relions directement les résultats de l'émission à la combustion des énergies dans les activités productives et incluons toutes les interactions entre les variables économiques et l'environnement dont nous avons pu discuter dans les chapitres précédents pour la spécification du modèle. Ce modèle nous offre l'opportunité de paramétrer et de simuler de multiples aspects des relations entre croissance, ouverture commerciale et émission. Les simulations basées sur ce modèle nous permettent d'obtenir des comparaisons numériques de l'ampleur des impacts environnementaux du commerce et de la croissance économique. La conclusion de ce chapitre montre que, sans une politique de contrôle de pollution plus efficace, la croissance économique chinoise devrait s'avérer très polluante et que l'accession à l'OMC devrait provoquer une hausse supplémentaire mais marginale de pollution. En considérant les dangers potentiels de cette situation sur l'environnement chinois, nous décidons de rechercher dans le dernier chapitre de cette thèse (Chap. 9) l'effet de « feedback » potentiel de la pollution sur la capacité de croissance de l'économie chinoise. Les résultats confirment un effet négatif de l'émission de SO2 sur la prévalence des maladies chroniques au sein de la population. Une fois dépassé le seuil de 8 g/m2, une augmentation de 1g/m2 de la densité de l'émission industrielle de SO2 accroît la probabilité pour une personne représentative de souffrir de maladies chroniques de 0,25%. Cependant, si les progrès techniques réalisés dans les activités de contrôle de la pollution augmentent de façon continue dans le temps, nos résultats indiquent également une dynamique potentielle pouvant réduire de façon graduelle l'impact négatif de la pollution sur la santé avec la croissance économique. En résumé, les analyses menées dans cette thèse présentent un certain nombre de défis à relever et d'opportunités à saisir pour que la Chine puisse poursuivre un chemin de développement qui soit soutenable. Etant donnée la tendance actuelle à la détérioration de son environnement, la capacité de la Chine à préserver une croissance soutenable dans le futur dépendra étroitement de l'adoption de progrès techniques (conditions suffisantes) et d'un fonctionnement efficace et plus strict des politiques de contrôle de pollution (conditions nécessaires), ainsi que d'une meilleure efficacité des systèmes institutionnels et de marché.
The Regum Aragonum res geste are a large-scale Latin chronicle, written by the Aragonese jurist Gonzalo García de Santa María at the beginning of the 16th century in Saragossa. It relates the heroic deeds of the kings of Aragon between the 8th century and the death of Alfonso V in 1458. The aim of this thesis is to bring to light the text of this work, which, until now, was not only unpublished, but has also been considered as lost for a long time. This text is based on an autograph draft kept at the Biblioteca de Catalunya. This present thesis therefore gives new material to reexamine hypotheses that were made in absentia about this text and its role and place in the context of the Aragonese historiography around 1500. The two goals of the edition are to reconstitute the text and to uncover the drafting processes that were at work in the elaboration of the manuscript. The introductory chapters study the context of production of this chronicle. They offer at first a codicological analysis that presents the material conditions in which this unique testimony of the chronicle was realized. They then examine the various aspects that influenced the redaction and study how the author is belonging to different social, political and cultural nets; how the chronicle is related to the ones of Vagad and Marineo Sículo; and what its literary and historiographical models are. In fine, this thesis intends to show how the Regum Aragonum res geste are taking part into the stylistical, historical and ideological debates of their time. It also means to contribute to the highlighting and exploration of the dynamics at work in Saragossa, as a major historiographical center. ; Las Regum Aragonum res geste son una amplia crónica latina redactada por el jurista aragonés Gonzalo García de Santa María a principios del siglo XVI en Zaragoza. La presente tesis da a conocer el texto de dicha obra, no sólo inédita, sino también considerada perdida durante mucho tiempo; se basa en un borrador autógrafo conservado en la Biblioteca de Catalunya. Por lo tanto, ofrece el material necesario para examinar las hipótesis formuladas in absentia acerca de este texto y de su papel en el panorama historiográfico aragonés alrededor de 1500. La edición tiene dos objetivos: la constitutio textus y la exposición de todos los procesos de elaboración textual reflejados en el borrador. El estudio introductorio describe el contexto de producción de la crónica. Primero, un análisis codicológico expone las condiciones materiales de composición del único testimonio conservado. This paper presents an outcome evaluation of economic performances of Sweden since 1970. The first part analyses the evolution of Sweden in terms of sectorial specialization, international trade, social performances and business cycles. The second part describes the implementation of fiscal and monetary policies and the adopted measures in terms of structural reforms concerning the labour market and the production of public services. ; Depuis le début des années 1970, la Suède poursuit un processus d'ouverture internationale. Cette ouverture a provoqué une restructuration de la sphère productive et le déclin de certains secteurs traditionnels, alors que le remarquable dynamisme du secteur des services a permis de soutenir l'emploi et particulièrement l'emploi féminin.L'économie suédoise a connu plusieurs épisodes de crise économique aux conséquences variables. Seule la crise du début des années 1990 a fait entrer la Suède dans une ère de chômage de masse. La Suède semblait enfin guérie en 2001, mais une remontée du taux de chômage s'observe sur la période 2003-2005.De façon générale, les politiques économiques mises en place ont été particulièrement réactives. Les gouvernements successifs n'ont pas hésité à accepter d'importants déficits publics lorsque cela était nécessaire. Les dévaluations régulières de la couronne suédoise ont incontestablement apporté des débouchés à la production nationale. La lutte contre l'inflation est plus tardive que dans les autres pays développés et n'est engagée que dans les années 1990. Cette période marque aussi une prise de conscience de l'importance d'engager des politiques structurelles pour soutenir la croissance à long terme. Traditional China was a highly agricultural society where the majority of people lived in villages. Each village constituted a miniature world, which showed great diversity at all levels. All the characteristics of rural China mainly remained in ancient villages. The settlement distribution structure, as we see today, is the product of continuous evolution in three thousands years. The concept of heritage appeared in China in early times. But heritage protection, in particular, the concept of architectural heritage protection in China was more closed to now. As for settlement protection, history of action from government could be merely traced back to three decades. These actions first of all came out for " Famous Cities" (1982), and then for "Historical Blocks" (1986) and finally for "Famous Town and Village" (2002). The protection of ancient villages in China focused on the lists published with different names and levels, facing a series of paradoxes and with long way to go. Despite enormous criticism, tourism utilization is still one of the alternatives in the protection of ancient villages. The case of Xidi showed the double process of heritage and tourism development, which started in the Mid-1980s. Under the advocation and leadership of local village elites, Xidi tourism development implemented the management of collective ownership enterprise. The entire development witnessed the profound changes in the village and various conflicts among different actors. All sorts of conflicts and crisis accompanying eventually lead to the end of Xidi mode after 27 years practice. Xidi, however, has not been in peace due to the reform imposed by the local government, there still has been intense and widespread controversy surrounding Xidi as well as many other Chinese ancient villages ; La Chine traditionnelle était une société fortement agricole dans laquelle la plupart du peuple habitait les villages. Ceux-ci, constituant chacun un monde en soi, montraient une grande diversité sous différents aspects. Les caractéristiques de la Chine rurale résident surtout dans les vieux villages. Biofuels are being extensively developed around the world thanks to the support of states, which is a necessary condition for their production. Thus, the focus of this dissertation is to study the regulation of biofuel policies. More precisely, this work intends to enlighten the strong links between biofuel and agricultural policies. Policies directed to biofuel production have changed dramatically over the past three years, evolving from the status of a secondary policy within agricultural policies to the position of a central policy at the crossroads of agricultural, environmental and energy policies. The work exposed in this dissertation is divided in three parts. First, the reasons that have led to the sudden development of biofuels are presented. Then, in a second part, the interactions of biofuel policies with the present agricultural policies are dealt with. The aim of this second part is to assess the extent to which these policies ought to be amended in order to account for the growing importance of energy crops in the total agricultural production. Finally, the third part focuses on the new regulatory framework imposed by the dual production of the agricultural sector (an environmental good and an agricultural commodity): a Common Agency setting is chosen to address this issue. Moreover, this last part strives to anticipate the future reforms of the CAP, in which the dual regulation (at the EU and Member State levels) calls for a new framework for policy analysis. Hence, the common thread of all the ideas developed in this dissertation is the mutual interactions that exist between biofuel and agricultural policies. Biofuel policies have emerged thanks to the reform of the CAP in 1992, are now an important player of the present CAP and will undoubtedly be a central issue in the future reforms of agricultural policies. ; Les biocarburants connaissent un développement rapide dans de nombreux pays grâce au soutien apporté par les Etats, qui est une condition nécessaire de leur production. Ainsi, cette thèse vise à étudier la régulation des politiques de soutien aux biocarburants. Plus précisément, ce travail a pour objectif d'éclairer les liens étroits tissés entre les politiques de biocarburants et les politiques agricoles. Les politiques de biocarburants ont évolué de manière radicale au cours des 3 dernières années, passant du statut de politique subordonnée à la politique agricole à une position centrale, à la croisée des politiques agricoles, environnementales et énergétiques. Le travail présenté dans cette thèse s'articule en trois parties. Premièrement, nous présentons les raisons qui ont présidé au développement rapide des biocarburants. Ensuite, dans une seconde partie, les interactions des politiques de biocarburants avec les politiques agricoles actuelles sont examinées. Cette seconde partie vise à évaluer les nécessaires modifications à apporter aux politiques actuelles afin de tenir compte de l'importance croissante des cultures énergétiques dans la production agricole totale. Enfin, une troisième partie s'attache à étudier un nouveau cadre théorique pour la régulation du secteur agricole, dont la production est duale (il produit à la fois un bien agricole "classique" et un bien environnemental) : la théorie de l'Agence Commune est utilisée pour cette modélisation. Ainsi, le fil conducteur des idées développées dans cette thèse est l'étude des interactions entre politiques de biocarburants et politiques agricoles. Les biocarburants sont apparus à la faveur d'une réforme de la PAC en 1992, sont maintenant des acteurs centraux de la PAC actuelle et représenteront sans conteste un aspect incontournable des futures réformes des politiques agricoles.
Watching Pasolini's, Oliveira's and Parajanov's films, the spectator can be surprised by their taste for archaic themes and forms, inherited from ancient references.This thesis takes its source in the observance of this cinema's singularity. The filmakers' willfull archaism seems to isolate them in the history of cinema. Nevertheless their films also show modern stakes. From the paradox between the two terms, this work tries to show how the archaism is an aspect of film modernity. It leans on the voluntary choice of formal impurity which questions the very definition of cinema, and its political possibilities even. Pasolini, Parajanov and Oliveira offer to think cinema differently, but also to question their own way of practicing it. It is not only the cinema that needs to be redefined, but the place of its objects too. Poor people of Roma, popular faces of Transcaucasia, little peasants from Portugal : the "forgotten" from cinema and society can finally be seen and heard in these filmakers' movies. The formal dimension of filmic impurity is linked to a political vocation which holds on to the permanent ambivalence in the films. Their willfull interferences are also a way to fight the conventionnal hierarchies.The development of the thesis is divided in two parts, as its subject invites it to proceed. Nevertheless both parts work together. First I confronte the "specificity" of cinema to the singularity of the films I study, in order to define what impurity does to the form-cinema. The contamination generates ambivalence and alteration : impure films let see a marginality that is usually banished from cinema and society. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the stakes which link impure aesthetics to politics of the sharing. ; À la vision des films de Pier Paolo Pasolini, Manoel de Oliveira et Sergueï Paradjanov, on peut être surpris par leur préférence pour les formes et thématiques archaïques, c'est-à-dire issues de références anciennes.L'observation de la singularité d'un tel cinéma sert de point de départ à la réflexion. L'archaïsme volontaire de ces réalisateurs semble les isoler dans le champ de l'histoire du cinéma, et pourtant leurs films recèlent aussi des enjeux résolument modernes. À partir du paradoxe qui oppose à première vue les deux termes, ce travail s'efforce de montrer comment l'archaïsme constitue un aspect de la modernité filmique, reposant sur le choix volontaire d'une impureté esthétique qui engage une redéfinition du cinéma, et même de ses possibles politiques. Les choix archaïques des cinéastes constituent en effet une tentative de refondation déjà moderne dans la mesure où elle s'oppose à toute restriction des possibilités filmiques. Pasolini, Paradjanov et Oliveira se proposent donc de penser le cinéma différemment, mais aussi d'interroger leur manière de le pratiquer. Il ne s'agit pas de redéfinir le seul cinéma, mais également ses objets et leur place dans le sensible. Petit peuple des faubourgs romains, visages populaires de Transcaucasie, paysans pauvres du Portugal : les « oubliés » du cinéma et de la société retrouvent images et voix chez les cinéastes concernés. La dimension esthétique du choix de l'impureté filmique n'irait ainsi pas sans une vocation politique qui tient à l'ambiguïté permanente de films dont les brouillages volontaires sont aussi une façon de contrer les hiérarchies conventionnelles.Le développement de la réflexion suit la structure bipartite suggérée par son sujet. Les deux parties fonctionnent toutefois ensemble. Il s'agit d'abord de confronter la notion de « spécificité » du cinéma à la singularité des films étudiés, afin de pouvoir définir ce que l'impureté fait à la forme-cinéma. Le premier chapitre se demande comment qualifier les cinéastes qui ont recours à des formes archaïques alors même qu'ils sont les contemporains d'un cinéma dit « de la modernité ». Dans le deuxième chapitre, on poursuit l'exploration des manifestations archaïques-modernes en étudiant les formes prises par la contamination. Celle-ci générant ambiguïté et altération, les films impurs accueillent aussi une marge dont la visibilité nouvelle permet de repenser la distribution du sensible. Le second temps de la réflexion est ainsi consacré aux enjeux qui lient esthétique impure et politique du partage. Le troisième chapitre étudie les types d'altérités auxquels s'ouvre la forme-cinéma impure. Le quatrième et dernier chapitre s'efforce de comprendre les fonctions occupées par l'exposition des marges et des disparus. Leur préservation n'est pas seulement une survivance mémorielle : les cinéastes en postulent la possible résistance, esthétique et politique. Leurs écarts formels ne relèvent ainsi pas seulement de l'expérimentation mais d'une ambition politique d'exposition.À l'issue des démonstrations, on tient à conserver le paradoxe initial opposant archaïsme et modernité, car l'écart qu'il suppose entre les termes représente la posture impure des cinéastes. Ils occupent volontairement une position à l'écart. Sur ce même seuil se tiennent leurs films dont l'impureté consiste bien à ne jamais céder à la tentation de l'univocité. L'archaïsme moderne définit alors une prise d'écart qui est aussi une hauteur de vue permettant de penser autrement l'écriture de l'histoire par sa refondation permanente. L'acte de reprise apparaît alors comme le geste garantissant une éthique du filmeur.
