Golovchuk In modern terms of energy consumption growth and a continuous increase in the cost of fossil fuels is necessary for saving energy task which is the development and implementation of energy efficiency programs and resource conversion in the final source to meet the needs of industry and communal energy.Energy saving for Ukraine has the technical, social, economic, and today political problem. It is known that, per unit of GDP Ukraine is 3-5 times more energy is used, rather than in European countries.The energy problem that today is important for all countries, particularly acute in Ukraine, which at 35-40 % able to meet their own needs fuel and energy resources are energy intensive industries like chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, engineering and provide coolant housing -Communal economy.Ukraine is heavily dependent on supplies from abroad fossil fuels, which is about 60% of total consumption. In these conditions the state economy depends on imported energy resources, permanent increase in their cost, the question of reducing costs and loss of energy, more efficient use of energy resources and reducing energy intensity.Our country has a powerful fuel and energy complex, but it has a high proportion of old, worn-out equipment and technical equipment. Implementation of actual problems of energy conservation based on scientific, practical and efficient provision of fuel and energy use. This energy-saving technologies are seen as a priority direction of development of the energy sector, reducing anthropogenic impact on the environment and as one of the ways to improve the competitiveness of the national economy.The solution to many problems and problems in this area can be achieved by avoiding the creation of district heating systems and the transition to new systems of moderate and small unit capacity, as well as downsizing, in some cases, existing large systems. In this regard, greater use should now receive decentralized system of local heating boiler, using different energy sources.The purpose of research - solving problems of energy conservation and efficient use of fuel resources by using different energy sources and optimization of heating campus.Materials and methods of research. The main task of a comprehensive energy saving project in municipal heat supply:- Develop a strategy for energy and to develop measures to save energy resources, taking into account the dynamics of growth in energy prices;- Propose measures on energy saving existing heating systems with the previous survey and evaluation of their effectiveness;- Make the transition to the use of alternative energy sources by commissioning solid fuel boilers;- Decentralization of the heating system by installing heating systems in homes and in remote departments and campus dormitories;- Introduce automation systems for heating campus deprivation depends on human factors and provide more efficient use of heat;- Ensure savings of energy resources, safety and security of the campus heating system from corrosion and other factors;- For heating and hot water to introduce advanced contact-type surface condensation heat generators new generation of high efficiency.Results. Uman National University of Horticulture located in the central part of the country in Cherkasy. Heating campus by 2010 was centrally from the boiler which is also located on campus.To solve the problems of energy supply and energy savings in Uman Nous was taken to the use of alternative energy sources by commissioning solid fuel boilers and heating systems conducted decentralization of the institution.In the 2009-2010 academic year at the University of gardening were undertaken for decentralization of heating and hot water. For effective use of thermal energy in the heating system design introduced new energy-efficient boilers for solid fuels and gas.Due to the increasing price of energy including natural gas, switching to heating alternative fuels (wood, wood chips, straw) was timely and prudent step towards saving energy costs. This made it possible to reduce gas consumption in 2009-2010 academic years compared with the 2007-2008 school year to 38.6).At the end of each week were analyzed amount of consumed gas and solid fuel according to the outside temperature and mode of operation of the institution.Long comparative analysis of gas consumption showed that fuel consumption depends not only on the ambient temperature, but also the professionalism of the operator from his responsibility, by his public position on saving energy resources specific boiler educational institution or locality.The introduction of automation saves thermal processes based on the human factor in the consumption of thermal energy for heating and hot water, and solves the problem of saving energy resources of the institution.For the future development of energy saving and high-quality supplies campus Uman National University of Horticulture in 2010 with the participation of NGOs "Ecoterm" m. Kyiv conducted a detailed inspection of heating systems and energy facilities UNUS.After analyzing the structure of consumption of thermal energy for heating and hot water from the NGO "Ecoterm" and the company "Bear" entered commercial offer on reconstruction of the central boiler University to replace boilers obsolete structures to the modern contact-superficial heat-condensing type the new generation of thermal capacity from 100 to 3000 kW. These energy-efficient heating system automatically run on natural gas and have a European level, high technological, operational, maintenance, environmental performance, high efficiency, which is not lower than 98%, and in condensing mode - 104%. Proposed boilers are designed for autonomous decentralized heating and hot water.Conclusions1. These measures give positive results today to address energy conservation and efficient use of fuel resources for example Uman National University of Horticulture. Using a systematic approach is necessary to develop a methodology for efficient use of fuels and optimize local fuel system using advanced automation and control systems.2. To solve the problem of energy efficiency and energy savings in Uman Nous was taken to the use of alternative energy sources by commissioning solid fuel boilers and held university decentralization of heating by installing 350 individual heating systems in homes, remote departments campus and dormitories.3. Addressing energy conservation and efficient use of fuel resources campus found that heating the thermal load depends not only on the outside temperature boiler type or alternative solid fuels, but also of the human factor - professionalism, responsibility of operators and their superiors and relevant control services .4. To reduce dependence on human factor the cost of heat for heating and hot water supply of residential and industrial facilities need to automate the production process, transport and use of thermal energy. Automation and dispatching of relevant professional and permanent control of boiler will save fuel and energy resources within 15-30%.5. A significant decrease in the consumption of gas and electricity in Uman Nous was transferred after residential area to individual heating and replacement of electric meters for electronic control of electrical energy in each campus apartment. Replacing old pumps university central boiler for energy-saving power units will reduce electricity consumption by 40-50 % per heating season.6. Our experience Uman energy and saving fuel resources has shown:- That the hybrid use of solid fuel and gas boiler saves fuel and energy consumption to 30%;- That the centralized heating system, which delivers hot water and heat at a distance of over 2 km loses heat 27 to 50 %;- That in critical condition old multikilometer heat supply networks of communal heat power due to the low level of corrosion resistance of the entire pipeline system must decentralize boiler at the state level.7. Proposed and implemented energy efficiency measures and energy saving existing heating systems with the simultaneous use of gas and solid fuel boilers and appropriate control of boiler operators to provide 31.5 % to 75.2 % savings of energy resources in Uman National University of Horticulture.8. From the foregoing article on ways to save energy shows that 60% of foreign gas can we cut to 75.2 % (from experience Uman Nous) saving energy resources and provide full and partial municipal energy industry in so their fuel. h. and alternative energy sources (biomass, solar, windmills, etc.).
