The article examines in detail the problems associated with the development of Buddhism, which introduced a personal aspect to religion and embodied the idea of the need for compassion for all living beings. A special place is occupied by the analysis of the moral and social component of this religion. Buddhism is seen as a protest movement that originated in India and is directed against the frozen hierarchy, mechanical ritualism and greed of the Brahmins. This religion challenged the Brahmin hierarchy, appealing primarily to warriors, kings, and the mass of the free population. The Buddhist community was a brotherhood of mendicant monks who did not perform any rituals, but only showed people the way to salvation by the example of their lives. Buddhism is also one of the radical reformist teachings, not only intellectually, but also socially. He called people, first of all, to inner perfection, the last stage of which can be achieved only through kindness and benevolence to all living beings. The central point of this article is devoted to the debate about the reality of the Buddha's existence, his teaching and the transformations of this teaching. A significant place is given to the description of the way of life of Buddhist monks, the relationship within the Buddhist community and with the laity. The reasons for the attractiveness of Buddhism and its easy adaptability to other religious doctrines are substantiated. The possibilities of transformation of Buddhism, including within the framework of syncretic creeds, as well as in the activities of totalitarian and pseudo-religious sects, are shown. Examples of the politicization of this religion and its inclusion in the activities of fundamentalist organizations are given. ; В статье детально рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с развитием буддизма, который привнес в религию личностный аспект и воплотил идею о необходимости сострадания ко всем живым существам. Особое место занимает анализ нравственной и социальной составляющей данной религии. Буддизм рассматривается как протестное движение, зародившееся в Индии, и направленное против застывшего иерархизма, механической обрядовости и корыстолюбия брахманов. Эта религия поставила под сомнение брахманскую иерархию, апеллировал в первую очередь к воинам, царям и массе свободного населения. Буддистская община представляла собой братство нищенствующих монахов, которые не совершали никаких обрядов, а лишь примером своей жизни указывали людям путь к спасению. Буддизм — это также одно из радикальных реформистских учений не только в интеллектуальном, но и в социальном аспектах. Он призывал людей, прежде всего, к внутреннему совершенствованию, последней ступени которого можно достичь лишь благодаря доброте и доброжелательности ко всем живым существам. Центральное место в данной статье посвящено спору о реальности существования Будды, его учению и трансформациям этого учения. Значительное место отводится описанию образа жизни буддийских монахов, взаимоотношениям внутри буддийской общины и с мирянами. Обоснованы причины привлекательности буддизма и его легкой адаптивности к другим религиозным доктринам. Показаны возможности трансформации буддизма, в том числе и в рамках синкретических вероучений, а также в деятельности тоталитарных и псевдорелигиозных сект. Приведены примеры политизации этой религии и ее включения в активность фундаменталистских организаций.

The article highlights the results of the survey carried out among the parents of the children, who attend preschool education institutions (PEI) in Krasnodar and PEI employees, who are involved in the evaluation of the children's health and rehabilitation process. The authors defined a social portrait of the families whose children attend municipal PEIS. They identified that most parents are rather well aware of the medical issues. Acute sick rate of the preschool age is high, as about 15% of children have already acquired a chronic pathology in the form of a confirmed diagnosis. The authors also established a dependence of the sick rate among the preschool children on the age, at which they were enrolled to the PEI and living conditions. All the parents are worried about the health of their children and would like to enhance it. Most respondents believe that PEI preventive programs should be financed by the government.Key words: preschool children, health status, preventive medical care, public opinion poll. ; В статье представлены результаты социологического опроса родителей детей, посещающих дошкольные образовательные учреждения (ДОУ) г. Краснодара, и сотрудников ДОУ, имеющих непосредственное отношение к оценке состояния здоровья детей и процессу оздоровления. Определен социальный портрет семей, дети которых посещают муниципальные ДОУ. Выявлено, что большинство родителей достаточно информированы в медицинских вопросах. Острая заболеваемость детей дошкольного возраста высока, около 15% детей уже имеют хроническую патологию в виде подтвержденного диагноза. Установлена зависимость частоты заболеваемости детей дошкольного возраста от возраста поступления в ДОУ, от условий проживания. Все родители обеспокоены состоянием здоровья детей и хотели бы его улучшить. Zusammenfassung Ungarn ist ein postkommunistisches Land, in dem für lange Jahrzehnte Armut oder Erwerbslosigkeit, verursacht durch eine Behinderung, neben anderen unerwünschten sozialen Problemen, in der Politik dethematisiert oder weitgehend ignoriert und mehr oder weniger als ´selbstverschuldet´ angesehen wurden. Menschen mit Behinderung waren und sind heute noch in Ungarn immer wieder stigmatisiert und ausgegrenzt. Die fehlende Wahrnehmung dieser Problematik und die geringe staatliche Unterstützung für Menschen mit Behinderung sowie deren Segregation im Bereich der Bildungs- und in der Beschäftigungspolitik hat in Ungarn eine lange Tradition. Dies kann man besser nachvollziehen, wenn man bedenkt, dass für Menschen mit Behinderung erst seit der politischen Transformation (1989) und besonders durch die neue Regelung im Hochschulsystem (2002) ein Zugang zum Hochschulstudium ermöglicht wurde. In dieser biografietheoretischen Studie beschäftige ich mich mit einem bisher kaum erforschten Thema: die Lebensgeschichten und Lebenssituationen von Menschen mit einer oder mehreren körperlichen Behinderung/-en in Ungarn, die ihre Kindheit und besonders ihre Schullaufbahn vor den politischen Transformationsprozessen (1989) erlebten und denen, gerade durch das neue politische System und insbesondere durch die geänderten Bedingungen im Bildungssystem (2002), die Teilhabe an Bildung – in diesem Fall das Studieren – ermöglicht wurde. Die bisherige Schul- und Bildungsforschung, aber auch der gesellschaftliche Diskurs in Ungarn, befasste sich vorwiegend damit, den schulischen Misserfolg von Kindern mit geistigen aber auch mit körperlichen Behinderungen zu erklären. Diese neue Erscheinung – Studierende mit Behinderung –, bot sich für mich als ein neues und spannendes Forschungsfeld an. Interessant in diesem Zusammenhang ist, dass bei den Student/-innen als Defizit benannte niedrige Schulqualifikation und damit ein Grund mehr für die Stigmatisierung als ´leistungsschwache Menschen´ nicht vorhanden ist, trotzdem werden sie in Interaktionen auf ihre Behinderungen reduziert und weiterhin in der Gesellschaft diskriminiert; d. h. die Behinderung (Abweichung) bleibt als Stigma erhalten. Im Fokus der vorliegenden Studie standen also das Verstehen der Prozesse der Stigmatisierungen und Diskriminierungen auf der individuellen und auf der gesellschaftlichen Ebene, die Problematik der institutionellen Einschränkung der Teilhabe und deren Aus- und Wechselwirkungen auf die Einzelbiografie. Von zentraler Bedeutung sind in den rekonstruierten Lebensgeschichten dieser Studie die Diskriminierungs- und Stigmatisierungsprozesse aufgrund einer Behinderung im Kontext von Selbsteinschätzung und Fremdzuschreibung (Selbstbild–Fremdbild). Diese Prozesse sind durch eigene biografische Erfahrungen sowie auf der kollektiven Ebene u. a. durch die historischen und politischen Traditionen des Landes geprägt. Anhand der Ergebnisse der vorliegenden Studie lässt sich festhalten, dass Student/-innen mit Behinderung im Laufe ihres Lebens ein sehr großes Entwicklungs- und Handlungspotenzial zeigen. Die persönlichen Leistungen werden aber von ihnen selber kaum positiv erlebt oder als solche wahrgenommen. Dies resultiert aus der Diskrepanz zwischen der Selbsteinschätzung und der Fremdzuschreibung, die auf starken Diskriminierungen in der Gesellschaft fußen und mit den fehlenden Möglichkeiten an gesellschaftlicher Partizipation (Teilhabe) einhergehen. In dieser Studie wurde dementsprechend auch danach gefragt, welche Erfahrungen zu welcher Strategie der Bearbeitung von Stigmatisierungen und Diskriminierungen aufgrund einer körperlichen Behinderung geführt haben. Dabei konnten Erfahrungs- und Handlungsmuster im Kontext der Gesamtbiografie nachvollzogen werden. So konnten nicht nur die Stigmatisierungsprozesse in gegenwärtigen Situationen in Ungarn analysiert werden, sondern auch, wie sich das Stigma-Management im Laufe des Lebens, aber auch durch die politischen und gesellschaftlichen Transformationsprozesse veränderte. Auf diese Fragen liefert die empirisch fundierte Typenbildung der vorliegenden Studie unterschiedliche Antworten. Bei den von mir konstruierten Typen der Bearbeitung der Behinderung – genauer gesagt, der Bearbeitung von Stigmatisierungen und Diskriminierungen – wird vom Einzelfall auf gleichartige Fälle geschlossen, die nach ähnlichen Regeln funktionieren. Dabei werden die Verallgemeinerungen nicht im numerischen, sondern theoretischen Sinne vorgenommen. Gerade die historische und politische Gegebenheit Ungarns verstärkte und vertiefte die Diskriminierungsprozesse gegenüber Menschen mit Behinderung, wobei die Auswirkungen der politischen und gesellschaftlichen Transformationsprozesse erst durch die Ergebnisse dieser interpretativen Studie näher betrachtet und in ihrer Komplexität besser verstanden werden können. Die Analyse beinhaltet also sowohl die Rekonstruktion des biografischen Verlaufs im persönlichen Umgang mit einer körperlichen Behinderung bzw. mit den Stigmatisierungen aufgrund einer körperlichen Behinderung; sie bezieht aber auch den gesellschaftlichen Umgang mit Behinderungen und dessen Wandel mit ein. Gesellschaft und Individuum werden dabei nicht als dualistische Gegensätze betrachtet, sondern in ihrem Wechselverhältnis und ihrer gegenseitigen Bedingtheit untersucht. ; Summary Hungary is a post-communist country where for long decades poverty or unemployment caused by disability, among other undesired social problems, was not made a subject of discussion or was ignored and considered self-inflicted. In Hungary people with disabilities were, and still are, repeatedly stigmatized and excluded. The lack of awareness of this problem and the low state support for people with disabilities, as well as their segregation in the field of educational and employment policies have a long tradition in Hungary. The situation is better understood when one considers that access to higher education for disabled people was first facilitated after the political changes in 1989, in particular through the new regulations of the higher education system in 2002. In this biographic-theoretical study I concern myself with a topic hardly researched to date: the life stories and situations of people in Hungary with one or more disabilites, who were brought up and in particular educated before the political transformation of 1989, and for whom, exactly through the new political system and specifically through the changed circumstances in the educational system (2002), participation in education – in this case studying – was made possible. Previous school and educational research, but also social discourse in Hungary addressed predominantly the issue of explaining the failure of children with mental or physical disabilities in school. This new phenomenon – students with disabilities – offered a new and exciting research field for me. What is interesting in this context is that these students are still reduced to their disabilities in interactions and continuously discriminated in society, although they are in fact not low-qualified, a label of deficiency that provides yet another reason for their stigmatization as "low-achieving people"; i.e. the disability (deviation) remains a stigma. This study focusses therefore on the understanding of the process of stigmatization and discrimination at an individual and social level, the problem of institutional restrictions of participation and their impact on and interaction with individual biographies. In the reconstructed life stories of this study central importance is given to the processes of discrimination and stigmatization based on disability in the context of self-assessment and assessment by others (how you see yourself – how others see you). These processes are shaped by own biographical experience, as well as on a collective level, e.g. through the historical and political traditions of the country. On the basis of the results of this study we can establish that disabled students show great potential for development and action in the course of their lives. However, they themselves rarely experience or perceive their achievements as positive. This is a result of the discrepancy between their self-image and the image of others, which are based on strong discrimination in society and are accompanied by the lack of opportunity for social participation. It was also investigated in this study what kind of a strategy of handling stigmatization and discrimination on the basis of a disability was induced by which experience, and that allowed the understanding of patterns of experience and action in the context of the full biography. Not only the stigmatization processes in current situations in Hungary could be thus analysed, but also how stigma management in the course of life, and also through the political and social transformation has changed. The empirically based typification of this study provides different answers to these questions. By the types I constructed for handling disability – to be more exact handling stigmatization and discrimination – conclusions were made from individual cases to similar cases working according to similar rules. Thereby, generalizations were made not to a numerical, but to a theoretical effect. Hungary's historical and political circumstances directly intensified and deepened the processes of discrimination against disabled people. However, only through the results of this interpretative study can the impacts of the political and social transformation really be examined and in their complexity better understood. The analysis includes therefore not only the reconstruction of the biographical course of a personal handling of physical disability, and accordingly of stigmatization on the basis of a physical disability; but also society's behaviour towards disabilities and its changes. Society and individuals are thereby not regarded as dualistic opposites, but are examined in their interaction and their interdependence.

The article deals with legitimacy in historical and social aspects, paying attentionto the connection of legitimacy with the law-making activities of the state. In der Arbeit geht es um den Zusammenhang der politischen Entwicklung und des Sprach- und Kulturkontakts. Sie orientiert sich an einer mikrohistorischen und alltagsgeschichtlichen Perspektive und hinterfragt nationale Zuschreibungen. Die These, dass Mehrsprachigkeit bis in kleinste Einheiten hinein ein grundsätzliches Alltagsphänomen war, wird mit der Rekonstruktion der sprachlichen Verhältnisse in Chełmno/Culm überprüft. In einem interdisziplinären Ansatz versucht die Arbeit in sprachlichen Phänomenen sozial- und politikgeschichtliche Bedeutung zu erkennen, die einen substantiellen Beitrag zur Bewertung der Teilungen Polens liefert. Erstmals werden der Übergang der Stadt unter die preußische Herrschaft unter Einbeziehung der russischen Besetzung während des Siebenjährigen Krieges und die sprachlichen Verhältnisse in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts untersucht. Hierfür werden insbesondere die Theorien und Erkenntnisse der Kulturtransferforschung und der Histoire croisée aufgegriffen. Diversität ist kein Charakteristikum einzelner Regionen oder einer transnationalen Ebene sondern eine grundsätzliche soziale Qualität. Der Arbeit liegt das Verständnis zu Grunde, dass "Sprache" die menschliche Fä­higkeit und Tätigkeit sprachlicher Kommunikation ist und "Sprache(n)" im Sinne von Einzelsprachen wie Polnisch, Deutsch und Latein Abstraktionen aus den konkreten Formen sprachli­cher Kommunikation sind. Ausgewertet werden die in den Quellentexten zu findenden unterschied­lichen sprachlichen Elemente. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in die Einleitung, die drei Kapitel "Chełmno/Culm 1750-1800", "Sprachliche Vielfalt" und "Zwischen Polen und Preußen" sowie ein Ergebniskapitel. Beigefügt ist ein Anhang mit umfangreichen sprachlichen Belegen sowie je eine Zusammenfassung in deutscher, englischer und polnischer Sprache. The costs of systemic treatment of lung cancer are rising rapidly due to the use of new and targeted substances. Increases in survival will further add to this development. This explains the exemplary health economic relevance of the treatment of lung cancer, which can be analyzed using various economic methods and instruments. From epidemiologic and economic perspectives, prevention should be given highest priority but the formation of health political and social opinion is not yet completed. Valid evidence on the roles of screening interventions can be expected in the next years. In this article legal, institutional and cooperative approaches within the health care system to address this problem are discussed.

Doch nun stellt sich vor dem Hintergrund eines weitergefassten Schnittstellenbegriffes (Reinhart Koselleck) die Frage, ob der zweifellos grundlegende Wandel zwischen 1720 und 1780 nicht differenzierter gesehen werden muss. Ausgehend vom Raum des Wiener Hofes, an dem der Herrscherwechsel in seinen Auswirkungen am ehesten dokumentiert werden kann, wird aus der Sicht sogenannten Hofkünste versucht, Kontinuitäten und Diskontinuitäten aufzuzeigen. ; Until today, the death of Charles VI and Maria Theresia's ascending the throne 1740 is seen as a major turning point in Austrian history. But now is the question of whether in different "layers" and "rooms" without doubt fundamental change between 1720 and 1780 not differentiated must be seen against the background of the concept of interface ("Sattelzeit"/Reinhart Koselleck). On the basis of the space "Viennese court", where the change of rulers in its effects most likely can be documented, attempts from the perspective of different disciplines (the so called "Hofkünste" – literature/poetry, arts, theatre/dance, music) point out continuities and discontinuities.

The article highlights the role of international standards in criminal justice. The authors states that international standards are the social tool for correction of penitentiary policy of the state, ease of mechanism of state enforcement (namely in separate detention of some criminals). The implementation of recognized international standards, methods and work conditions of penitentiary organizations plays a great role of the development of this sphere.

Problem and purpose. Along with the obvious benefits, the digitalization of society carries its own risks. At the same time, in modern psychology there is not enough information about the differences in representations of such risks in different cultures. The purpose of the article is to empirically verify the assumption about the dependence of risk perceptions on the socio-cultural context. Methodology. The empirical part of the study was carried out through questionnaires, collected in different universities in three countries during academic and scientific visits (Russia: n = 112, Romania: n = 94, Brazil: n = 98) and drafting the evaluation reports of social risks perceptions (Abric coefficient). During the translation of the questionnaires, we used the focus group method and the method of translation of psychodiagnostic tools and questionnaires (S.V. Kudrya). Results. The data obtained showed that perceptions of risks depend on general perceptions of risks in the culture of a given country, legislation in the field of Internet security, as well as the duration and experience of interaction in social networks of the Internet. Thus, the" core " of the social representation of Russian and Romanian students about the results of risky behavior on the Internet are unproductive behavior in the information environment (TCP-92); demonstration of indifference (TCP-78) or aggressiveness (TCP-75), and for the Brazilian sample, the demonstration of psychological affliction is more typical (TCP-65). In addition, the lexical-semantic analysis of terms and concepts in the field of riskology used for empirical survey of students showed the presence of semantic cross-cultural differences in their understanding. Discussion and conclusion. The data obtained allow us to say that social perceptions of risks are influenced by socio-cultural and legislative peculiarities: The empirical part of the study showed a clear difference between the "core" and "periphery" both in the cross-cultural dimension and within the country samples. ...

The paper presents an experience of research of a complex identity as identificationof a conflict between civil European and religious Islamic cultures. Social identity isa person's representation of himself/herself in social structures of different scales:national, ethnic, and religious. It is proved that religious identification forms social,as well as personal identity of a Muslim.The authors consider the development of Islamic personal identity in the processof self-identifying reflection and intragroup and extragroup relations in the religiouscommunity. The parameters of identity are defined by: a) individual interpretation ofIslam by the religious person, b) interpretation of Islam in the religious community,c) relations between the religious person, community and other social groups.The concept of a complex social identity (S. Roccas, M. Brewer) was a theoreticalconstruct used for determining the compatibility of civil and religious identity andevaluating its complexity. The study involved Muslims with different levels of Islamicpersonal identity: missing, determined, found and acquired.The study established the tendency of the reduction in the level of civil socialidentity under the influence of the religious identity of people who identified themselveswith Islam. The problem of their social identity was studied in metaphors of conflictand balance from the European social and psychological practice. The metaphor ofconflict is based on the impossibility of acculturation of the Islamic communities andpredicts the development of destructive relations between the religious people, theirreligious communities, and other social groups. The metaphor of balance presupposesthe collapse of Islamic personal identity as a result of the reduction of radicalism inthe religious communities and encouragement of individualization of Muslims bymeans of political, social, and cultural recognition in the society. ; Данная статья представляет опыт исследования сложной социальной идентичности как индикатора конфликта между европейской светской и исламской религиозной культурами. Социальная идентичность рассматривается как репрезентация себя человеком в социальных структурах различных масштабов: национальных, этнических, религиозных. Однако показано, что религиозная идентификация формирует не только социальную, но и личностную идентичность мусульманина. Развитие исламской личностной идентичности рассматривается в процессах самоидентифицирующей рефлексии, внутригрупповых и внешнегрупповых отношений в религиозной общине. Параметры идентичности определяются: а)индивидуальной интерпретацией ислама верующим; б)интерпретацией ислама в религиозной общине; в)отношениями между верующим, общиной, а также другими социальными группами. Концепция сложной социальной идентичности (S.Roccas,M.Brewer) применяется в качестве теоретического конструкта для определения совместимости гражданской и религиозной идентичностей, оценки степени ее сложности. Исследование проводится на выборке мусульман с различным уровнем исламской личностной идентичности: отсутствующим, предопределенным, найденным и обретенным. В результате определена тенденция снижения уровня гражданской социальной идентичности, под влиянием религиозной, у людей, личностно идентифицировавшихся с исламом. Проблема построения их социальной идентичности рассмотрена в метафорах конфликта и баланса, эксплицированных из европейской социально-психологической практики. Конфликтная метафора построена на невозможности аккультурации исламских общин и прогнозирует развитие деструктивных отношений между верующими, их религиозными общинами и другими социальными группами. Метафора баланса предполагает распад исламской личностной идентичности вследствие снижения радикализации общин верующих, поощрения индивидуализации мусульман путем политического, социально-культурного признания в обществе.

В статье рассматриваются комплексы когнитивных установок, лежащие в основе языкового мышления и выступающие в форме культурных кодов. Такие комплексы в своей совокупности образуют когнитивный субстрат языкового мышления, который имеет этнокультурную и этноязыковую специфику в рамках лингвокультур. Методы исследования: анализ, сравнение, описательный метод, межъязыковое сопоставление меркантилистского и милитарного культурных кодов на материале английской и русской лингвокультур. Результаты исследования. Отмечается, что когнитивный субстрат языкового мышления народа выполняет функцию моделирования реальности, выступая как совокупность культурных кодов. Показано, что коды, применяемые субъектом в его языковом мышлении, делятся на внутренние и внешние. Внутренние коды духовно близки данному субъекту; на них он формирует мысли, а на внешних кодах он только вербально формулирует их, переводит с внутреннего на внешний код. В число внутренних кодов можно включить и тот культурный код, который более всего близок субъекту из-за его сословной, профессиональной и иной принадлежности. Such complexes form a cognitive substrate of linguistic thinking. It has ethnocultural and ethnolinguistic specificity. Research methods: analysis, comparison, descriptive method, interlinguistic comparison of mercantilist and military cultural codes on the basis of English and Russian linguocultural materials. Research results. It is outlined that the cognitive substrate of the linguistic thinking performs the function of modelling reality, acting as a complex of cultural codes. It is shown that the codes used by a person in his / her linguistic thinking are divided into internal and external ones. Internal codes are spiritually close to their user; he / she forms thoughts in them, and as for external codes, he / she only verbally formulates thoughts, translates them from internal to external code. Among the internal codes, there is a cultural code that is closest to the person because of his / her state, occupation, etc. It is concluded that the person views the surrounding world through the prism of the most familiar sphere of life, making it a model of the world and a cultural code.
