The article aims to define the sectoral legal tools that can be incorporated into the legislations of the countries of the world for the development of gender policies in social and labor relations. The research methodology included methods of general and special scientific character, which aim to ensure the unity of approaches. Attention has been paid to the justification of subjective differentiation of working conditions in the acts of the International Labor Organization. Legal conditions for the introduction of gender equality in legal systems were proposed in order to ensure the social and economic development of society. It is concluded that international standards of social and labor relations make it possible to implement gender equality policy in various variable models. Finally, among the special sectoral tools for solving gender problems, it is worth applying: subjective and social differentiation of working conditions; gender-neutral legislation; local acts as a method of raising the level of moral and ethical standards in professional groups, and; gender quotas and gender parity with differentiation in various spheres of economic activity.

The purpose of the research was to define the theoretical, administrative and civil law aspects of the regulation of social relations. Consequently, the article specifies the means of social regulation, which include components of legal, moral, corporate and customary, etc. type. It has been shown that legal regulation of social relations is defined as an intentional action on the behavior of people and social relations with the help of legal (juridical) means. The methodological basis of the research is presented as comparative-legal and systematic analysis, formal-legal method, method of interpretation, hermeneutic method, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis. By way of conclusion it has been proved that since the object of legal regulation is presented as social relations, legal regulation is determined by some objective and subjective factors. As contributions, the following factors of social relations have been determined: level of economic development of society; social structure of society; level of maturity and stability of social relations; level of legal culture of citizens; level of certainty of the subject of social relations, means and methods of legal regulation.

Due to the development of the information society, countries face the task of effectively regulating the relevant social relations. The mechanisms of such regulation should correspond to the specifics of such relations. Digitization is one of the modern methods of legal regulation, which is the use of information technology at the state level. The existing scientific achievements on digitalization processes need constant improvement, which corresponds to the specifics of this field. The object of research is digitalization in law in the light of international experience. The article aims to study and analyze digitalization in law in the international legal aspect. The following methods were used during the study: systemic, systemic-functional, comparative, sociological, analysis, synthesis, analogy, observation, classification, and statistical analysis. The article analyzes the phenomenon of digitalization, identifies the main approaches to understanding it. On the example of international experience (such countries as France, Germany, Italy, Georgia, Greece, and Great Britain), the mechanisms of using digitalization in public administration are determined, the legal regulation of informatization is analyzed. Also, based on the study and analysis of doctrinal teachings of international information experience, it is proposed to improve the domestic legal mechanism to ensure the effective functioning of public relations.

He was intended to understand the process of transforming social and labor relations in the context of the implementation of pension reform in Russia, taking into account the axiological aspects, in particular "digital axiology". Its objective is to identify the impact of digitization on changes in industrial relations in the context of pension reform. The theoretical and methodological basis of research is based on an interdisciplinary system approach and generational value theory. An economic analysis is performed, along with the grouping of empirical data and digitization rates are presented. A survey of more than 6,000 people was also conducted, the theme of which was to assess the impact of the Russian Federation's pension reform on social and labor relations, economic growth and the quality of life of the population. The article examines cardinal changes in the social and employment relationships of people of pre-retirement age in the context of digitization. It is concluded that the main problems of the development and formation of digital axiology among the pre-retired demand a set of political transformations.

The aim of the research was to identify a set of discriminatory challenges related to the development and implementation of the concept of transhumanism in a digital society, as well as to develop and justify a system of socio-legal measures aimed at their partial leveling. The main methods employed by research were: the system method, cybernetic and synergistic methods, extrapolation methods, socio-legal modeling, as well as the formal-legal method, the legal-practical method and the case method. The research proposes and substantiates the concept of sociotechnological inequality. It is concluded that there is a mutual conditionality of social (socioeconomic) and sociotechnological inequality. On the other hand, a better socioeconomic situation will also provide more opportunities for technological modifications of one's own body. This may lead to a further deepening of the transhumanist gap, the possibility of which is justified in the research.

The purpose of the article was to conduct a theoretical analysis of the political causes of the Ukrainian revolution. The methods of analysis, synthesis and correlation used made it possible to study political conditions and factors in relation to psychological, economic and cultural factors. It was determined that the causes of the revolution are a permanent political crisis, a conflict between the government and the opposition, the ineffectiveness of the actions of the institutions of government and the actions of the opposition; together with changes in the socio-economic structure, the religiosification of society and the influence of political factors on the development of abnormal social behaviors, among other factors. The research carried out allows us to conclude that a relationship of stable factor «social disorientation - social anomie - social cynicism - social madness» has been formed in the Ukrainian public consciousness. Therefore, the algorithm for the growth of revolutionary feelings under the influence of socio-political factors shows that this relationship has a tendency to repeat itself and is characterized by a narrowing over time.

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the issues of social capital and mutual aid networks become particularly relevant for the student volunteer in Russia, who independently and, at their own discretion, provides assistance, support and mutual aid. To people in need, as a vital incentive for self-realization. This research aimed to identify the motivating aspects of the need for self-realization of a student volunteer in practical activities to overcome COVID-19. The study method was the test, which allows to identify the characteristics of the content of the value aspects of the self-realization of the volunteer student, determined by the global context of crisis. By way of conclusion, the characteristics of the coronavirus pandemic are revealed as an extraordinary condition for the activity of a student volunteer. Based on the results of the study, a self-realization value model of a volunteer student is confirmed in the extraordinary conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. The practical importance of the model is demonstrated with the help of cognitive criteria typical of activity-based social psychology for the formation of value aspects of the self-realization of a volunteer student.

The issue of optimizing the mechanism for providing public services in the field of social protection of the population due to the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine on the part of Russia (from 2014 to the present), as a result of which internally displaced persons need to solve a number of urgent needs both in European countries (Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, etc.), including related to their accounting in these countries. In this sense, the objective of this editorial is twofold, on the one hand, to present volume 40, number 74 of Political Questions and, on the other, to highlight the concept and types of guarantees of ensuring legality concerning provision of public services in the sphere of social protection of population. It is concluded that the following types of guarantees of ensuring legality concerning provision of public services in the sphere of social protection of population in Ukraine have been justified: appeal of decisions, actions or inaction of public administration subjects on the provision of public services in the sphere of social protection of population in court (administrative proceedings); control over activities of public administration subjects concerning provision of public services in the sphere of social protection of population.

The purpose of the article was to reveal the problematic aspects of the realization of the right to housing by war veterans who participated in counter-terrorism operations / joint operations. I am interested in observing the protection of this right in civil, criminal and executive proceedings based on national and international law. The methodological basis of the study includes general and special methods of scientific research (historical, statistical, formal logic, comparative legal and structural logic). Statistics are given on the number of war veterans (combatants) as of 2019-2020, in the dynamics of providing them a living space in Ukraine during 2015-2020. In addition, the article provides examples of the elimination of conflicts of laws and ambiguous judicial practices of application of civil, family, housing and social law, as well as civil, criminal and executive procedure in the field of exercise of the right to housing by combatants and their families, protection of this right before the courts and execution of decisions in this category of cases. The results of this work can be useful for combatants who need to improve their living conditions, as well as for human rights defenders who help these people.

The authors of the article discuss international humanitarian law (IHL) as a normative mechanism for the protection and defense of victims of armed conflicts. The problems of IHL due to the loss of effectiveness of international legal regulation are pointed out. The aim of the article is a broad theoretical-legal and international-practical analysis of the transformations of the legal system under conditions of war. The basis of this scientific search was a system of methodology, which includes a complex of three levels of philosophical, general scientific and specifically scientific methods and a group of approaches, conditioned by the subject of the research. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the current system of international legal regulation has significant drawbacks. The most significant of them is the declarative character of the rules, caused by the absence of an effective system of accountability and the failure to update the doctrine of IHL rules in the light of new challenges and transformations of the political and social reality. In addition, the analysis of the organizational and administrative problems of the regulation of the law of war indicated that the institutional guarantees in a military conflict also need revision.

The main objective of the study was to analyze ways to improve the legal support of the linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning at school. The key method used involved a combination of modern modeling techniques. The specific topic is legal relations for language learning. The novelty is a model of legal support. Legal regulation of education is a historically conditioned form of organization of the educational process, formed as a result of the gradual growth of the role of state institutions in the performance of regulatory functions and the development of social relations. The new requirements faced by a modern teacher, his training and professional quality, make it necessary to take into account the experience and the latest achievements of other countries in the field of educational policy, in particular, in the field of foreign language teaching, as well as to identify and overcome the negative ones. In the conclusions of the case, based on the results of the study, the key aspect of improving the legal support of linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning in school was characterized.

Areas of interest include processes of normalization in science, normative aspects in processes of publication, processes of social influence & social comparison, values & beliefs in science, belief systems, science & ideology, ethics in the production of scientific knowledge, organizational context of scientific research, & science-society relations. The purpose of the research is devoted to the criminological description and explanation of the state of illegal influence on the results of official sports competitions in Ukraine. A reading of the high level of latency of crimes according to article 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, evidence that it is at least 99% of its real level. The structure of match manipulation was revealed and analyzed according to the type of sport, the method of illegal influence on the results of official sports competitions, as well as the subjects of bribery. The characteristic of the corresponding structural units is given. Methodologically, the basis of the research is the dialectical method that serves to interpret social and legal phenomena through documentary sources. It is concluded that the most intense criminal match-fixing is practiced in sports such as football, futsal, basketball, and volleyball. Among the ways to encourage athletes to commit illegal acts, bribery predominates (75%). At about the same level in terms of prevalence with small fluctuations in specific weight are structurally found ways to influence athletes such as incitement (10%) and conspiracy (8%).
