In the last few years, especially after the Brexit referendum and the 2016 US elections, there has been a surge in academic interest for misinformation and disinformation. Social, cognitive, and political scientists' work on these phenomena has focused on two main aspects:● Individuals' (and by extension societies') vulnerability to misinformation.● Factors and interventions that can increase individuals' (and societies')resistance to misinformation. In this article we offer a critical review of the psychological research pertaining to these two aspects. Drawing on this review, we highlight an emerging tension in the relevant literature. Indeed, the current state-of-the-art of the political misinformation literature reflects the combined operation of two opposing psychological constructs: excess gullibility on the one hand and excess vigilance on the other. We argue that this conceptualization is important in both advancing theories of individuals' and societies' vulnerability to misinformation and in designing prospective research programs. We conclude with proposing what, in our view, are the most promising avenues for future research in the field. ; info:eu-repo/semantics/published

; This paper is composed of three parts, corresponding to my various lines of research. The first, devoted to the articulation of constitutional law and political philosophy, is a radical, but still unfinished, critique of the representative form of democracy. Not only does it increasingly show its limits, but it also seems contradictory to the very idea of democracy. The second concerns apparently technical aspects of constitutional law, but in reality complementary to this reflection, since the first two articles are devoted to the referendum and the need for a democracy that is at least semi-direct, which in fact, if not in law, does not exist in France, unlike in Italy.

Domestic and foreign investment, private and public, is undoubtedly one of the most important axis in the economic policies of developed and developing countries. The legal regime for foreign investment in Algeria has continued to be the focus of debate. Mainly economic, this is why the Algerian legislator has legislated on the subject, especially from the 1990s, on the occasion of the adoption of Law No. 90-10 of 14 April 1990 on currency and credit. The latter was indeed the beginning of a long process of transition and economic orientation towards the adoption of the market economy. Currently the legal regime of foreign investment in Algeria is governed mainly by the law 16-09 on the promotion of investment, accompanied by a set of implementing decrees. This recent reform of investment law is an important step forward for the management, reception and processing of foreign investment in Algeria, with regard to all the advantages that are granted to investors' profits, as well as the relaxation of foreign companies installation procedures on Algerian soil.

The law of construction insurance has benn, in a way, branded by the adoption of a daring text, the so-called spinetta law of 4 January 1978. the choices made by the legislator at the time, strongly interpreted since then by case law, explain the profound originality of the regulations which today govern insurance of the act of building in France. As evidence by the 43 publications presented herein, this originality is manifested both by the general priciples in force, particularly with regard to the dual-trigger insurance system, for which ou european neighbours have no equivalent, and by the legal regime concerning compulsory insurance, which differs in several aspects from ordinary insurance law. Highlighting the profound originality of the regulations which govern construction insurance makes it possible to better understand current case-law debates, and fuels reflection at a time in which possible reform looms before us.

In order to collect their tax revenues, States may use third party sovereigns where the taxpayer does not have sufficient assets in the territory. International audience ; The villages where we collected food data are located in the silvopastoral zone of Senegal (Ferlo). This vast territory located in the northern part of the country is characterized by a semi-arid climate. Development and desertification control projects have been implemented there one after the other since the drought of the 1970s and 1980s. The majority of the population is Fulani but cohabitates with Wolofs and Moors, as well as Senegalese government officials and agents of national and international NGOs. This work aims at highlighting the meaning of the cultural dietary restrictions of the fulani people living in the Senegalese Ferlo region. We document the symbolic values held by particular tools and spaces related to the cooking in a context marqued by globalization and migration. The study of culinary restraint and food prohibitions brought to the foreground a strong feeling of membership in the Fulani culture and the beginnings of a deep change within the society of Ferlo.
